Responsive and helpful, even providing suggestions for nail salons in the area for my wife. Cape Massage is located in downtown Orleans sharing the parking lot with Hole- in- One Donuts. Its in the wood shingled building at the back of the parking lot. The spa itself was very nice. A relaxing environment without the overwhelming hippie / Buddhist temple decor you get at a lot of places. I sat and read a book in the lobby/ waiting room while my wife had her massage, so I had plenty of time to take in the relaxation, and note that everything about Cape Massage is very new and clean (massage room, waiting area, and restrooms) I got an hour long Swedish massage, as her web site says the hour massage is a full hour of hands on time. Not the 50 minutes other places do. Both mine and my wife's massages ended up being 75 minutes if not more. The appointment after us had canceled and we weren't in any hurry. Brooke was pleasant and easy to talk to, but seemed to have a good sense when I wanted to chat, and when it was good time to be quite and let me relax. We will be going back the next time we are one the Cape and may consider using her out-call services to limit the amount of time we need to be away from the beach.

This is the person for you! I have had massage work in the past and one incident left me very physically and emotionally hurt, you might even say I had post traumatic stress from it. So I avoided massages for almost 10 years (not evan joking it was that traumatic) I work as an aesthetician myself, so I am familiar with massage therapist in the work place. Still, I never felt comfortable with anyone working on, never mind evan touching me. Than I met Beth through mutual friends, some months past and I was in a horrible car accident, I had SERVE WHIPLASH, and was in constant pain! Soft tissue damage is the worst feeling. She took my past story VERY SERIOUSLY, and I was so appreciative of her understanding and patience. On a trip home to visit family, it was suggested and we all went together for an 11:00am salt cave session. The session lasted 45 minutes and was one of the most relaxing experiences we've ever had. There are two options; music or guided meditation. We opted for the music, which allowed us to experience at our own pace. Grace was the employee that assisted us and she was wonderful. She gave a few recommendations to optimize our experience such as laying on the salt rather than only sitting on the chairs and we all believed that it gave us a better overall outcome. We all left with clear minds and feeling fantastic. Our family members that live on Cape are already looking into the regular passes and we will absolutely be back on our next visit.
