I'm pretty sure they knew it was broken, as it was sitting in their case as a display. She promised it was never touched and would work fine. Make sure whatever you buy from these guys works before you purchase, or leave the store. They could easily replace this for me and deal directly with puffco themselves. This is a shitty business with no integrity and one less customer.

The selection was fantastic, store super clean and organized well- quality business for sure. Why I'll keep going back here? KAYLA!!!! Amazing customer service, super friendly and knows her products! She effortlessly directed me to exactly what I wanted and graciously shared her time and knowledge! She helped me settle on two different brands of the disposable vapes I've been wanting to try and gave me the BEST flavor suggestions!!- ended up buying a Sirius Vaporlax 2200 watermelon blend flavor and an EZEE 5k Blue Raz/ Lemonade. Both suggestions were so clutch Kayla's nickname should be standard! The EZEE is my fav- flavor amazing, vape rig top notch and is even rechargeable which is very nice! Kayla, hands down, transformed this normal shopping chore into a really enjoyable and completely satisfying experience!! No buyers remorse here, and as long as Standard is behind the counter, CS has gained a new loyal customer!! Thanks again Kayla!!!
