You should see my emails that I receive. Excuse me no emails text messages because they don't like to respond via the phone and they are right there. Purchase a new policy and you'll get quick response by phone afterwards good luck talking to a human. They want to respond in text messages and then when I said I'm gonna file a complaint with the Insurance administration and put a review on their website they came back stating don't do the threats that's not a threat.
