Granniehudsoneatsout is no more Hudson (WAAAAAAA!!!) and a washashore in Centerville, Cape Cod. I am out on a mission to rebuild my new life on Cape with my heart in Hudson. Aching after the move, I HAD to get some relief. So far I've found one place I love, and then I tried BSDS! It is expensive folks. It is a small woman-owned business nestled in Hyannis. But as a small business, you will get that customized, love you to pieces service that only a small woman-owned business can. Kelly the owner is a peach of human and her staff are following her footsteps. I just moved to Cape Cod from Hudson, MA where I left my beloved massage therapist Melissa from Synergy Wellness. In pain and tired, I tried this place. Came in for an hour and stayed for 90 minutes. I was hoping for bone-crushing deep tissue, which Danielle couldn't deliver - for a reason. She wanted to know WHAT was hurting/in need of help. And focused on what the body craved in a silent dialogue between her and my aching bones. I woke up this morning with ZERO sciatica and shoulder pain. Using very interesting techniques, and applying heat and COLD, I don't know WHAT she did or how she did it, but she brought it. They offer spa services and memberships to make the "get your health in order massage fix" approachable. As they love on you like they've known you your entire life. Like sisters in a special group. HEAVEN! read more

I recently had a facial by Katie. While the facial was very good, she became very pushy afterwards when I told her I did not want to purchase the line of products she had used on me. In addition, she charged me for an eye treatment that she apparently had done on me during the facial without my knowledge or consent. I ended up buying the products and paying for the eye treatment just to get out of the salon. She was condescending and unprofessional to say the least. There are other options for spas on the cape. My advice is to avoid this salon to save yourself the hassle and expense. A trip to the spa should feel good from beginning to end, not to walk out of there feeling like you were bullied. read more

Beware of upcharging, selling products you didn't ask for, and definitely do not go with a group of girls as they don't have enough technicians nor the skills to do a proper job. Extremely disappointing. Will not be coming back. read more

i had reflexology treatment last week with Kelly White. It was ok, so when Kelly White offered to meet with her again this week( today) I acceptEd her offer. When we arrived to her office, she was not here, there was a girl, who did not speak any English, just repeated " no Kelly". We could not communicate, so we were forced to leave. I understand, emergency could happened, but Kelly could call me/ text/ email, so I would not waste 2 hours of my life in Cape Cod traffic for nothing. Very strange service to say the least. read more

This place will take half of your service fee regardless when you cancel/reschedule; even if you do it in a week advance. I had to cancel an appointment well in advance due to both my daughter and I had the flu and did not want to get anyone sick. Owner completely ignored this and proceeded to charge me over $100 "just because." If you consider yourself a decent human being and want to support ethical businesses, do NOT come here! read more

Loved the owner and both my manicure and pedicure. The quality of the products was superior to what I've seen at resorts. The dazzle dry polish was great. read more

Beware of deceitful up charging Booked a bachelorette event, had one person cancel two days before. Business owner attempted to charge me 50% of price of one person because I was cancelling between "48-72 hours prior to event" as per her words. I sent her her own website disclaimer page where it did not relay that at all, she refunded me 100% for the one person cancelling. Post event, I was charged an additional $51.25 for one girl's removal and application of shellac nail gel. I was never told at the event and it was on my card. Once I addressed, she refunded me again. While the issues were resolved it completely negated any relaxing experience this business is trying to convey- I would avoid the hassle of this scamming business owner. Not transparent or trustworthy. read more

this was my first visit to the spa. I had a very sore shoulder/ back. Danielle was my therapist, and she was professional, and highly skilled! it was honestly the best massage I've ever had! And my shoulder pain is gone! I can't believe it! The spa smelled great. It was very clean, with nice music, and esthetically attractive. Just a great experience! read more

My boyfriend and I were in town for the weekend and wanted to get a massage. After reading the reviews, I was cautious going there and aware of the reviews of upcharging. Thankfully we did not have this experience. One thing I will say, so that folks are aware, is that when you make an appointment you need to put a card down to hold your appointment. However, they do charge the full amount of the service when you give the card- before services are rendered. So just be aware of this so you don't get surprised by the charge like I was! My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back. The building was clean and the masseuses were friendly. It was truly one of the best massages that I have had to date, and she was aware of my body and was able to tell where I needed work without stating it. My boyfriend is a runner and his masseuse focused on his legs which ended up helping him so much. read more

I was lucky enough to find this spa while on vacation. My visit with Danielle was even better than I had hoped for. I left, feeling refreshed, renewed, and with improved clarity. She peeled the stress away from me, worked out the knots and I feel so much better. I am given a gift certificate each year for my birthday. I got a 90 minute massage and it was amazing. I highly recommend Body Sense Day Spa!! read more

I came into this charming day spa for a much needed massage and my first impressions were plenty of parking, immaculate, great array of quality products ( I am a Repachage user for over 20 years) and really nice decor. Danielle was my masseuse and asked all the right questions about pressure and my areas of concern and if I had any allergies and she gave me a wonderful 90 minute massage combining shiatsu, Thai and Swedish. On my way to check out I met Kim and complimented her on the Repachage products and told her how wonderful my massage was, I asked about a gel pedicure and she happened to have time to do one right then and there! It was excellent ! I feel like a met a new friend she was so knowledgeable on the spa business (I use to be an esthetician) and gave me some good information on the area. This will be my go to place for everything ! Highly recommend read more

AMAZING! My friend and I had a great experience. She had the hot stone massage and I had the Swedish. We are going back again.

