The disco fries were way too salty as well. Most of the pickles were way too soft - however, the bread and butter is my favorite! It has the perfect balance of sweet and sour and has a great crunch. Unfortunately, the wait for both food and drinks were longer than expected, even as the rush began to die down. Our pretzel appetizer didn't arrive until near the end of our meal, and sadly, it was overcooked. Drinks The beer was great and a definite highlight of the experience. Here's what we ordered: Appetizers Giant Pub Pretzel ($13.99): A 12.05 oz pretzel served with signature beer cheese and beer mustard. Unfortunately, this dish was a disappointment. Despite being called "Giant," the pretzel was thin, and was a bit overcooked. While we enjoyed the beer cheese, the beer mustard could have stayed in the kitchen. It also took a while to reach our table, which was odd considering it's pre-packaged. The kitchen area even had the King Cake box visible. Beignets ($7.99): Over-fried and served with icing that was overly lemony, which overpowered the dish. Side Order Jalapeño Slaw ($2.99): The star of the meal! It had the perfect balance of mayo and vinegar, with a fresh kick from the jalapeños and Cajun spices. I wish I had ordered more! I think this place has a lot of potential. Where this establishment makes up its stars is in the theming and service. The theming is impeccable, if you or someone you know has an interest in Henry Ford and/or early automobilism, they will have a good time here. It is bursting at the seams with props and artifacts. Finally, the service was very good. The restaurant was very busy when we were there, but we were still well attended to and seated quickly.
