Previte's offered to stock some of the things that would pull us away occasionally! Ron and team keep the produce on point. Routinely get deli meats, and various sandwiches. Everything is always great. Life causes a frequent need for premade foods and entrees. Calzones are awesome. Pizza is good in a pinch. Have had many premade entrees and lots of good options. Cheese, Montillio's desserts, Nona ice cream, and all the fresh meats keep us coming back. Everyone is always friendly and accommodating. Sometimes the lines get long but the staff is quick to open registers to move people along. Inside is great plenty of room for them to add more. Easy interior seating if you want to stay there and eat. Looking forward to seeing how to use the space to offer us more. Tons of local events outside, bringing local artisans and shops to the exterior. They can open an entire wall so you can walk into the produce area. All in all a great fixture in the community

There is one employee that outwardly complains that he hates the store, hates management and does not care about customers. Today, he stated, "if the store does not care about the meat department, I do not care about customers". First, why does Star have employees that talk openly and very loud about how they hate management and their work environment. This is something a customer should not be told by an employee. I informed the manager at the store (5-8-2026) and he just looked a me. Someone at Star needs to address this environment.

They have a wide wide array of frozen and prepared foods. They have ready to eat foods like salad, salads, and entrées, sandwiches, burritos, and more. The staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. The prices are good, not too high. Some of their foods may be slightly higher than a traditional grocery store, but the quality is far superior I believe. The downside with Trader Joe's is that it is always crowded in the spaces seem to be smaller than some of the other grocery store establishments. I actually enjoy shopping at Trader Joe's because I feel as though I'm getting really nutritious options and a wide array of them. Among the foods that I would recommend there are their ready-made salads because we don't often have time to make our meals the next day for when we go to work. They also have a variety of frozen soups, which are terrific. They have organic tomato roasted red pepper soup, lobster bisque, (my daughter's favorite), tomato feta (one of my favorites), and lemonade chicken orzo! This last soup is my all-time favorite from Trader Joe's. Check out Trader Joe's! We especially like the one that's in Hanover, Massachusetts.

Scratch tickets hanging behind the counter was a weird touch. The sandwiches were just okay. I was expecting worse after leaving to be honest. I think they should clean the store, stop egregious price gouging, get better higher quality products in there like craft beers or imported items or something I cant get elsewhere easily and maybe i would come back. I've never been at another grocery chain where I've had to get help bc their register locked due to it thinking I was trying to steal something. And they are ridiculously understaffed so don't expect expedient help when it happens. But don't worry, they have those weird robot things wandering around getting in your way so why hire anyone to help at checkout. At this point I only go there for one or two items that I can't find elsewhere. Made the mistake of doing a full shopping there today. "Well, you didn't put the bar across!" She says even though the mistake is due to her not paying attention, and obv hating her job. The bagger an old lady, made a big deal out of my asking for paper bags and STILL used plastic around the paper. Then she refused to only give me two bags, putting the paper towels and dish washer pods into another plastic bag. She would not just merge those items into the paper bags even though I told her it was ok. Apparently she thought those items would contaminate my food! Ugh! I had to put them in myself. I will drive across town to Norwell before I go here again!
