A Perfect Anniversary Treat! My husband and I came here for…read moreour anniversary, and it was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and so relaxing. I had my massage with Lily, and she was absolutely amazing! You can tell this is truly her passion -- she was kind, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and like a weight had been lifted off me. My husband had Ashley, and he couldn't stop talking about how great she was. He said it was one of the best massages he's ever had -- she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about his comfort. We come to the Cape a few times a year, and we've already decided this will be a regular stop every visit. If you're looking for a place that truly cares about their clients, this is it!

I am posting this review based on my experience with the business rather than the services…read morethemselves, as I have unfortunately been unable to actually receive the services I purchased. I purchased a coupon through Cape Cod Daily Deal for a massage and facial and have tried repeatedly to contact the business to schedule my appointment. I have called multiple times and sent an email, but have never been able to reach a live person and have not received a single call or email back. I also cannot simply book the appointment online, as their booking system does not allow me to use my prepaid coupon and instead requires me to pay for the services in full again. At this point, I feel completely ripped off. I paid for services that I have made multiple attempts to schedule and have been given no way to actually redeem them. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others against purchasing prepaid packages or deals from this business.

I would have thought she would be happy to get some business after being closed because of the pandemic, but I guess common courtesy to even respond with a "Sorry but I am busy" is too much to ask for these days. Would give 0 stars if I could. **So to respond to Laura's note to my review, a simple "I am under the weather" or "I am busy those dates" would have sufficed after I made my multiple appointment inquiries. Instead you completely ignored emails and texts, and then respond to my review 20 months later? I am sorry you were under the weather back in September of 2020, but this just poor small business customer service. It takes 10 seconds to send a text.

Responsive and helpful, even providing suggestions for nail salons in the area for my wife. Cape Massage is located in downtown Orleans sharing the parking lot with Hole- in- One Donuts. Its in the wood shingled building at the back of the parking lot. The spa itself was very nice. A relaxing environment without the overwhelming hippie / Buddhist temple decor you get at a lot of places. I sat and read a book in the lobby/ waiting room while my wife had her massage, so I had plenty of time to take in the relaxation, and note that everything about Cape Massage is very new and clean (massage room, waiting area, and restrooms) I got an hour long Swedish massage, as her web site says the hour massage is a full hour of hands on time. Not the 50 minutes other places do. Both mine and my wife's massages ended up being 75 minutes if not more. The appointment after us had canceled and we weren't in any hurry. Brooke was pleasant and easy to talk to, but seemed to have a good sense when I wanted to chat, and when it was good time to be quite and let me relax. We will be going back the next time we are one the Cape and may consider using her out-call services to limit the amount of time we need to be away from the beach.
