She is extremely knowledgeable, diligent and hardworking; a true professional. This has resulted in better coverage at significantly lower premium costs than those companies that commonly advertise on television. Kathy has helped me with both my home and auto insurance. The companies she compared always had the highest ratings. This matters, if you have a claim, as I did. Gale force winds during a Nor'easter ripped my house apart and I had to file a claim. Kathy Brandon was there throughout the process to restore my property. Each year when I renew, Kathy stands ready to review and re-price my policies to insure I am adequately covered while not over paying. Just as importantly, Kathy's exemplary service permits me to customize the transaction so that it is convenient and efficient for me to perform the annual task of renewing my insurance. If you have been dealing with uneducated customer service representatives over the phone, your annual nightmare of insurance renewal is over. No more misinformation etc. Just call Kathy Brandon of Insurance Brokers of Maryland and she will spend the time and effort to take care of all your insurance needs with no headaches or worries.

We went with our home builder's recommendation, given that our previous insurance company in this area was at a high cost. After meeting with Insurance First, we became educated on just how bad the builder's recommendation was. Once we moved all of our insurance over, we feel much better given the coverage and understand the documentation. The agent also took the time to explain what an umbrella policy is, how affordable it is and the peace of mind that comes with it. We now actually have more coverage (and an umbrella policy to boot) and it cost less than the other companies we used for home, car and personal articles policies combined. We are very happy customers.

Madison was thorough and professional in obtaining quotes from your numerous carriers. I sought out your advise because I had been provided with insurance renewals showing significant increases in premium costs despite no adverse change in my statistics. Madison was an exemplary professional: hardworking, dedicated, knowledgeable, responsive, communicative and generally helpful. She was unable to match my current renewal rates , but she exemplified all the traits we value in our insurance agents. Kindly let me add, once we find a reputable insurance agent, we remain with them almost indefinitely. It's a long and trusted commitment. Madison worked very hard with all her knowledge to assist me in my home insurance needs, yet received no recompense. Consequently, I will be providing a very accurate but glowing report of your agency's highly principled conduct. I will be posting the review to the website, "Yelp". The advisory, is that, if one finds good people, share the news with your friends and neighbors. Madison gave me sound advice and I am grateful.
