There is also parking across the street. First off, the girl checking me in was incredibly kind and friendly. There are cubbies to put your stuff in as soon as you enter the space. They have a little spot to hand out in around the room that looks super cozy with plenty of yoga books to browse. There is coffee and water for purchase on the side. Yelp bestie Bea and I took the Thursday 7:300pm Hot HIIT Pilates fusion class. You are required to bring your own mat or rent one for $2. You can go barefoot or use Pilates socks. The Pilates room with the projector is very cool and relaxing. I have never been to a studio like this. As for the class: Right off the bat, the warms ups had my arms sore! We later moved into stretches and using the weighted balls to do the various exercises. The instructor is great- she kept the energy up and challenged us in a great way! We did everything from core, legs, glutes, biceps, triceps. I enjoyed the full body workout. We received lavender cooling towels in the end which I loved! I will definitely be coming back!

When entering the room, I noticed a large panel above the bed I would rest on. Ceres explained that she would administer red and blue light therapy to enhance the process. Ceres made me feel relaxed and welcomed. She gave me great insight afterwords and helped me make a purchase after describing my stress and goals to reduce it. Well I noticed some of the ONLY good reviews under here are from an "Andrew Eli". The other reviews are regular people and they're all bad. She scammed other people and is using this Andrew Eli persona to build a fake profile for herself. Please do not give her any money. She seemed legitimate at first but no psychic will diagnose a curse put on you and tell you that only "they" can remove it for you. It takes away your power.
