As a health care professional, I was excited to see this store on 4th street so I could spend my money on a local business instead of mega online company. I am willing to pay more for the convenience of walking out with scrubs rather than waiting for them in the mail. As the only customer I'm the store I didn't even get acknowledged by the male employee sitting at the counter who clearly saw me. As I browsed the few racks i noticed none of the scrubs are organized by size, just hanging intermixed. The selection was very limited and the colors and patterns were obviously selected to save them money. Unfortunately this store is doomed and will be another failed business plan. Here's a couple free business tips; greet your customers as they enter, ask if they can help you find items, buy inventory that people will want to buy! And organize your store, people can go to the Goodwill if they want to waste their time sorting through clothes.

They didn't have an RT to go over it with me so they sent it from Cottonwood to Flagstaff and I had to figure it out myself. My physician has now ordered an oxygen study and I have yet to hear anything from them for 2 months. I have given up. I guess they don't think having oxygen saturations in the 70s and 80s is important enough for them to contact me. I think it's time someone opened up some competition for them in Northern Arizona. Don't do business with them unless you have to. Do whatever you can to find someone else.

Some of the items I had ordered were the last in stock. They lost a star for cancelling my order too soon. They did not wait the full 72 hours before cancelling. However, the lady up front was nice enough to let me pick stuff out of the bag that I originally had set aside for me, but was now slated to re-shelf. Unfortunately, my Walgreens cash that I used on the cancelled online order was not refunded to me. Sunday was the last day I was in town, so I didn't have time to call customer service and get that situated before heading back home. They got a decent score because some of the things they had in stock were not in stock at my local Walgreens so I picked them up while here on vacation.

The pharmacist was rather disrespectful and he did raise his voice at me and dismissed my concerns by saying he had 15 flu shots to give out. The pharmacy tech also had me wait 30 minutes to attempt to get the medication through the insurance company, she neglected to use a pharmacy card for the medication; I had to remind her. I am in pain constantly, I have an open wound on my tailbone and it hurts very badly; I sat and waited for the medicine. The medication was an anti-depressant and I felt completely disrespected and dismissed. I had my mom pay for a medication that she could hardly afford. I would understand if it was pain medication but it was not.

They lose one star for not being open on weekends. One of my meds always ends up being up for a refill on Saturdays or Sundays and I'm just stuck without my medication till they open on Monday. It would be amazing if they could eventually manage to be open on weekends, even if it's limited hours. The staff is friendly and responds quickly to any requests I may have. I noticed a few reviews mad at this pharmacy when it was actually their insurance company holding up their meds. They should go write reviews on their insurance companies. No pharmacy can control your insurance company from delaying your medicines. Take it up with the right people.
