I would have thought she would be happy to get some business after being closed because of the pandemic, but I guess common courtesy to even respond with a "Sorry but I am busy" is too much to ask for these days. Would give 0 stars if I could. **So to respond to Laura's note to my review, a simple "I am under the weather" or "I am busy those dates" would have sufficed after I made my multiple appointment inquiries. Instead you completely ignored emails and texts, and then respond to my review 20 months later? I am sorry you were under the weather back in September of 2020, but this just poor small business customer service. It takes 10 seconds to send a text.

Paulette is very professional, caring, and an excellent listener. A Perfect Anniversary Treat! My husband and I came here for…read moreour anniversary, and it was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and so relaxing. I had my massage with Lily, and she was absolutely amazing! You can tell this is truly her passion -- she was kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and like a weight had been lifted off me. My husband had Ashley, and he couldn't stop talking about how great she was. He said it was one of the best massages he's ever had -- she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about his comfort. We come to the Cape a few times a year, and we've already decided this will be a regular stop every visit. If you're looking for a place that truly cares about their clients, this is it!

I am posting this review based on my experience with the business rather than the services…read morethemselves, as I have unfortunately been unable to actually receive the services I purchased. I purchased a coupon through Cape Cod Daily Deal for a massage and facial and have tried repeatedly to contact the business to schedule my appointment. I have called multiple times and sent an email, but have never been able to reach a live person and have not received a single call or email back. I also cannot simply book the appointment online, as their booking system does not allow me to use my prepaid coupon and instead requires me to pay for the services in full again. At this point, I feel completely ripped off. I paid for services that I have made multiple attempts to schedule and have been given no way to actually redeem them. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others against purchasing prepaid packages or deals from this business.

I have chronic back pain from scoliosis and have been seeing massage therapists for many years. I…read morehave become something of a "massage snob" from trying so many people. About two years ago my long search for the perfect massage ended when I found Nadia at Coastline Massage Therapy. Nadia asked me questions and took notes about my problem areas so she could tailor the experience to my needs. Her studio is relaxing, comfortable and clean, tucked away in lovely Dennis village. She remembers my preferences and encourages me to voice any changes I'd like (e.g. change hight on face cradle, table warmth temperature, air temp etc) so the end result is that each time I see her is even better than the last. She lays a cover over my eyes and wraps my feet in hot towels and the whole experience just feels so luxurious and relaxing. I am quite ticklish and a bit shy about it but thanks to her skills she knows how to avoid triggering my ticklish areas and never ever makes me feel self conscious. What more can I say except go try her out. You won't regret it!
