After 90 minutes on the phone I was told my taxes would be reassigned to someone else but that didn't happen. Today I contacted customer service again and they kicked my taxes back so that I could file without assistance and they refunded the pax pro fee. After years of filing with HRB I asked for a full refund as a show of good faith and they denied. Overall, Vanessa was unresponsive, and HRB customer service is slow. the woman I spoke with today got the job done but had a mood despite me starting the conversation off calmly and polite. I will not be using their services again.
