Regular Bowl in burrito form (choice of 2 proteins)
    Jazzmin T.

I love this place! The food is great. There are so many options from the bowls, poke burritos, and teas. The service is great they let you try different options before and give great recommendations. I've been here twice this week. The atmosphere is amazing! This place is definitely a must try!!

This is what I ordered on the menu

Saddest thing is that I came into a new establishment I showed her the picture on the menu of what I wanted and what I got in the bowl was hog slop she had tossed the raw tuna so vehemently and a vinegar based sauce that it had partially cooked and put seaweed strips on it which were not even in the item and salmon Roe which was also not in the item making it abundantly fishy smelling and looking like pig slop when I tried to coach her being at Chef myself and saying when a person orders an item on the menu it should look like the photo and have the items in it that is in the description she got snarky with me

Ive eaten their poke over a dozen times already over this past year, and it's the best place to get poke in North Houston/Spring/FM1960, especially if your priorities are freshness and a healthy diet. PROS: Freshest fish served in any poke in the area. So far the only one that offers scallops and yellowtail as protein options. They have the most crunchy toppings of any place around, so that makes me happy. CONS: More expensive than other poke places. When they first opened a little over a year ago they gave too much rice and little protein for the price, but over time and especially today, i can say they've found a good balance actually! In Photos: 3-Protein Build Your Own. White Rice. Salmon, scallops, spicy salmon. Im far from being a big eater, but I usually get 2-3 proteins to be full. I didnt get this today but I usually purchase their matcha milk tea, which is also the best in the area. The sweetness is balanced to the amount of flavor and it's very good -- though if you're someone who prefers the less sweet side, their drinks might be a a bit too sweet for you.

Im really happy to finally see a poke place in Spring. Stopped by for lunch (to-go) and was really surprised by the whole experience. The place is very small but it's clean and welcoming. I ordered the regular bowl with 2 scoops of salmon and was satisfied with the portion. Everything tasted fresh!! The rose black tea also hit the spot! Definitely worth a try if you're in the area.

One protein bowl with ahi tuna
    Tai B.

I've been WAITING for this place to open and noticed they finally were when I got back into town today. I got the one protein bowl with ahi tuna and a bunch of stuff mixed in. I also ordered the brown sugar milk tea. Brown sugar milk tea was really good. It was sweet just like i like and the boba was pretty good too. Poke bowl was also pretty good my only thing is i wish the ahi tuna was cut smaller or thinner instead of the big cubes and that the cucumber was also cut thinner, but besides all that definitely glad there is a poke spot on this side of town and I will be back!

    Spicy salmon! Yum!

You can easily overlook this gem if you're not familiar with 1960. I know I did for far too long! Now it's my favorite! I come here for the spicy salmon poke. So fresh and melts in my mouth!

If you love sushi these bowls are even better because you can really chow down with a fork or chop sticks instead of piece by piece. Awesome portion sizes. The flavors, the rice, the crispy garlic on top. Chicken bowl with a brown sugar boba tea made my Friday.

I was recovering from a cold so I decided to order a hot herbal tea and was happy to see that they had such a huge selection of loose leaf teas to choose from. My friend also got one of their lattes and we couldn't resist getting a tiramisu before leaving. Overall, we liked everything and I think this place is worth a visit for that Kafeina latte. - Kafeina Latte (4/5): The lady told us that this latte was half white chocolate and half pistachio and we could definitely tastes both flavors. I really liked how they put a lot of pistachio pieces in the drink, giving it a crunchy texture. This drink is definitely on the sweeter side though, so keep that in mind. - Nutty Almond Cream Cinnamon Herbal Tea (4/5): I was very happy with the flavor of this tea. Like the name suggest, it tasted very almond-y and had a good amount of cinnamon flavored. There was also a tangy fruity flavor that followed and reminded me of spiced cider. - Tiramisu (4.5/5): I was really impressed with their tiramisu. The mascarpone layer was very nice and custardy, yet felt so light and refreshing. I also loved how strong the coffee flavor was which helped balance out the dessert and made it not too sweet. Service/Ambiance: Upon entering, I was really surprised by how pretty the interior was with the mixture of gold and wood. I'm not sure how pack this place usually gets because I came at an off time ( like 1 pm), but they had a good amount of tables and seating available. I did see a handful of people studying, so I think this would be a good quiet study spot.

