I had been a customer for quite some time and had not been happy with the quality of work done at Linda's. They ask that if you're not happy you speak to them prior to leaving the salon, that's difficult to do when the technicians claim that they don't understand what you're saying. I went in for a simple manicure and came out with half done cuticles streaky, bumpy polish, and the nails are so misshapen and that it's not even funny! I gave them another chance by going in today, I won't make that mistake again and I'd recommend that if you're looking for a quality nail salon, look somewhere else. Super disappointed. read more

Absolutely horrible!!!!!! Filthy dirty! They are so rude! The girl I had was so bad. Man in the front desk was screaming. I looked up thought something was happening. Stay away from this place. Do not go here! Cleanliness does not exist here, quality of work is awful, and staff is extremely rude. My nails looked nicer when I walked in. Nail tech asked if I would like it a little shorter this time and I answered, "Just a little shorter." The nail tech proceeded to chop my nail off to my finger tip! I asked what she was doing and she said she's shortening. I explained I wanted to grow my natural nail underneathe and she proceeded to chop the rest. I asked for almond- like I always get- and the shape is awful. While doing my nails I said my nails are way too short 3 TIMES and I was ignored and she continued on. I wanted a design on two nails and it looked horrific so I asked for it to be taken off and to just dip it like the rest. She clearly was angry and started YELLING at me. I told her not to raise her voice at me, and I was then given a nail tech with no experience to do three more layers of anc and file them down even shorter. When I asked what she was doing she just kept telling me to "wait" and talking to the previous nail tech in another language and laughing. I saw the manager grab a bowl that someone had just been soaking their nails in, bring it to his area- without emptying or cleaning- and have his client soak her nails in the same bowl! None of the nail materials are cleaned between clients- which I observed after being there for nearly 3 HOURS WITHOUT A WAIT. At the end of my visit I was overcharged and they found that funny as well, and I will be turning them in to whoever and wherever I possibly can- which I've never in my life done- because my experience was THAT BAD! Have tried giving this business many chances. Each time not only me but friends and family have had awful experiences. From literally getting screamed at and forced to pay for services we weren't happy with or even close to what we asked for. After getting my arm forcefully moved told "stop moving" (was not moving) asking for them to redo a design I than waited for another 45 min because the manager got irritated. They are overpriced (up charging based on what color?) and the manager (short, skinny, dark short hair) is the worst customer service example I've ever seen. The building is dirty, the service is rushed and they do not care about what they are doing. Would give it less than 1 if I could have, definitely do NOT recommend. read more

Walk in appointment- I counted 5 techs and one customer in salon. Was seated and had a fill in. The man doing it was rough, shouting in his language to a co worker the entire time I was there, my nails were done in 25 min. And disgusting. Never ever again would I use this place. Unsanitary, hot inside ( door open on hot day) Rude, unprofessional and unsatisfactory to say the least. Save your money, time, and good vibes for a deserving place. First, the doors are open on a hot day, over 80 degrees, so it's uncomfortably hot....no fans, no AC. Then, the nail tech had a very difficult time understanding anything I asked of her, getting no one to help her with translation. My "massage" was literally less than 2 minutes....I timed it, not at all enjoyable. There was a surprise fee of $5 to remove polish, that they placed last time, not listed anywhere on their pricing list. I will not being going to this nail salon anymore. I do not recommend it. I got ANC last Monday. They could not figure out how to do a French manicure but like stiletto shape with ANC. So after i just have them take the one hand off they did I just picked one color with tips and it usually lasts like almost a month. Well nope, i scratched my leg and one nail already came off. Worse pedicure I have ever had. 30 minutes and done. That was supposed to include a 15 minute massage and hot stone massage, foot file, etc. I barely got 10 minute massage, did not clean or cut my nails, no foot file. My feet weren't even soaking for more than 2-3 minutes. I won't go back. I paid for a $60 pedicure and I got a $5 pedicure. Extremely disappointed. read more

I have been going to Linda's Nails for about 5 years now. I first met Aisling when I went in to have my nails done for my outdoor Fall wedding. Talking to her became very easy and enjoyable almost instantly. Aisling knew how important it was to me to look stunning for my wedding and when I tell you she took very good and talented care of me, I mean it!!! I go every 2 weeks when possible and I only see Aisling. Her talent and lovely personality will keep me going there for as long as she is there!! I have never been disappointed with her work, even when I tell her it's her choice what she does to my nails. I have also received countless massage sessions with Aisling, and she was able to take away the pain I lived with most of my life! She changed my life, and I will forever be grateful to her for this! Horrible. Let me start with their pricing system. Ok for a Basic bottom of the line pedicure they charge $28 but if you buy the membership for $2 the next time you come in it's $25! Wtf??!! What a scam. And I'd like to add that they charge that much and do not even have massage chairs! Second problem is their work sucks! Sorry for putting it that way but I am pretty angry. All their basic nail polishes are dried out and sticky so it took a while for the lady to even get the polish on rite. She had to keep taking it off and trying again which was very annoying. When I left not even two hours later I look down and my nail is already chipped! I look closer and notice there is no top coat! Idk if she forgot or this cheap places doesn't do it to cut corners! I usually opt for a spa gel pedicure but at their prices I decided to just get a basic to see how they do. Boy am I glad I didn't get anything more then the basic with how awful of a job they do. Well, it looks like I will lose at least one fingernail thanks to their lax cleaning of instruments. I had acrylic nails done by Brian? (His white person name, I'm sure it is something else in Chinese) on April first in preparation for my son and his fiancée's wedding. He twisted my arthritic thumbs to the point of pain and filed the skin next to several nails until it bled. A week or two later I started noticing a patch of green color under my nail. Sorry to be gross about it. I tried everything I could think of and today I called my doctor. She is recommending I go to a dermatologist. Which is going to cost me big time. So I learned a hard lesson. You don't have to. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

Poor Customer Service and they'll cheat you out of your money they had a special with a pedicure the next service is half off by the time they were finished adding unposted and unconstitutional fees I paid $68 for a hell refill and a basic $28 pedicure!! When a customer came in to inquire about the price of a service they told the kid and when she left they proceeded to insult the customer in their language I know I heard the word fat!! Most importantly I came for an ingrown toe nail and the man Rick argues me and tell me it's gone and here I am 2 days later with the same ingrown toenail now I have to go else where to get the same pedicure again!!! I went in for a full set of Acrylic; I got greeted and was asked to pick a color while there was a wait. Then one of the nail techs came over to tell me about the new GelX nails; stated they look more natural and last longer; told me $55 for everything. I said ok, and waited. Watched another person come in after me and they took her right away; already a bad start. While sitting there I decided that I just wanted the basic acrylics that I went in for. When I sat at booth #3 I said I wanted the acrylics instead of the GelX. The lady spoke in her language to the nail tech and looked confused when I changed my mine. Well; since it was only a bit more $; I went with the GelX. I work in an office and there is no way to break a nail. 3 days later my thumb nail popped off like it was a press on nail; and I have had my nails done and never did they pop off this easily; and I noticed the nail polish she used was on my natural thumb nail; which means to me the nail she put on didn't even fit properly. $55 I spent and was told they last longer; but didn't even last 3 day. They are a rip off here and I will NEVER go there again!!!! read more
