My first time ever requiring physical therapy for pinched nerves in my neck. My insurance requested PT before they would authorize surgery, even though I'd already had an x-ray and MRI which the neurosurgeon reviewed and said decompression surgery was absolutely necessary. These guys are so professional and personable. They applied heat or cold as necessary, performed massage/pressure point, and specifically instructed me how to perform stretching and strengthening exercises, mostly to help me recover quicker after surgery. But now I'm pain-free, doing my neck exercises on my own, and canceled surgery. It's likely I'll still need it somewhere down the line (a lifetime of skier to tree and cyclist to road accidents, lol), but not now. Thanks Rebound, I'm on the rebound. read more

I've been a patient here a couple of times now in the past 5 years through varies injuries and Chris Gulbrandson the owner, has an incredible staff. From the first contact with Tina in the office to the rest of the staff snd assistants, they're very knowledgeable and have excellent "bedside manors" with a gentle process. Working with Rebound was a totally positive experience. I have worked with them over the course of 2 years to prep for and recover from hip surgery. Chris, in particular, is a wizard at analyzing what's needed to get you healed up and stronger. And they are excellent at scaling the exercises and stretches to the individual to challenge enough without being totally daunting. I can not praise this place enough!!!! I bulged a disk in my lower back about 8 months ago and the process was just horrible. Hospitals, chiropractors made it worse, and a different physical therapy place that never even touched my back and made zero improvements. I couldn't live my daily life, I could hardly get in the car to get my kids to school..or get them dressed in the morning. Thank the lord my husband called rebound and got me in! Within 2 weeks of being there it was a night and day difference, you can tell that they truly care about your healing and what you need individually! Apparently the owner of this establishment" Chris" doesn't allow service dogs in his business. The problem with that is when you asked someone not to bring their dog one time and tell them it's because someone's allergic, you can't then turn around and tell them this is really the last time you should bring your dog in here that's a service animal. Apparently you have not a clue the rights that people have when they're disabled. Such as a person with a disability cannot be asked to remove his service animal from the premises unless the animal is out of control, and the animals ornery does not take affective action to control it, the animal possesses a direct threat to the health and safety of others. Outstanding physical therapy. Caring staff that walk you through ever step of the way, rather then just giving you a sheet of exercises and then making you workout. They focus on what hurts with a combo of stretches, strengthening excercises and table time with a physical therapist or PA, who works deep in my muscles to work out any sore spots. I went from hardly being able to roll over in bed, to being pain free most days. Tina up front is great and has a great memory, if I call her and tell her I want on the cancellation list she remembers and calls if something opens up. They also worked with my insurance that they don't typically work with which was awesome. If something hurts, go here! Life changing!!!! read more

Chris and his team are awesome! I've had knee issues for a long time. I got to the point that I couldn't do my normal workouts anymore because even air squats were painful. RR is fabulous! I've been coming here for the past few years for chronic issues, and the PTs are knowledgeable, thorough, and down to earth. Their availability is flexible and are reasonably priced. I'm very confident in their expertise, and are wonderful with teaching the patient how to do stretches at home. RR takes time with you to assist you with your PT needs, in comparison to large corporate, assembly line clinics that can only focus on one area and then get you out the door, only to treat you again for the same problem later. The staff is like an extended family because of the camaraderie they have with their patients. I highly recommend! read more

Rebound Rehab Physical Therapy is amazing! I have been to a few different physical therapy places over the years, but this place is the best. Tina was able to get me in on very short notice for my first appointment and was so patient when working on a few of last minute scheduling conflicts that I have had. Chris and Matt really work at the source of the problem and surrounding area with massage and assisted stretching. Lexi and Andrew are awesome at keeping me in point with my stretches and assisting my every need as I tend to be uncoordinated and just generally needy. All of the staff is very friendly and they all have a great sense of humor making it fun to be there. They are all very knowledgable in their specified positions there and comfortable to work with, which is really important. I have a ways to go I believe before I'm rehabilitated, but I'm sure this place will be the one to assist with getting me back to my normal and be able to enjoy that process at the same time. This place is thorough with the therapy. You get massaged where you are injured, complete your specified stretches/ exercises, and get iced on your injured area for 10 minutes while lying down at the end. They take all sorts of insurance to include Tricare and it is hard to find a place to take Tricare sometimes. If your looking for a place to assist with getting you rehabilitated this place is it and all you have to do is look at their wall when you walk in and in the main therapy room. Basically it is a glory wall with all the thanks from those that went through this place and recovered. Hope this review helps those that are looking and unsure. The company I had set up my post-op PT with waited to tell me on the day of my first appointment that my insurance plan was not accepted (even though I called 10 days in advance to verify). Looking for a new PT, I reached Tina at Rebound. She took my information and immediately contacted my insurance plan. I was not contracted to be seen at Rebound but she took the extra step to find me a local provider that does accept my insurance!! Amazing customer service even though I was not a customer. Rebound Rehab Physical Therapy has been essential in helping me recover from the surgical repair of a torn meniscus in my knee. My doctor spoke highly of them and when I called to schedule my first appointment they emailed paperwork to me so that I could fill it out at home and begin therapy immediately upon my first visit. When I arrived I was delighted to find the staff extremely knowledgeable/friendly and the equipment/facilities spotless and modern. They keep the office at a nice cool temperature and play a good selection of background music that helps pass the time. My therapy has been progressing well and they have kept a watchful eye on my condition, modifying treatment as necessary. I don't think physical rehab is fun, but these guys go the extra mile to make it as efficient and convenient as possible. read more

I decided to give this physical therapy clinic a try after trying a chiropractor, a spine clinic, massages, another physical therapy clinic, and bowen therapy as a last minute resort. I had begun to believe that I would never alleviate the pain. Finally, the wonderful professionals at this clinic diagnosed me accurately and offered a therapeutic plan to go about remediating it. I wish that I could give them 10 stars because they are that good!! I came to Rebound after 11 agonizingly painful sessions at another therapist, facing a second surgery for failure to progess. After just 4 sessions with Rebound I am elated to say that I finally feel that I am on my way to recovery and have made significant progress. I cannot say enough about the genuine kindness of the staff. My therapist is exceedingly gentle and extremely in touch with my level of pain and tolerance. They have listened to my suggestions and taken them into account when treating me, which I appreciate because no one knows my body as well as I do!! I sincerely appreciate the humble attitude of my therapist. He is a wonderful healer and you can feel that vibe in his hands immediately. The care here is extremely professional and individualized. The equipment is up to date and modern and everything is clean which is in stark contrast to where I was going before. It is worth the 20 minute drive and I wish that I would have come here 6 weeks ago because I am sure that I would have been back to work 2 weeks ago had I come here first. I would highly recommend Rebound Rehab. All of the staff my son and I dealt with were terrific...very helpful, friendly and informative. Eric, the physical therapist who worked with my son, was especially great. During football tryouts my son hurt his thigh. He was in pretty bad pain and I wasn't sure which direction to turn. I did some research online, emailed Eric for some information, and he returned my email later that day, even though they were closed. We went in the next day and he helped my son a great deal. In addition to the treatment my son received, he gave us the information we needed and the exercises my son needs to perform if he wants to continue participating in sports. Hopefully, he won't need to go back, but if he or anyone else in our family needs physical therapy, we would definitely go to Rebound Rehab. read more
