Im lucky that I have almost always had Kim, the proprietor, as my masseuse. She is wonderful! If you want to talk during the massage, she always obliges, but if you want silence, she'll do that too. She makes sure you have a massage that meets your goals and needs. I've been to Chatham Bars Inn as part of a group, and the massage was ok, but the "bedside manner" made me feel like a number in a crowd. It was far more expensive and far less personalized. I won't be going to CBI again, and I have signed up for once monthly massages with Kim. Also, it's good to know that Le Petit Day Spa can accommodate 5 people at a time, each in separate and private rooms.

My credit card bill says I paid 235.60. I think they upsold the "type" of massage without talking with me about it. They also charge a 4% credit card surcharge, which violates merchant rules with the networks and is not very expected for a high-end establishment and price point. 2. Sadly my massage just wasn't very effective. Very light pressure throughout. I left with most of all the same muscle tension that I went in with. I've had a lot of massages and this one was like 95th percentile in price and 30th percentile in effectiveness.

They were very rude about it instead of trying to problem solve. My niece got her nails done at an earlier appointment that day and she was told they would not do designs on her nails because there wasn't enough time. They should have informed her of that at the time of booking. They do not manage their schedules well and they overbook themselves so they cannot fulfill all of their appointments. Also the place is very grubby and doesn't feel clean.

This review if for Laura Peterson who has another office in Dennis,MA where I have received massage…read moretherapy for the last three years. I have a neck and shoulder condition that requires monthly massage, so when we moved to the Cape I looked for a massage therapist and found Laura. I consider her massages essential to my physical health. She has healing hands and can find any area in you body that may need to be addressed. When you walk out of her office you feel like you have a rejuvenated body. I have had massages with other many other therapists over the last 15 years, but Laura has healing hands and is clearly the best one I've found. She gets results because she cares and really wants to relieve the pain or discomfort you may be having, For example, last year I had complications from meniscus (knee) surgery and it wasn't healing. She gave me special knee massages for a few weeks and I credit her work to finally recovering and getting better. Nothing else seemed to be working and I was getting very discouraged. I strongly recommend you contact Laura if you just want a good massage or if you have a physical issue that you think massage can help.
