do not use this place, they are not good people. charged me for engine mounts after an oil change…read more 6 months later i drop off for an oil change, i leave and all my headlights and blinkers dont work. they refused any blame and didnt take any accountability. on top of that they tried to sell me engine mounts again for another 2300 dollars. i told him you already charged me for that last time, he says they are shot and i dont see it in the system??? what? 2 oil changes, 1st one cost 2300 for work that either wasnt done or was done terribly. 2nd oil change(200 dollars mind you) destroyed my whole electrical system and than played dumb. i also asked what happened to his prior workers who sold me the engine mount. he said they got fired for stealing 12 grand from him. seems like a theme at this place, just screwing people over left and right and not doing the right thing ever. take your car anywhere else. their prices are outrageous, their work is horrific and they lie/have 0 accountability. UPDATE: to respond to the comment below. I would never let this place touch my car ever again. the engine mounts they put in the car 6 months ago are dead already, how is that possible? he refuses to refund after trying to resell me new mounts again. much better places locally.

Be sure to do your research before you take your car in for repairs here as only 30 miles after…read morechanging the fluid in my transmission it failed and they gave me no reason for the failure as the tec doing the work said the original fluid was clear no burnt smell or particles in it but they charged me $6629.00 for a rebuilt transmission and within a day it developed a vibration between 35 and 40 mph. I researched it with Jasper Transmissions who did the rebuild and also with the Tex's at Wall Ford and both said it was a common problem that could be rectified with a $14 fluid additive that takes about 10 minutes to install. I informed Bradley's of the vibration problem and of the conversations with Ford and Jasper and dropped my vehicle off believing they would just add the additive and Gary of Bradley's. Gary phoned me later saying he wanted me to take my truck to a specialist, which I was to pay for, claiming it was probably something in my differentials or transfer case. When I restated to Gary that it was a problem only between 35 and 40 mph and if it was to do with other parts of the drive system it would not appear and then disappear it would be constant. Gary was arrogant and argumentative I believe because I had taken the intuitive to research the problem and told he's as they had just charged my over $6000.00 for a transmission that Bradley's should resolve the issue. Gary said he would but he would charge me for it, I was taken aback by his arrogance and then he said "why don't you do it yourself" and "put that stuff in and let me know how you make out". Between my wife's car and my truck over a 2 months period we paid Bradley's over $10,000.00 in repairs, well because of Gary's ignorance, arrogance and narcissistic attitude they lost two good customers we will never go back there. warning even with the other good reviews do your investigation of your vehicle problem before giving Bradley's a chance to do your work. After confirming with both Ford and Jasper Transmissions I purchased the additive and installed it myself, problem fixed so Bradley's lost 2 customers for $14 and 10 minutes work seems a bit stupid to me and totally not in the interest of good customer relationship.

James and his crew do a great job servicing our cars. recently I brought in the '16 Forester and James alerted me to the fact that one of the wheel lug studs was cracked and needed to be replaced ( I was getting tires rotated) this is common with the Subaru at this age. The service was good, but they didn't rebalance the front wheels, so the truck is shaking at high speeds going down the highway. I was over a barrel, because the caliper they showed me was cracked and damaged. The pads were down to the indicators and I would have to wait until early July to go to a dealership. This is not an unforseen or surprising issue with my tire, it's just an unexplained delay. Now I have wasted a lot of time waiting when I could have done other errands or had lunch or literally anything besides wasting my time in this chair. It took a while for someone to recognize me at the front desk. Other than that, I'm pretty well satisfied with the tire replacements. That said, I found that my tires were cheaper at Pep Boys WITH lifetime rotations, alignment and road hazard insurance. But, the reason I didn't go to Pep Boys is because the last set of tires they put on were defective, and they were of little help in admitting and/or replacing it.
