My first encounter was about a month ago on Skyport and First street in San Jose. He was tailgating me so close that he almost hit my vehicle several times. Once he passed me he was speeding at very unsafe speeds during traffic. Fast forward to yesterday, 4/9, I just so happened to see him again on 4th street coming up to Commercial in San Jose. He was tailgating another vehicle and honking at the driver very aggressively. When stopped at the light he came up very close to that vehicle as if he was going to hit that vehicle. If these are the type of employees your company has then I would not recommend this company,

He kept me waiting for minutes as he stared at the cash register trying to do an audit(?!). Completely empty store, only him and me. He already knew I was in a hurry because I had called 20 min prior with a pickup request and gotten the item's exact price. When I arrived, the item was on the counter, and I placed the cash amount+tax next to the item and tell him I don't need a receipt. He tells me again in a surly way to "wait a few minutes". Luckily another employee walks in to see what's going on and tells Nick to give me my purchase. Then they start arguing with each other. Ugh. Hopefully Praxair can teach an element of 'customer service' to this employee, or put him back stocking shelves.

My review simply reflects my experience so other patients and families understand how strictly your company applies its policies, even when the equipment was barely used. I initially asked to extend the rental, but just three days later informed your team that I no longer needed the bed and asked whether the rental could be prorated or if an extension fee could be applied instead. That request was refused with zero compassion or flexibility. There really isn't much more to add. Repeating apologies while continuing to hide behind policy does not address the underlying issue. The company chose to keep the full $250 rather than make a reasonable accommodation in a medical situation where circumstances changed quickly. Customers can decide for themselves whether that is the level of flexibility and empathy they want from a medical equipment provider.

I quickly reached out on Yelp to several licensed fire protection service providers, hoping someone could help reinstall it as soon as possible. Leon from Central Fire Protection & Services was the fastest to respond--within ten minutes! I asked Leon if he could come quickly to help me replace and install it because I had to go out the next day. Leon asked me to send him photos and a short video. After reviewing them, he reassured me that there was no need to worry, that it wasn't a big problem, and told me to just contact him again after I got home. When we returned from our trip, I contacted Leon right away. Leon patiently and thoroughly guided me online on how to choose the correct new cover plate, how to purchase it, and explained that once I received the parts, I could actually install it myself. Even after receiving the new part, I still insisted on having Leon come install it, since I'm not a professional. But Leon kindly and carefully walked me through the installation step by step. Finally, with Leon's help, I successfully installed the new cover plate! I was so happy--not just because Leon provided all this guidance for free and never tried to take advantage of me, but also because through Leon, I learned something new myself. Now, with immense gratitude, I'm writing this review to give Leon the highest praise for his professionalism, honesty, dedication, and his willingness to go above and beyond. Past that point, we had no interaction with the folks there. But! I did like that I didn't have to talk to anyone and we took our time looking at the different style pavers without any distraction. I'm not sure if there was more stuff inside, but we got what we needed. I did appreciate all the outside pavers were outside and some of them were laid out on the floor. They had a variety of Belgard pavers in the different styles so that we could figure out the sizing and which patterns we'd like. I wish they labeled the bordering tile color cause that would've been helpful. Since it's really hard to find a large display, I'm so happy this place had it because we'd be lost and seeing pavers in person is more helpful than just staring at pictures online.
