We took a morning vinyasa practice. The teacher taught a creative sequence. There were strong Baptiste expressions and more of an ashtanga approach to alignment. As an instructor, I avoid offering specific alignment cues to new practitioners. Being corrected for my alignment by a teacher I do not know, turned me off a bit. However, I enjoyed the practice and the energy of the space.

So I avoided massages for almost 10 years (not evan joking it was that traumatic) I work as an aesthetician myself, so I am familiar with massage therapist in the work place. Still, I never felt comfortable with anyone working on, never mind evan touching me. Than I met Beth through mutual friends, some months past and I was in a horrible car accident, I had SERVE WHIPLASH, and was in constant pain! Soft tissue damage is the worst feeling. Especially when you are on your feet all day, and your job requires you to use your full body to complete your tasks at hand. After 2 physically therapists, and a chiropractor, with still no relief . I felt hopeless..."How was I going to get back to normal?"" Would I ever feel right for work again?" " What if I need to change my career over this?"
