After I politely asked her not to call me "hon," her demeanor changed. She called me back to say my insurance wouldn't cover the equipment at all. I later learned from both my insurance company and my doctor's office that All Med hadn't even submitted a request for authorization. When I tried to resolve the issue with Angel, she was unprofessional, talked over me, and refused to let me speak to a manager or another employee. She even began yelling, accusing me of being rude after she had repeatedly interrupted me. Angel called me back to say she had submitted the authorization with a coworker and that my issues were a "misunderstanding" with my insurance company. I pointed out that this contradicted her earlier statement that no one else was there to help and that the change in her demeanor was not a misunderstanding, but a direct result of our previous conversation. In response, she hung up on me. I decided to take my business elsewhere and purchased the equipment for under $80 at Walmart. I will not be doing business with All Med Equip & Supplies Sales in the future.

As a health care professional, I was excited to see this store on 4th street so I could spend my money on a local business instead of mega online company. I am willing to pay more for the convenience of walking out with scrubs rather than waiting for them in the mail. As the only customer I'm the store I didn't even get acknowledged by the male employee sitting at the counter who clearly saw me. As I browsed the few racks i noticed none of the scrubs are organized by size, just hanging intermixed. The selection was very limited and the colors and patterns were obviously selected to save them money. Unfortunately this store is doomed and will be another failed business plan. Here's a couple free business tips; greet your customers as they enter, ask if they can help you find items, buy inventory that people will want to buy! And organize your store, people can go to the Goodwill if they want to waste their time sorting through clothes.

On Monday 4/13/2026 I went in person with my prescription, trying to avoid a medical emergency and having a rush to the hospital. Just needed to swap out tanks and they were unable to assist. Stated I needed to "be a member" I offered to pay for the tank swap and pleaded with them and they didn't budge. A lady with short hair said to try and contact a welding company to try and get oxygen tanks form them. I left in shock. Called local welding shop and the owner said absolutely not! The oxygen they offer is not medical grade. Customer or not, member or not, having compassion is essential in any business especially in the medical field! And to top It off, giving advice to use welding oxygen is just crazy! A simple google search you can find it can actually be poisonous! Very disappointing! We ended up being able to swap out tanks at All-Med in flagstaff.

Some of the items I had ordered were the last in stock. They lost a star for cancelling my order too soon. They did not wait the full 72 hours before cancelling. However, the lady up front was nice enough to let me pick stuff out of the bag that I originally had set aside for me, but was now slated to re-shelf. Unfortunately, my Walgreens cash that I used on the cancelled online order was not refunded to me. Sunday was the last day I was in town, so I didn't have time to call customer service and get that situated before heading back home. They got a decent score because some of the things they had in stock were not in stock at my local Walgreens so I picked them up while here on vacation.

We grabbed a bite at their food court. We got a hot dog, slice of pizza, and pretzel. The pretzels were so good that we went back and bought 2 more! Perhaps we were hungry, but everything tasted really good! My only complaint was all of the tea dispensers were empty. It was around 11:30am, so it should have been filled up. When I asked the ladies in charge of the food court, they just shrugged their shoulders. I don't know if they were lazy, didn't really know, or were just down right rude. This negatively impacted my overall experience.
