Very slow and the quality has gone downhill over the last year. I probably won't go back.

I went there for 3 yrs getting ANC and gave them a lot of money. One day I called ahead for the technician I favored and was told by Roni "she busy " when I got there I saw she was not and took a walk in while I sat there waiting. I refuse to be treated with this kind if disrespect and will never return there again. Also the nail files they use look like they have been used many many times and are filthy. I will never return . read more

I went with my daughter for her birthday. They were very rushed and pushed us thru to pick a color. My daughter didn't even get to pick I found out later. They asked her what color and then chose for her. When all was said and done I paid and tipped (20%) and they told me I did not tip enough and said they needed more. I did not give them more. My daughter nails didn't last 7 days before the ANC fell off of her nails. I have never experienced that before. And have never experienced anyone demand more tip. read more

Terrible customer service by Roni herself. Completely rude and unprofessional attitude.

Beyond Terrible. He rushed through my pedicure so fast- the massage and callous removal part were hasty and sloppy. He wasn't even going to file my nails until I said I need them filed. Not at all relaxing and he was very rough and acted like he was pressed For time. The Hot stone massage with no lubrication was really ridiculous! The entire thing was under 30 min. and so lousy that it wasn't worth $25- and they brought over the bill for $45 when the service I selected should have been $38. I asked why it's more and they got rude and yelled and claimed that I asked for a different service- they knew I didn't. The poor service actually felt scammy and then they made a big scene when I politely asked about their error. So unprofessional. read more

The only place I will go now for pedis and ANC!! They always do their best to get everyone in (and usually have a lot of staff ready to help) and are always friendly. We started going there for pedis, and they always do a great job! They have packages you can add on if you want. We usually get the crystal gel, which turns the water into this jelly... feels super cool! Lol they did recently start charging an extra $20 for gel on pedis, which is a bummer, but still do a great job with the regular polishes. Also, if you can get Jen you're in for a treat... she's the BEST! Always so giggly and bubbly, but also really great at what she does. I love her! When my appointment for my wedding nails fell through, Roni got me right and and gave me exactly what I wanted- ombré ANC nails! I've now been there a few times since and they've yet to let me down. I will sticking with them for here on out! read more

DO NOT COME HERE IF GETTING COFFIN, CLEAR , LONG, OR DETAILED NAILS. WORST UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE NAIL PLACE IN AMSTERDAM. I I had called earlier and asked her if she could do LONG COFFIN ACRYLIC nails. She told me yes and that it's 45$ so I booked an appointment with her. When I showed up she asked me to pick a color and I ended up picking a gel color she had told me that that is also $10 extra. So I had got the gel color. Then my nails were at the price of $55. She also told me that for the shape of the nail and the length of the nail it's an additional cost of five each. Now my nails are at $65. (Mind you if you ever go to a nail place and they charge you on the length of your nail or for filing your nail into the shape of a coffin do not spend your money there cause I promise you they are just trying to get every penny they can out of you.) she started doing my nails I had asked her how much for ombre on one nail. She had then told me that for ombré it's $10 extra, so I said never mind and just stuck with the regular blue nails. Once she had put on the nails she asked me how long and cut whatever she wanted to, she did not cut where I wanted. But I was fine with it I was like I guess that size is OK. When she started putting on the acrylic she put on excessive amounts of acrylic on my nail making my nails super thick, some nails bigger than others. she also got acrylic all on my fingertips and all under my nail was really messy with the acrylic. But I stuck with it and thought that I should trust the process because she hadn't start filing or shaping yet. At this point all I had was acrylic nails with gel polish and it added up somehow to $65. But I had the money so I didn't complain. even though I have paid $65 before for nails that had gems, ombré, and butterflies that looked way better than the final product that she gave me. When she started to file my nails and drill them down she still managed to make my nails bumpy and thick. then she filed them crooked and round. if theyre coffin nails they should be straight and look like a coffin but instead they look round and crooked. When she started painting she got paint all over the outside of my nail and wiped it off with her finger nail but it was still there. I asked her to add a gem because my nails if they were all blue would've really looked like shit. She pulled out the most expensive gems and told me that one gem was $15. So she put the gem on she obviously did not know what she was doing because the gem immediately slipped off on both nails. So I told her never mind I don't want the gem and she proceeded to put it on anyway. Now my nail is $75 I told her the nail that I wanted the gem on I wanted it to be clear; as you can see in the picture it is not clear at all and as a matter of fact it looks cloudy and cheap. Literally after 20 minutes all I did was drive home after I got my nails done I called and I complained and I told her "hey listen I don't like my nails I was wondering if I come in tomorrow can you take them off for free, redo them or give me half my money back" and she had asked me what was wrong with them and I told her what I didn't like about them and she started getting angry and arguing with me over the phone . so me I started arguing with her back because who the fuck is you talking to? She then had told me that because my nails were finished and that if I didn't like them I should've said something at the salon, I couldn't have a refund and I said it's been 20 minutes what's the difference between me telling you that I didn't like them at the salon between me telling you I didn't like them at home. She hung up in my face three times then the last time I called her I realize my call wasn't going through anymore so she blocked my number. On top of that I gave the girl a $10 tip on top of my $75 nails that look like they are $30. I will never be going here again not because she messed up my nails, I won't be going here again because I told her I didn't like my nails within 20 minutes of them being done and she handled it very unprofessional and was very rude about it and blocked my number after I just paid a total of 85. If you plan on going here I suggest you don't come for coffin nails and I suggest you get something simple because these people at this nail salon do not know what they're doing they will tell you that they can do it and do it and mess it up then charge you $80. Out of all the times I got my nails done this was the absolute worst . read more

I went 1/29/25 my nails are terrible I truly wanted to cry, they're bumpy and not what I asked for. Never Go Here.

