Travis and the staff of Pro Dynamic are great. Formulated a great plan for my recovery and had me back to where I was in no time.

Dr. Chima is fantastic, as is his MA, Charity!…read more I've been going to this office for a few years and Dr. Chima has always been a wealth of knowledge, understanding, patient and thorough. Charity is ALWAYS happy and cheerful The front office staff is not super warm - well not really warm at all.. and they don't exhibit great eye contact which is a pet peeve of mine considering I used to do that same job years ago... but it's a small price to pay for the physician and his support staff.

I was assigned Dr. Roy Harris as my PCP. Although I prefer to have a female PCP, I was okay with scheduling all of my appointments with his NP Janina. She was awesome, but eventually moved out of state. I then scheduled with NP Wendy and was happy for the most part with the care I received. At around the time she retired, the practice brought a female MD on board. I thought, "Great, I can finally have a female MD as my PCP!" Her profile described her as exactly the doctor I had been waiting for. When I called the office to schedule an annual physical with her, I was told NO because Dr. Harris was my PCP. I told the scheduler that I was not comfortable with a male performing a physical and asked to change my PCP to Dr. Michelle Do. I was told that had to be "approved" by someone named Cynthia in the office and I would receive a call back later that day. While awaiting the call back (which never happened), I started reading reviews online and was appalled by the multiple negative reviews of Dr. Harris specifically. At that point, I was not just uncomfortable with having a male PCP, but with him being my PCP. It took two more calls to the office that week to ultimately be told by Cynthia that I could NOT change my PCP assignment. It did not matter to her that in 10 years, I had never had one appointment with him or that I was completely uncomfortable with him. She claimed the practice has a policy about switching doctors. When I asked for the policy via my patient portal, she admitted that there was nothing in writing. Anyone in health care knows that if it is not in writing, then it doesn't exist. She was incredibly rude and dismissive. By the end of my phone call, the scheduler Roberta and Queen Cynthia confirmed the following: If I were a brand new patient, then I could choose Dr. Do as my PCP. Because I was already a patient, I no longer had a choice. (Whichever PCP a patient starts with is who they are stuck with.) If I wanted an annual physical with a female, then I could schedule with a nurse practitioner or physician's assistant. The female MD in their office was not a choice for me simply because my assigned PCP was Dr. Harris. Their supposed "policy" of not allowing patients to change their PCP is completely disrespectful. Brand new patients have a choice but established patients do not. Their website claims to "deliver personalized health care" and that their "philosophy is to provide individualized care", yet they will not allow patients to have a say in who provides their care. Horrible business model.

I went to Tim Angelo for several months for lower back pain which ultimately made me much worse…read morethan when I initially went to him. He kept doing shock wave with a brief adjustment (lower back only) weekly. He was not communicative and when I would ask why I was not getting better he would just sluff it off and say that usually people respond to treatment faster than I was. He also never discussed with me what he thought my problem was. I believe he knew that there was nothing he could do to help me and never even suggested an xray. He did state that I had fluid in my joint but that it was now gone after the shock wave treatment that day. Really?? He was just interested in the cash flow and I believe knew that my problem was not something that could be handled by him. I finally wised up and contacted my doctor to order an MRI and xray. The results confirmed that there was nothing this chiropratctor could do to treat my issues and what he was doing was agravating my problem and causing more injury. What he was interested in was just charging my insurance company for an adjustment which did not involve any other part of my spine or even examing me to find out what was needed via xrays or palpation and charging me additional money for shock wave treatment. I have used chiropractic in the past and had a fabulous chiropractor that unfortunately moved out of the area. He did xrays and a full exam before he even touched me to make sure that he would not cause further injury, and that he could actually help me. Angelo was uncommunicative and apathetic. I wish I had never gone to him. Because of him my back injury was made much worse and I am now in much more pain and have less mobility than I had before going to him. He also never examined or manipulated any other part of my spine or body for any potential subluxation. He also did not cover up my lower back/buttocks to use the shock wave device which made me feel very akward and uncomfortable, and this was totally inappropriate. There are other details that I will not share on this review however I will be forwarding this information to the proper channels.

My follow-up appointment never felt rushed. She took the time to answer all of my questions, and we were even able to discuss when it might be appropriate to schedule surgery for my other foot. She is very informative and makes sure you understand what to expect throughout the process. A HUGE plus is how quickly Dr. Nguyentat and her assistant, James, handle work-related paperwork. When I requested paperwork, I received it the same day! I've had paperwork for another condition take months through a different doctor's office, so I really appreciate that they understand how important it is to get these forms completed quickly so your time away from work is protected. The ladies at the front desk are also extremely helpful and genuinely go above and beyond. My husband mentioned that we needed an EDD form and thought we would have to drive all the way to Sacramento to get a copy. One of the ladies searched through her drawer, found an extra copy, and gave it to him. It wasn't something she had to do, but that small act of kindness saved us a trip and meant a lot.Overall, I've had such a positive experience with Dr. Nguyentat and the entire office. From my surgery and follow-up care to the paperwork and front desk staff, everyone has been helpful, responsive, and caring. I truly appreciate the level of care I've received!

Saw him the first time a couple months ago when the office was in Folsom. The scheduled me for a follow up appointment. During that time they moved to Roseville. Did not bother to mention to me that they were moving. Service has been terrible from the get go. There is a reason these reviews are as low as they are. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor. One that actually pays attention to patients. Or you'll just end up changing down the line when you can't get a hold of them or they don't return your calls after you leave messages. Complete waste of time by McClintock and his fly by night outfit.

The way we were treated was completely unacceptable, particularly in a healthcare setting where patients and their families should be met with professionalism, patience, and compassion. The most disturbing moment was when we explained that the patient needed to schedule an appointment, and the front desk responded, "That's your problem." This was disrespectful, dismissive, and completely inappropriate. Patients should never be made to feel like a burden simply because they need assistance accessing care. I am asking management to take this incident seriously and address the staff member's conduct directly. Appropriate customer-service training and accountability are clearly needed to prevent other patients from being treated this way. Healthcare can already be stressful enough without having to deal with hostility and indifference at the front desk. I expect management to take meaningful action to ensure patients and their families are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.
