Pollos Inti's authentic Peruvian restaurant was…read morean exquisite experience- from the beautiful interior decor, which has been tastefully updated to include gorgeous chandeliers, high ceilings, and BEAUTIFUL wall decor; to the incredible service, and the authentic cuisine was "mmm, chef's kiss!" For a full experience, we sampled several dishes & our table became a Peruvian fiesta fit for Kings & Queens! We had: a delicious, sweet red wine; apps-Papa Relleña, Causa de Pollo, Anticucho, Leche de Tigre, entree- Lomo Saltado, dessert- Torta Manjar Blanco and coffee. Everything was sooo tasty and wow, the presentation of the food had me saying, "oooh" and "ahhh" every time the server brought something to the table. The Causo de Pollo was probably the most beautifully presented dish...for a moment, I thought someone mixed up our app order with dessert, but actually, no, apparently, their chef is an artist in that kitchen!! The Leche de Tigre was another eye-catching dish- huge serving and stacked up high on the platter & the ceviche was perfectly cooked, seasoned and crisp. Every dish and sauce was an experience all its own and so yummy. If someone had tried to tell me before today that I'd enjoy beef heart, I'd think they were nuts, but the Anticucho was so good!! I highly recommend making this your next stop for indulging your foodie palate with the tastiness of Peru right here at home. No jetlag or long lines with the TSA necessary!

The quarter chicken is a lot bigger than expected- and the yuca is fried perfectly with a golden crisp. BLUF: Ok, after being open 3+ years, one would think that an upscale restaurant would get their act…read morein gear & deliver wonderful service every time, right? Especially at their prices & the hoity toity atmosphere, you'd think they'd also be well-run and reasonably accommodating, eh? Nope. Worth the drive? Not any more. Worth the wait? Definitely not anymore! For as many times as we've frequented Pisco in Reston with a small group, one would think they'd get their seating straightened out. Every time we've attempted to eat here on a reservation, they've had issues. Never set up and ready to seat us. Never prepared upon opening... and it's never busy when they first open which is why we always go early. But, they are NEVER ready to seat us. What's the use of making a reservation a week in advance if you're not going to be ready to seat the party nor accommodate the request? How would you like to find out at the last minute that they're going to split up your party at two different tables on two different sides of the restaurant because they weren't prepared when you gave them a week's notice via reservation? The food isn't that good to have to keep going through the challenge of being seated every time we make a reservation for a group. They're really pricey, too. So, certainly not worth this chronic headache. There are PLENTY of other places in the Town Center or in Herndon/Reston in general where you can get a tasty meal, not drop a day's pay, and have your entire party served well together. The taco joint across the street is definitely a more pleasant experience, for example, and I would certainly recommend bartaco...give them a try instead for a fun environment and some good eats.

I'm not basing this review on customer service but the food alone. I've had a couple miscommunications here and there with them but generally they were very friendly and even gave me a free side one time because they messed up. Definitely worth trying. I think it's like 13ish dollars for a quarter chicken with 2 large sides? Worth it for a quick meal.

It comes with 2 sauces the green one is spicy and the yellow one is creamy and mild. You can choose to get a quarter, half or whole chicken with or without sides. I usually always get Yucca fries and plantains. I just love the crunchy yucca and sweet plantains. Sometimes they change up the menu on other items...this last visit they started to offer burritos. The guys behind the counter are very fast and efficient. You can either sit inside or outside. It can get pretty crowded during peak lunch hours. We've always been able to find a seat though, as people eat and leave. And I avoid peak times. Lots of to go orders as well.

My only issues were with the fried rice that came as a side with the lomo saltado (rice was uncooked/not fully cooked) and the spicy chicken teriyaki was flavored well, but was cold. Service was efficient and prices were reasonable for the portions you receive. I will return, but will skip the rice and chicken teriyaki sides.

Ordered the Lunch Prix Fixe, $27 for 3 courses. Plenty of food -- I won't be having dinner today. Started with sparkling water, San Pellegrino -- was an extra cost of course. Provided in a red wine glass with a lime. Very elegant, I might add. They threw a tiny bowl of corn nuts as a snackie snack. Starter course, I ordered the ceviche chipotle. Because I came with sweet potato. Ceviche came with a very generous portion swai fish and shrimp. Deliciously prepared, the sauce was amazing. A little on the too much red onion side, but that's to be expected of a ceviche dish. I was full after just the first course, but I pressed on. Second course, I ordered chaufa de mariscos. Seafood fried rice. Delicious rice as shrimp. The squid and calamari were a bit too over cooked and rubbery for my liking. Sadly not too much seafood in this dish. Still delicious and delightful. Third course, dessert, I ordered the arroz con leche cheesecake. For those with a very sweet tooth -- this is your jam. Small portion but packed lots of flavor. Dulce de leche drizzle all over. I enjoyed every bite. Overall, great experience. Will do the fixed price Lunch Prix Fixe again. Pisco and Nasca dining is a great hit every time - thoroughly recommend. Cheers! -gabe

The wedding party kept bumping into our table and other patrons table, needless to say we were all super annoyed, . I mean I get restaurants need business but to take 40 people without reservations on whim like that was definitely bad judgment on management. We couldn't even hear ourselves talk, it got so loud.
