Everything in the beginning was good and easy to purchase an auto policy. Months later to find out by my lein holder who was withdrawing extra out my account because somehow Messina left the lien holder off my policy for over six months and my lender had to purchase the insurance on the back which took out an extra $300 out of my account a month because Messina didn't put their name on my binder took me four months to get a response and I didn't get that until I threatened to contact the Maryland insurance administration and then they got nasty and smart about the situation. You should see my emails that I receive. Excuse me no emails text messages because they don't like to respond via the phone and they are right there. Purchase a new policy and you'll get quick response by phone afterwards good luck talking to a human. They want to respond in text messages and then when I said I'm gonna file a complaint with the Insurance administration and put a review on their website they came back stating don't do the threats that's not a threat. It's a freedom of speech and I don't think I'm the only one who may have had problems with them be careful and be aware and know that you won't have an opportunity to speak with anyone directly after you purchase a policy

We went with our home builder's recommendation, given that our previous insurance company in this area was at a high cost. After meeting with Insurance First, we became educated on just how bad the builder's recommendation was. Once we moved all of our insurance over, we feel much better given the coverage and understand the documentation. The agent also took the time to explain what an umbrella policy is, how affordable it is and the peace of mind that comes with it. We now actually have more coverage (and an umbrella policy to boot) and it cost less than the other companies we used for home, car and personal articles policies combined. We are very happy customers.

After three different companies looked at our roof they all said it needed replacement. Thanks State Farm but no thanks. Don't waste your time or money dealing with them.