From the moment you walk in, the vibe is calm, welcoming, and full of good energy. It's the kind of place where you can instantly relax, whether you're starting your morning or winding down after a busy day. The atmosphere is a perfect mix of modern and homey. The décor is simple yet stylish, the lighting is soft, and the music is never too loud. Every time I visit, it feels warm and comfortable, like a place made for good conversations and quiet moments. The staff always greet me with a smile and take the time to make each order right. They remember faces, favorite drinks, and even ask how your day is going, which makes every visit feel personal. Now, about the coffee, it's incredible! You can taste the difference in quality with every sip. The beans are fresh, and the drinks are smooth, rich, and never bitter. My personal favorites are the iced vanilla latte and the caramel macchiato. Both are balanced perfectly, not too sweet but full of flavor. On cooler days, I love getting their hot mocha or matcha latte. They also offer plenty of non-coffee options, which is great for anyone who just wants something cozy and refreshing. Their food menu is just as impressive. They have pastries, cakes, ice cream, and breakfast options that are always fresh and delicious. The croissants are buttery and flaky, and the muffins taste homemade. I tried their slice cakes once and have been hooked ever since -- especially the strawberry and chocolate ones. Everything pairs perfectly with their drinks, and it feels like the kind of treat you can actually enjoy guilt-free. The shop itself is a great space to hang out or get work done. There's free WiFi, comfortable seating, and plenty of natural light, making it ideal for studying or working remotely. I've spent several quiet mornings there with my laptop and coffee, and it's always peaceful and relaxing. Overall, Must Go Coffee checks all the boxes: amazing drinks, great food, friendly people, and a comforting atmosphere. It's not just another coffee shop, it feels like a community spot that genuinely values its customers. Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. If you're in Houston and haven't tried it yet, I can't recommend it enough. Whether you're grabbing your morning coffee, catching up with friends, or looking for a peaceful place to relax, Must Go Coffee is the perfect spot. It's easily my favorite coffee shop in the city, and once you visit, I'm sure it'll become yours too.

I understood they were having power issues and were operating on a generator. Their tablet system appeared to be working, as I could see my order while placing it. I was making a large order for my coworkers and needed an itemized receipt. When I asked for one, I was told they couldn't provide it due to the power outage. I then asked if they could pull up my order on the tablet so I could take a photo of it, and I was told "yes, one second." However, after my order was ready and I followed up, the staff member seemed irritated and repeated that they couldn't provide a receipt because of the power issue. I clarified that I only needed to take a picture of the order on the screen, which I thought we had already agreed on. I also didn't realize that every add-on they offer comes with an extra charge. For example, when asked what kind of milk I wanted, it wasn't mentioned that 2% milk (which is typically the default) had an upcharge. Additionally, when a soft top was offered for an iced drink, it wasn't disclosed that it was a $1.50 extra charge. This was frustrating, as these add-ons were suggested by staff without clarifying the additional cost. While the issue was eventually resolved, I left feeling unhappy with the overall experience. I did return once afterward, but between the inconsistent beverages and the lack of transparency around pricing, I don't think I'll be coming back.

I'd been to one in Houston before, but just for coffee, but I had a good experience there, so I was down to try their food. There were a ton of great sweet and savory options on the menu, so ordering was a challenge, but we ended up grabbing a pretty big combination of both types of sustenance. Savory: I ordered the breakfast burger and it was really great. Normally I feel like an egg takes away from the flavor of a burger, but that was not the case here. I'm really pleased with my choice here, despite the temptation to go with several alternatives. 5-stars. My wife ordered the soft scramble, and I'll give it this: it was most definitely the softest, most gentle collection of eggs I've ever eaten. But I think I like my rendition of scrambled eggs better. 4-stars. Sweet: Pistachio Croissant: All boxes checked. 5-stars. Snickerdoodle Cookie: I offer all of my praise for this delight. 5-stars. Gingerbread whoopie pie: It wasn't called a whoopie pie, but that's what it was. Like the snickerdoodle cookie, I'm mad I had to share this. 5-stars. Coco-nut cookie: We thought this was a chocolate coconut cookie, but it turns out it was chocolate and nuts. Knowing this information, we would have opted for one of the other, more delicious looking cookies. It was still fine though. 3.5-stars. Drinks: I ordered the dragon fruit berry concoction with my meal, and in a rare moment of weakness, I couldn't resist the maple pecan cold brew, despite ordering black coffee 99% of the time. I'm here to say I enjoyed both of them very much, but the latter did taste more like a milkshake than a coffee. 5-stars for both, but I would definitely order the dragonfruit thing again. Way to go, Common Bond. Here I thought you were just a coffee place this whole time, but your food is pretty, pretty good too.
