Sold me a broken $240.00 Puffco and would not refund my money less than 20 minutes after purchase…read more Told me I had to deal with Puffco and blew me off. I'm pretty sure they knew it was broken, as it was sitting in their case as a display. She promised it was never touched and would work fine. Make sure whatever you buy from these guys works before you purchase, or leave the store. They could easily replace this for me and deal directly with puffco themselves. This is a shitty business with no integrity and one less customer.

Stumbled upon this gem looking for a bottle of wine... I was surprised by the huge selection of…read moreitems! They had it all! From mixers, to hard liquor, to aisles and aisles lined with fine wines.... Including local offerings that I have never heard of before. I heard that the local Prickly Pear Vodka (I think it was a vodka at least) is amazing. We did not get a bottle too try, but I'll definitely be back when we are in the area again., The best part was that we ended up discovering our new favorite brand of wine / champagne at this place (XXL). They have a bar inside & there were quite a few people sitting at the tables enjoying a drink. The staff were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They helped guide us to exactly what we were looking for... hence the new favorite wine ! Very nice place to stop and pick up some drinks! I will be back!

They had a booth at the Sleigh Winter Market, and I'm so happy I asked if they had opened back up! Yes, they are back in business full-time! ZANI always has had a great variety of cards, but they are so much more! I love their jewelry, especially! I popped in for some last minute, holiday gifts, and they even boxed them up with a festive bow. I should've taken a picture before my friends unwrapped their gifts, which they loved by the way. I am going back this week for a switch plate that I fell in love with! Everyone is always helpful and they have a diverse selection of items, so you're sure to find that perfect item for yourself, or for a gift. The prices are fair, and this is a wonderful local business to support! Parking is a breeze, as they share the parking lot with Beaver Street Brewery and Fratelli Pizza. Free parking is always nice! The next time you're looking for something special without the hassle, you won't be disappointed with ZANI.

We were here on the 4th of July and were so disappointed with the store. I was thinking about buying a new pair of Altra Trail running/hiking shoes and found the exact pair I wanted. But there was no one that I could see in the store helping customers. I waited a bit but no one ever came. The worst part is as I went up to the counter there were 4 employees behind the counter- 2 on their phones texting or whatever and 2 employees just chatting with each other. Never mind- I live in the Eastern Sierra and can buy my pair at Sage to Summit or East Side in Bishop, CA where I have always found them to go above and beyond on customer service!
