She explained the process, took a before picture of my gray roots, and found my correct color. She recorded it in the computer, so that I can go to any location in the future. While she applied the color, I sat in the cool little gown to protect my clothes. Once she was done, she made me tea and I read a magazine while I was waiting. She finished with a wash, and an explanation of the blow dryer bar, which had free product to use, brushes, and a blow dryer. I finished my hair, and Tiara took an after picture of my roots.
