No introduction, no hi I'm with whatever company, literally just walked in. He was wearing dirty jeans and a camo jacket. If it hadn't been for the fact that I saw the plumbing truck pull up and I have a 75lb dog that bites if let loose, I would have called the cops. Having a random man just walk into my house when I'm home alone is a no go in my book. He looked at the plumbing issue and gave me an estimate. I approved the work and he said he would start that minute. Next thing I know another random guy is walking into my house! Does no one introduce themselves?!? Very unprofessional. They finished the work in 3 hours, even though I was told 2. But I was happy to have it done. To clean out a clogged pipe in a kitchen sink and fix the pressure in a shower head, the cost was $600. Overall I'm happy with the work done. But I was not happy with the employees. I had to dig some of the pipe to find that 5 inches below the faucet there was a fitting that was still loose and leaking. When called the company to come over and take care of the leak they wanted another ~$500 to take care of ~1ft of copper. Even the manager over the phone said and I quote "Even if you had called me the next day after the repair, we will still had to invoice you for the fix" WHAT?? What kind of licensed plumbers are this guys that won't stand behind their work? I just hope they take care of the customers going forward, remember the market has ups and downs and although you are enjoying a never ending supply of customers that will not last forever. One of the worst companies I ever deal with.

This business said we needed to do a flush on a tankless water heater when the pad said it was…read moreignition failure. So a new igniter was needed. The manufacturer also said the same. Also, a tank flush was NOT required for the manufacturer to replace a 23 dollar igniter. Long story short, the company and owner Candy stood behind that a flush was not required but now recommended and so a $450 dollar service was performed needlessly when there was no restriction and ended up waiting 3 days with no hot water thanks to how this was handled. I could go on about how dishonest I think this business is, but it's pretty sad to see customers taken advantage of in a time of need and I will never use them again. It's not right and def frustrating when the customer is told one thing and the business is told another for the business to save face. Candy also said she would call my landlord back within a couple days. That also didn't happen after she talked with management. She says she is the owner on her replies so I'm confused why that would be needed when you own the company so I question if she is the owner or if this is another misnomer. Hopefully this saves others from going through the frustration we experienced over a simple fix that went from 23 dollars plus a service visit to over $600 and the business stood behind the needles service.
