Anytime I've needed something that required them to go to the MVA they always have my tags, title, etc when they say they will. If they say it will be ready tomorrow then I get a call the next day telling me it's ready. Side note: Kimmie, whom I've dealt with nearly every time I've gone deserves a medal for her level of patience. Almost every time I've been here someone has been arguing with her with varying degrees of rudeness over things that are out of her control. News Flash: Terry's tag and title doesn't make the rules, the state of Maryland does, no matter how much you want another set of Temp Tags.... My hat is off to you guys. I can't say enough good things about CC's Tag and Title! We had a complicated situation and had to wait for the lienholder to send the title before anything could be completed. I had called several other tag and title agencies first and, quite frankly, they were not helpful at all. CC and her son were completely different. They went above and beyond to help us through the entire process, kept us informed, and genuinely cared about getting everything taken care of. Their customer service, knowledge, and willingness to help were outstanding. If you need tag and title services, skip the other places and call CC's Tag and Title first. I wish I had!