First massage ever! Nuh was my tech - made the experience restful. Owner was friendly on arrival. I would certainly go back. The do offer a monthly package but I drive about 35 minutes to get here so I don't think it would be beneficial read more

Dani is the best...she made my friend feel so much better. He was able to get through the rest of his day with renewed vitality...

After living on the Cape for over three years, I have finally found a Day Spa close to me. Kelly is awesome. She helped get my nails and feet healthy again. Her products work wonders. Also, had the Sugar Scrub massage and it was glorious. When you want to treat yourself for a day of beauty, Body Sense Day Spa is the best place to go. Five stars from me. read more

I called late afternoon on Saturday to book a massage because I was having terrible pain in my shoulders and neck. I got a call right away and the fit me in. Dani the tech I saw was amazing! She was so nice and made me feel so much better! She even stayed late so that I could be seen. Very professional and clean spa. She even sent me home with some samples for my teenage daughter to try for acne and it's already starting to clear. We will definitely be ordering these products from them. I highly recommend Body sense day spa! read more

My friend and I got 90 minute therapeutic massages - AMAZING! We agreed, best massages we ever got! They were the perfect way to kickstart our relaxation mode on vacation. We would both 100% recommend. read more

Went for a manicure. It was my first time getting Dazzle dry. The technician (Marcia) was nice and personable. She assured me that the manicure will last 2 weeks. I got it on Friday, it started peeling off on Wednesday and by Thursday night it didn't look good anymore. I am not involved in any heavy manual labor, work on computer. Didn't last even a week. Won't recommend this place for mani. read more

Great location and environment. Friendly and knowledgeable on massage therapy (which is what I went in for). The owner Ms. White made it a point to say hello and see how my visit went. Ms. Guyette gave me a perfect massage based on my needs. I will surely be returning the next time I'm in town. read more

What an amazing time my husband and I had at Body Day Sense Spa!!! From the moment we walked in, the amount of genuine warmth and hospitality given by the owner Kelly and the staff was like no other! We were greeted by friendly conversations and promptness. My husband and I got the one hour Swedish Couples massage and I literally have never had a better massage! Kelly worked thoroughly on the many knots I have on my shoulder and back area. It was like she knew how to find the troubled spots. I loved everything about Body Day Sense Spa- my husband and I both loved our massages and walked out feeling relaxed and brand new. The entire experience was a pleasure. I truly can't wait to go back to Cape Cod just so that we can have another excellent massage!! read more

I had an amazing massage with Dani! The spa was very clean. The staff was warm, welcoming and professional. Very pleased with my results! I left relaxed and pain-free. read more

How do you have the best day ever?! Head to Body Sense with your BBF-- Sara! Enjoyed a lovely body scrub/massage with Debra. Felt like I was on air after massage. Wrapped up the spa day with some humor with Kelly who did a beautiful job on nails and toes! Thank you so much! Ps. You can have infused water -- grapefruit was incredible! Highly recommend this soothing spa for your stay in Hyannis. :-) read more

Went to bodysense day spa with my mom and had the best experience!! We had massages, Mani/pedis, and a facial. Kelly spent so much time with us and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. She really went above and beyond. I can't recommend them enough! read more

We had booked time for 3 massages at a time plus 2 more right after for a total of 5. We were coming from outside the Cape and this was one of the places that could take 3 people at one time and accommodate all 5 of us. The surprise came when we climbed the steep stairs and were told to watch our heads not to bump on the ceiling beams. It is a good thing we were family for the room was one big open room with all 3 of the ladies having to undress and climb under the covers all together - no separate rooms. We saw some bathrobes in a basket but were not offered any. The 3 masseuses were very good. No problem with the services, but the Spa place should be up front with telling prospective customers that they would not be in a private room for their massages. read more

I went to this Body Sense salon for a manicure and pedicure, and I can't stop looking at my hands--they look so good! (I'd look at my feet more if they were as close to my face :-) The salon is immaculate. The nail technician who did my nails, Kristen, was meticulous and expert in her scrubbing, sloughing, trimming, massaging, and painting! My nails ( hands and feet) look and feel better than they have after any other mani/pedi I've ever received (and yes, I go get mani/pedis a lot). The one small thing I wish was different? Less AC! I was pretty frozen while in there. read more

This place is closed down They are awful people. They won't return my calls . I have called and left them messages. They owe me and my friends 300 dollars. We had to cancel our appointments and we haven't been refunded yet. read more

Nope.....move on! But, if you go hold onto your wallet. Kelly is extremely dishonest with her method of up-selling. It makes me so sad to write this. My experience there today with a decent massage was diminished by her creepy deceit. read more

Tried Body Sense for the first time today. Had waxing and facial. Loved them both. My skin feels amazing. I will definitely be back
