The other shops either had no idea what I was talking about or had some outrageous offers like doing a transmission maintenance without changing the filter. Additional work done included spark plug change and oil change. JA Autowerks is about 100 miles from me. But after speaking with the crew there I knew it was the right place for my 2016 Audi RS7. From the moment I called them for a quote until I picked up the car, communication was spot on. Even with a bunch of people out sick, John the owner called me and met me when I dropped the car off. A few days later I was promptly contacted about the price of some additional items and gave the okay for the work. I didn't get to meet Jason, the tech who worked on my car, but I can tell from the craftsmanship he knew what he was doing. I'm meticulous when it comes how I work on my car, and it looks like Jason is also. Since I was so far, Nick took time out of his DAY OFF to meet me to pick up the car. So when the check engine light popped at EXACTLY the right time to cause my inspection to fail, I panicked and assumed that I would have to throw a ton of money at my poor little car to keep it street legal... ...enter Bradley's Auto Service, who diagnosed it as a simple exhaust leak. For less than the price of what AAA quoted me for the radiator alone they repaired the leak, replaced the radiator, and re-inspected the car (it passed this time, wooohooo!) in one afternoon. Now I don't have to worry about being pulled over, having poor commuters get stuck behind me while merging on the parkway because it takes fifteen minutes to get up enough inertia to go the speed limit, or waking up the whole neighborhood while driving down the street. And the whole thing has stopped shaking like it's about to explode which is a nice perk too I guess. Thank you Bradley's Auto! I am eternally grateful for your honesty and efficiency. The service was good, but they didn't rebalance the front wheels, so the truck is shaking at high speeds going down the highway. Another customer came in to the store and he had apparently been given the run around on his tire/install purchase as well, taking 6 hours and refusing to take his credit card. No way to run a business. No discount or compensation, -wasnt even given the advertised promotion { -$25 per tire if you utilized your Mavis credit card} {claimed they weren't Mavis tires} clearly misleading advertisement as well as the add on nonsense "disposal fee" bumping my purchase up to over $300. Go to Pep Boys, Go to Mr. Tire go anywhere but here unless you want to sit in a filthy waiting room for hours waiting for completion of a service that should have taken an hour tops! Very poor experience. This used to be my "go to" place for tires and brakes. Not anymore. Extremely frustrating experience!
