Wow first review and it's a good one - 5 stars!!!…read more I went to this studio today and I had an amazing experience. I haven't been to this type of sauna before, but my husband came here (actually on the day of our wedding) and wouldn't stop raving about it! So we actually booked our saunas at the same time today and decided to have our own rooms. (We like to spread out) The decor was very nice, place was clean, and the woman at the front desk was nice and super helpful. In terms of the sauna experience itself - wow. I sweated in a way that was actually enjoyable. Lol!! I was relaxed afterwards and felt like I was ready to take on my week. My skin also felt detoxed and refreshed. My favorite part was the Bluetooth speakers in the booth. I was able to listen to a sound bath and just chill. I tried reading (because I need to read more) but I might try a podcast or meditation next time so that I can close my eyes. I also really like the lights. I forgot what it's called - maybe chromotherapy? - but you can play with different lights that benefit you in different ways. For example green makes you relaxed and yellow is good for your skin. There's a chart in the sauna that gives you all of the info. It was also fun to talk about which colors we chose after the session! Hah Oh and there's water for you there, but I'd recommend bringing your own water bottle... and there's a mini fridge with things like a eucalyptus towel, toner, deodorant for after your session. Such a nice extra that makes the experience that much better. Overall, I am REALLY glad I came here and I will definitely be back!!

Since we already paid online prior to arriving, we only needed to wait a few minutes so staff could thoroughly clean and disinfect our personal sauna room. Once the room was ready, we were called in to begin our session. For prior visits (pre-pandemic), there was infused water (mint and cucumber, I believe) in the waiting room, which was a nice touch. This was not the case for our latest session, I'm assuming due to the pandemic, which is understandable. The staff member gave us a refresher on how the sauna works, which was appreciated. In addition to the sauna, the room contained cold water bottles, dry towels, cold face towels and a hamper. We began our session and were quickly moisturized with sweat. Breathing the hot sauna air at 135 degrees has a host of health benefits, especially during colder months. They have Bluetooth speakers in the sauna so you can listen to music from your phone while sweating. After our session ended, we felt rejuvenated, like we had just been through a workout. The health benefits are immediately apparent. We will definitely be back and would recommend.

It would be my birthday gift to him. They emailed me back and said he AND I can take a class for free and decide if we like it. The coach / manager Jeffery was a doll. He showed us around and introduced us to some important peeps who fought in the UFC. Really awesome, my boyfriend was totally in his element. The gym is reasonably sized and even has an apartment upstairs where members can just hang out and watch TV. It honestly felt like I was in the Real World UFC. So I took the class too. I was the only girl. And I think I definitely kicked some a$$! Woo Hoo. Everyone was so nice and forthcoming. Nobody was creeping on me for being the only fah-male in the room. The other thing is, some of these guys are pros but were helping out the beginners like it aint no thang. Really awesome "bro-ski" vibe. I felt like one of the boys. Jason, the boyfriend, ended up signing up to the gym because he enjoyed it so much. Really cool experience for his birthday. Thanks EDGE for an awesome Friday night!
