I called back to clarify coverage, and she scheduled an appointment for my husband. I then had to remind her that the appointment was for both of us before she added me. We have kids and had to arrange childcare, including having a family member take time off work, so getting to this appointment took real effort. When we arrived, she reviewed our insurance card and immediately questioned our deductible, saying she was going to charge us and that we needed to know our deductible for future visits. When we suggested calling the insurance company, my husband did so and confirmed that our chiropractic care is covered at 100% with no deductible. Instead of handling this professionally, she appeared surprised and said she had "never heard of that," and that "she's been around a long time", followed by, "It'd be nice if they paid me back at 100%," in a sarcastic and rude tone. She then asked where my husband works and made comments implying that he must be "high up" to have good insurance. This felt inappropriate and judgmental. She then proceeded by saying that he must have been in the right place at the right time. Immediately, we felt offended. When we explained that it comes from hard work, not luck, the interaction became even more uncomfortable. The overall experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and made us feel unwelcome. We did not feel respected as patients. After everything, we chose to leave without receiving care. It's unfortunate that we weren't able to experience the doctor's adjustments due to how Tracy spoke to us. I'm not sure why our experience was so different from how this office is portrayed in other reviews. Tracy was NOT helpful, and by the time we left, we felt more tense than when we arrived. Between the scheduling issues, misinformation about insurance, and disrespectful comments, this was not an environment we were comfortable in. I don't generally write reviews, but this place deserves a great recommendation. I must have contacted them at least 5 to 10 times in that week that she was there, and there was not one single time where they were not courteous on the phone and helpful. You can hear the kindness in their voice and the concern. When I visited my mother-in-law, I can see that her area was clean and tidy. Most importantly, my mother-in-law was in good spirit and did not seem unhappy. It took her a day or two to get comfortable with all the noise and surrounding, but they somehow got her comforted and calm because she didn't have any complaints after a day and that's important. Just want to congratulate your staff for doing such a great job for people that are in need, especially Siada. Thank you.

She has virtually no bedside manner and made an already stressful situation significantly more difficult for both my loved one and our family. Rather than providing support or guidance, she came across as dismissive and pushed board-and-care options in a way that felt inappropriate and uncomfortable for someone in need of housing and care. Since this experience, I have spoken with multiple people who have had family members at Lincoln Meadows, and a number of them have independently shared similar concerns involving the same individual. This is a small town with only one nursing home -- word travels quickly. I understand she is a Kaiser employee, but knowing that this appears to be a repeated issue makes it shocking that she is still in this role. Her involvement completely overshadowed what otherwise could have been a positive experience. If it weren't for this interaction, I would have rated this location a solid four stars. Unfortunately, her conduct ruined what should have been a supportive process during a very difficult time.