Overall rude, nail was ugly, never coming back. I walk in with a broken nail that my nail lady in New Jersey did. They said they didn't have the exact color which was fine, but there was 2 lady's talking to each other about my nail making it seem like it was hard to fix. The First Lady filed my color down & put the powder over it to seal it closed & then sent me to the Second Lady, which not once did the Second Lady say a word to me but she had a lot to say to her coworkers in her language & was laughing a bunch; I wanted to know what was so funny. Anyways, the color they put came out blotchy so she had to put 4 coats of color, & somehow it came out bumpy on top & rigid on the sides. Not cute, never coming back. & the Second Lady had a dirty wet towel my hand touched that was on her desk which I guess she never changes it. ( I put their work in the pictures & my New Jersey nail lady's work to show comparison) read more

I told them I wanted my nails long and they clipped them right to my finger, used filthy files on me, very very unsanitary, filed my skin more than my nails. Too expensive for the crappy job they do. read more

I saw William and he did everything I asked! He was very professional, polite and did a beautiful job, especially with the shape (which matters a lot to me). He was very meticulous and didn't rush. I will definitely be back to see him again. If I could give 6 stars I would! Update- made an appointment so I could see William again and when I got there I was told he was busy. I ended up seeing someone totally different who did not listen, rushed, and overall ruined my nails. Some techs are great and some are terrible. read more

I just received the worst gel manicure. The technician did not seem to know what she was doing g. It took 30 minutes longer than it should have. She didn't even give me the mail color that I picked out. And it looks awful. Blotchy and patchy. Just bad. read more

Ridiculous prices!! Brought my 7yr old niece there & wanted her to get a gel pedicure, & the tech immediately said "$55" & I was shocked but my niece had her feet in the water already. I then was told a design would be $10extra" for 2 desperate looking tiny flowers. Then we did the gel pedicure which was $30...$95 Total+ tip, that was more expensive than what I pay in a large city for ANC nails, & a specialty gel pedicure. They should be embarrassed to charge that for a little girl. The place is filthy & they are beyond rude & nasty despite how respectfully & nice you are to them. Don't waste your money there & take them off your list!!! read more

I have always come here to get my nails done. I tried one other place and never returned there. I have only had one experience less than great due to the nail tech but Michael, Happy, and Ivy are the best ones around. My gel manicure always lasts at least 3 weeks with no chips at a very physical job five days a week. Will always drive the 30 minutes to get here. Thanks for always being welcoming and polite everyone. read more

HORRIBLE!! Rude & Rough. messed my eyebrows up & then tried saying they were just uneven to begin with like WTF I would think that would be your job to fix, am I wrong? mind you they were not uneven to begin with. I've been growing them out for weeks & I specifically stated that I did not want them thin. & there's so thin & far apart. i Will not return! So sad they don't even deserve 1 star. Also made my friends nail bleed & then said they couldn't do her nails!! read more

Rude. Appointments don't matter. Was early to the appointment and didn't take me in until 45min past my appointment time. Not pleasant people. Originally wanted one design (French tips but with yellow not white) and they said $60. I changed it to just yellow ANC and agreed on $35. Got bounced around to different people. Agreed on $35 with the first person and then the next person changed it, added $15 after he was almost done, and was very rude when I asked why and mentioned how the board said $35 and the last lady said $35. All new people, no credentials in sight. Awful experience, will not be going again. read more

This was not a good experience! A friend recommended the place but I will not return. The guy who did my nails, yawned, sighed, and generally seemed like he was bored and tired. While others got a shoulder rub, he busied himself looking at his phone. He acted irritated if my fingers were not where he needed them to be, and he nicked my cuticle so it bled....never again read more

I went in for a mid-winter pedicure and was treated like a VIP. The reasonably priced service included callus removal and a full 10 minute leg and foot massage. I went here in November, at first I was so excited but as soon as the lady started my nails I regretted coming to this salon, the lady cut me with the electric filer multiple times causing me to bleed, my nails turned out very crooked and i paid way too much for an awful set. After 3-4 weeks my nails just started to come off but i was in excruciating pain trying to take them off, after they were off a majority of my nails were BRUSED I will never come back to this salon ever again. read more

Good pedicures for good prices. They don't make you feel rushed and the hot stones are a really nice touch.

Awful I nails feel disgust ing ,they were rough and rude hated it never going there again plus they made me bleed!

Went in there, super friendly and nice. Sometimes it's busy and they could be some misunderstanding, but overall good. You just have to explain what you want and if you like a nail tech just try to make an appointment with them or request them. read more

Very unprofessional and rude. I couldn't wait to leave. Went in for a manicure and pedicure but left after the pedicure. I don't understand reviews saying that they are friendly. *** THIS IS LONG BUT PLEASE READ****I had gone to this Salon for awhile. Over the last month I noticed my nail was lifting away. The last time I had ANC put on my nails the Nail tech (her name starts with a G) said oh your nail looks funny.. must just be you nail. She proceeded to finish my nails by dipping them in the powder. I found out about a week later I had a really bad fungal infection which I got from getting my nails done and she just potentially infected someone else by placing my nail in the powder. I know that I got the infection there because it is the only Salon I had used in awhile. When I went to the Salon. I asked to speak with the owner to explain the situation and she would not come talk to me until I explained why. I had to tell her that her salon caused a nail infection( which I was trying to explain in private) After that she finally came out and proceeded to have excuse after excuse down to trying to blame the ANC company themselves. Do yourselves a favor and DON'T got to Roni nails. your asking for trouble. read more
