Long story short, I was with Erie insurance and during my tenure I never had an issue. Ever since VW Brown took over Erie, the new folks have been nothing short of idiots. I have 3 homes, and multiple cars, all of which are screwed up on the policy with VW Brown. I explained multiple times of how my situation is with where each vehicle should be and how each property is classified and at no point was this corrected. Now, simply asking for insurance cards, leads to me being charged an additional $400 due to VW Brown, Eric Kane, and his associates incompetency. Truly, the mistake is by VW Brown and should be paid out of their own funds, yet they are going to make the innocent party pay. I work as a licensed realtor, and had referred my clients to VW Brown, which I will no longer do. I truly hope a better company comes in and removes there incompetent people...
