She was great and really worked to rectify the situation. I had a battery replaced in my Jeep and a few weeks later the check engine came back on. I took my car to be serviced and was told that the engine was fine, but the software needed to be updated. I asked for an estimate for updating the software and the service advisor told me that I would be charged approximately $260. I objected that the cost seemed high. Reluctantly, I told the service advisor that I needed my car repaired. When I went to pick up my car, I again told the service advisor that the price was too high and asked if there was a recall for the software. The service advisor said that there was a "technical bulletin" and she called the service manager. The service manager told me that if I didn't like the price then I should have objected when the service advisor provided a repair estimate, and that she could not alter the price afterwards. I told her that I did object to the price beforehand, but she didn't seem to care. I told her that the dealership charged too much to install software that Jeep provides for free. The service manager was unsympathetic and told me that they needed to recoup the cost to certify the techs for these kind of repairs.

I brought my 2019 Cadillac CTS in for a simple oil change. What I received was a nightmare. After I…read morewas home I found oil was leaking on the garage floor. So 40 mile drive back to Three-Way. I was told the mechanic failed to remove the old oil filter seal and that there was now 2 seals (the reason for the leak). Okay now it's time for another oil change. I decided on DIY. Well I needed a hammer to strike the wrench to loosen the drain plug (probably over tightened to assure no further leaking). The oil filter was over tightened as well to the point I needed a channel lock pliers and all my might to slowly free it for removal. I'M very lucky my drain plug was not stripped. I mean how can you recommend a repair shop that cannot perform a simple oil change?

So we got our car towed to 3 way since it's closer and the people who helped us were very kind. They couldn't get us a rental on the first day which I understand. The next day I got a call from the man helping us and he had got us a rental. He even got us a Tahoe which was very kind. Now here is the questionable part. We inspected the rental before we drove it off the lot and noticed it had one tire on the back passenger side that was all terrain tread. The other three were all weather tire. I have never in my 44 years of life seen this on a rental but the lady assured us it was noted and ok to drive. A week into having the rental the oil change and air filter light came on so I brought it in to get the maintenance done. Once it was finished and when I got home I noticed the All Terrain tire was rotated to the front passenger side... instead of just correcting the tire issue while it was getting the maintenance done they just moved it. I don't get it. If I ever get my new Tahoe back it will be the only Chevy I ever buy. I'm not satisfied at all. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because I really liked the customer service, the people are nice. The product is garbage.
