This was my second time coming to this location…read more Walking in the lobby area it was clean, well lit with ample amount of seating. The decor was nice and the wall of products was pretty The girls at the front were very friendly despite having to get seen right away and having to leave due to scheduling conflicts on my end. I was taken to the exam room and of course it was just as nice as the lobby. Clean, bright and very nice esthetic. Monique was my lip lady. And she did such a great job explaining everything and not over doing it to ensure the best results. She's professional and personable at the same time. My lips looks so good, so much so I'll def be back

She made me feel completely comfortable, took the time to address all of my questions and concerns, and truly made the entire process easy and reassuring. She is honestly one of the best nurses I have ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, caring, and so friendly. Everyone made me feel genuinely taken care of. I also really appreciated the follow-up a couple of days later to make sure everything was going well -- that extra level of care meant a lot to me. I absolutely loved my experience and highly recommend this place.

He's honest, professional, & you can tell he genuinely cares. Every time I go in, everything is always done perfectly from the IVs to the overall experience. The entire Medspa team is incredible, so welcoming & kind. But Nick truly stands out & makes the whole experience what it is. Hands down one of the best nurses & a big reason why I keep coming back.

This was my third time coming here, and unfortunately it will be my last…read more First, I want to say the girl who helped me schedule my appointment was incredibly sweet and helpful. She was the only positive part of my experience. I noticed they now have a different nurse doing the Botox injections, Nicholas Prasad, and I could tell right away that he seemed very inexperienced. I have had Botox multiple times before, so I know what to expect, and this experience was nothing like my previous ones. The injections were surprisingly painful -- much more than they should have been. Botox usually feels like a tiny pinch with little to no discomfort, but this was not the case at all. What made the appointment even worse was how uncomfortable and insulting his comments were. He asked what body mist I was wearing, and when I told him Victoria's Secret Pear Glacé, instead of simply saying thank you or moving on, he told me it smelled like what his mother wore when he was a child. Such an odd and unnecessary thing to say. Then, while injecting between my eyebrows, he said, "Oh my God, your skin is so thick," and even added that I had bent the needle because of it. He continued by saying my skin was strange. I cannot express enough how humiliating and uncomfortable that made me feel. As a 40-year-old woman going in for Botox, I am there to feel more confident and better about myself -- not to be criticized and made self-conscious about my appearance while I am literally lying in the chair. I left feeling embarrassed, uncomfortable, and honestly much worse than when I walked in. This is supposed to be a professional med spa environment, and bedside manner matters just as much as the service itself. I will definitely not be returning.

She has been SO compassionate and doing everything she absolutely can for me to get better. She finally found a medication that is showing great results after years of different meds that never worked, I only got worse. This new med is showing improvement with every dose. Unfortunately it's very difficult to get coverage for the medication and Maggie is going above and beyond for me to stay on this course of treatment that's actually working! Since the improvement, she has also been able to start treating my alopecia which is so huge! I've been suffering for many years, seen multiple dermatologists, tried so many different meds and now I finally feel like I'm getting proper treatment. For the first time I feel like I matter and am starting the healing process! Thank you for everything Maggie, you rock and I love you!!!

At my most recent visit, I checked in as usual and was then called back to the front desk and told-- for the first time--that they now require a credit or debit card to be kept on file. I was not informed of this policy in advance when scheduling my appointment. I explained that I do not have a card on file, but I was fully prepared to pay my copay at the time of the visit, as I always have. Despite that, I was refused care. What was most concerning was not just the policy itself, but how it was handled: - No prior notice of the change - Being told only after check-in - No accommodation offered, even for a long-time patient in good standing I later confirmed this is a corporate policy and no exceptions are made. Patients should be aware that even if you are willing and able to pay at the time of service, you may be denied care if you do not provide a card on file. I recommend asking about this policy before scheduling. and have always paid my copays and any out-of-pocket costs at the time of service.
