She has so much knowledge and is very caring and supportive. The class was with 6 individuals with very different stages of fitness journey and needs. (Some have bad shoulders, injured body parts etc.) Tracey gave everybody with very customized, individual cues and progression/regression, and I am amazed how she helped everyone to push just right amount so that everyone can get good workout while not injuring themselves. The whole class flow was amazingly choreographed with proper techniques and hands-on adjustments. I am at the phase to undo my bad habits and correct my alignments deviations. Without me communicating verbally, Tracey understood my intentions and guided me through the whole class. She gave me so many aha moments and I finally found some of my muscle groups firing which I haven't felt for years. She has such a sweet, nurturing personality, and it was such a pleasant and fun experience to move in her class! Highly highly recommend to anybody - from a person who has never taken a Pilates class, or recovering from injuries, to a Pilates enthusiast looking for learning from an instructor at the mastery level of arts of Pilates.

So they let me signed up and I had Chris Mallett worked with me. He firstly told me that if I don't have doctors note he can't really do much, then I said I am very close by, I can go home and grab it for him. He immediately told me that he is leaving soon. The front desk told me it's about one hour session, but Chris seems to be in a rush, he didn't have patience with me. He said even though if I leave the office now, they are going to charge me. I was very upset, I did not get informed that I should bring the doctors note, also he didn't do anything with me yet. When I got home, I did some research about his name and the history of this place, it seems like Chris and his wife are both the owners and they live in South Pasadena. But how rude he treated me today, I was speechless! I told the front desk that I did not get treated by the therapist and I am not going to pay for this visit. She seems to be understanding. I hope I haven't been charged for this unpleasant visit. As I live very close by, I also signed up all the paperwork and my credit card information, so I think I will come again to see another therapist in April anyways, at least I can have a better judgment of this place after I get my next appointment.

They have eight custom Balanced Body reformers. The reformers are top of the line, and a bit longer than standard ones. Bathroom is nicely stocked, and there is a private room with Cadillac reformer. The instructors are awesome. Lulu, Tunde, Janine, Shawn, and Myra are all amazing. Each one has a different style and you get a full body workout every time. They are all warm, friendly, and always take the time to answer questions and take the time to get to know their clients. Playlists are great, sound is ambient without being too loud, mics are good quality without any echo. There is a beautiful long wooden bench by entrance for you to place your personal items and sit, as well as a cubby in the back. I appreciate the thought that went into the layout of this studio. It is spacious but still feels intimate. There is a small parking lot and also street parking. Customer service is great.

Parking can be rough, I recommend parking on the street. I like that the class is entirely on the reformer. I felt like I got my money's worth so to speak. I called and spoke with Alessia and she was very patience answering to all my questions. We are interested in learning ballroom dance and she said we can tell her what we wanna learn at the time of the lesson. The location we went was 121 Weaverly in Pasadena. The location was easy to find (10 mins walking distance from old Pasdena town) and my mom chose to learn Waltz. Alessia was our instructor and she was trying to teach us as much as she can within the hour time. She was nice, professional, and patience with all of us. It was a very pleasant experience for all of us.

I especially like her attention to detail in the technique, and in the proper way to lead and follow. If you want to learn Salsa, Swing or any of the Ballroom dances you can't go wrong with classes at Let's Dance SP. Alessia recently convinced me to try International Latin and while difficult, I can see definite progress. I especially appreciate her helping me develop my body action which transfers over to my social salsa dancing. Drop by any of the classes and check it out yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Let me start this review by saying I've been a huge morph fan for 2 years, literally declining…read moreevery invite from my friends to try different studios. I've been to Los Feliz when I lived in LA and moved to Pasadena when I moved out of LA. My sister and I collectively referred over 10 people to morph whom purchased beginners class, then beginners 10 pack, and some even 15 class packs. We wondered about referrals and no one got back to us. I don't even want a free class but maybe a pair of socks to show their appreciation for all the business we brought to them. We got nothing, not even a verbal appreciation. I've gotten my friends to mostly fill an entire class a few times too. To me, seems like morph doesn't care about their "morphletes" as much as they portray and they only care about the money. Parking: THE PARKING SUCKS. There's only a few spots and the rest is paid parking. I'm already paying $20 per class, I don't want to pay for parking. You have to go at least 15 minutes early to wait in the parking lot for the previous class to come in for lot parking. Classes: the classes are a breeze, they're so easy compared to other studios. I started going to a different studio while having morph credits still and I'd go to morph when I want an easy workout. The flow of the class is different than other lagree studios, exercises have different names too. Some instructors don't even have holds/pauses in the routine. The classes are just not challenging enough. WHY IS THERE NO APP TO BOOK CLASSES? I feel like at this point, an app is bare minimum. Their latest class is 6pm which is hard to make for a corporate employee to attend. The studio I currently attend has 7pm and 8pm classes. Community: As much as they portray a community, there is no sense of community at morph. I've only been going to this new studio for a year and I feel so welcomed and appreciated. At my other studio, I've gotten acknowledgment for my birthday, 50 classes, 100 classes, invitation to join a free class for content, and owners are much more personable. You can tell who is in it for the money and who is actually passionate about lagree. Also, morph trainers spray down the machine as soon as class is over, giving you NO time to stretch because they be waiting by your machine with a towel as soon as class is over. Just feels like they're trying to rush people out asap. Other studios use wipes, giving people time to chill out and stretch after a challenging workout. Overall, There are A LOT of better lagree studios out there, in all the ways. A lot of studios have holiday discounts/founders deals much better than what morph offers. Take it from me who was a huge morph fan who ended up finding a sense of belonging at another studio. Forgot to mention that I been weight lifting for 3 years and the only 2 times I got severely injured to the point of bed rest was at this studio.

She's the best instructor!! She's always watching and correcting form so I know I'm in the right postures / positions. I love that attention to detail because it makes me feel like I'm really getting the most out of every session. Now that I'm pregnant she's really great at giving me modifications. The studio itself is spotless and thoughtfully set up. The bathrooms and showers are super clean, which makes those early 6 AM classes so nice because I can shower and head straight to work (complementary towels, shower mats, razors, q tips, deodorant, hair dryers, etc). There's plenty of street parking around the block and designated spots in their lot. Highly recommend :)
