1. Dirty 2.Rude We arrived on time for our appointments and they were not able to fulfill the services we booked the appointment for so we had to go elsewhere. They were very rude about it instead of trying to problem solve. My niece got her nails done at an earlier appointment that day and she was told they would not do designs on her nails because there wasn't enough time. They should have informed her of that at the time of booking. They do not manage their schedules well and they overbook themselves so they cannot fulfill all of their appointments. Very disappointed. I am in town on vacation and have an event to attend. I booked an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure 1.5 hour. While getting my pedicure, 20 minute, I was told she could not do my type of manicure due time. when asked to buff and do a polish change I was told no because I would not like the finished paint job and she didn't want a bad review. so, this poor review if for a refusal of service because, even though I booked an hour appointment for a gel manicure they we're unable to accommodate me and offered no solution. read more

Making an appointment is easy, and they've even been able to fit me in at the last minute, which I really appreciate. My nails took ages!! So awful and the prices were insane. I understand price gouging can happen in nice areas, but almost $80 for dip (they didn't even offer acrylic) was crazy. I would never go back! They have their prices posted on the wall. But when I want to pay for a pedicure/manicure. She told me $66.00. Then she saw my MasterCard she said you'll have to give me more money now. Now you give me $72 unless you give me cash then it's 66. Stopped in today for a pedicure and it was wonderful. The salon is new and very lovely. Located right on Main St. just adjacent to the Orpheum Theater. They've only been open about three months, but I'm confident they'll be around for quite some time. I agree this new place is clean and has a lovely calming atmosphere. Mani-pedi was not rushed and very well done. That said I did not appreciate the multiple attempts to have me "upgrade" from a Classic $30 pedi to one of their $55, $70, or $90 pedicures. "Not today means Not Today". I had a really great SNS manicure here the other day. The woman who took care of me did a great and thorough job. The shop was extremely clean, as well, and it appeared that they sanitize all of their equipment individually. Although I did not get a pedicure, I noticed that they timed 10 minutes for the leg massage portion of that service so as not to leave people feeling jipped. I thought this was a nice touch as many other spas rush through the massage portion of a pedicure. I give Lin's 3 stars only because of the price of my SNS. I get SNS at home in NJ for $30 and it was $60 at Lin's which I feel is somewhat hard to justify. Regular manicures are $17, however. read more

A welcome addition to Chatham! Had a pedicure here and they did a great job. I couldn't decide between two colors so they offered to try out both which was nice. I feel their pricing is right in line with other nail salons in the area and I like all the extra spa options you can add on. I didn't take advantage of any extras nor did I feel compelled to do so. I went there for an SNS manicure and it came out very well. I also really loved how clean and well designed the place was. I was feeling a bit under the weather and I was coughing and the nail tech brought me water and a riccola candy. She offered me a pillow as well for my back while sitting in the chair. I haven't been to a better nail salon on the lower cape! My nails look amazing and this will now be my go too spot for nail care. read more

Saw Lin's salon, while on the Cape this summer. Unfortunately never made it in, but did stop by while in town in October for a few days. I did a shellac manicure and pedicure with an additional massage and quite honestly the BEST shellac manicure I have ever had! I typically go very natural on my hands, and she had a wonderful suggestion of my usual color, with a little "Perfect Match" over the top. It held up beautifully, honestly almost two weeks longer than my manicures at home. I wish I could have Rachel teach a class on the perfect shellac manicure! While I usually get my nails done, just before heading on vacation...this summer I will be waiting to do them when I arrive. Rachel was WONDERFUL! read more
