Anytime I've needed something that required them to go to the MVA they always have my tags, title, etc when they say they will. If they say it will be ready tomorrow then I get a call the next day telling me it's ready. Side note: Kimmie, whom I've dealt with nearly every time I've gone deserves a medal for her level of patience. Almost every time I've been here someone has been arguing with her with varying degrees of rudeness over things that are out of her control. News Flash: Terry's tag and title doesn't make the rules, the state of Maryland does, no matter how much you want another set of Temp Tags.... My hat is off to you guys. I honestly don't know how you put up with this on a seemingly daily basis.
