Upon arrival I met Kristen and the other staff, the reviews were right SUPER NICE. I had such a relaxing time all that was needed was a nice massage. I had never done floatation therapy until today and will definitely return for more treatments. I was highly stressed upon arrival but after the infrared sauna then then the floatation therapy, I was totally relaxed as were my friends. This is such a find in NYC. I've only tried the float therapy here so far. The float rooms are located in the bottom floor down this very steep staircase, but inside it is nearly completely soundproof (or as soundproof as one can get in the middle of Midtown...). The experience is very relaxing, as you get a huge private room to shower and then float in. The tubs are also really big so you don't feel claustrophobic. I appreciate the amenities as well, like lotion and little packets of Vaseline to cover up cuts. You get plenty of time to shower before and after your appointment so you do not feel rushed at all. Staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. They do not try to upsell you on stuff and kind of just leave you to do your own thing, which I really appreciate.
