$35 for a gel polish CHANGE on toes not even a pedicure? What a ripoff. My moms gel nail polish was all bubbled up and she put about 6 coats on. Would not recommend. read more

Didn't take the time to properly remove my gel polish. Used an electric sander and it stripped my natural down to nothing. Even with new polish on my nails bend like paper. They ruined my nails. Not very happy about it! read more

Very nice salon! Great, friendly service. I've gotten an excellent pedicure there many times. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I ended up here after a nearby salon couldn't take us as walk-ins. I got the entry-priced pedicure and I feel like I got exactly what I paid for. Roughly 35 minute pedi with a little massage, small hot towels and regular polish. And the massage chair had some options I really liked. The lady next to me got a different pedi and looked like a lot more services to go with it. My daughter got dip nail color and was quite pleased with her nails and the price. We agreed we would both go back. read more

I have had pedicures at Lily. Lovely salon, nice people. I get gel polish find that best for me to keep my nails looking good. I would recommend this salon to anyone read more

My sister and I had a great experience at Lily Nail Bar yesterday. We were greeted immediately and within 10 minutes we were seated for our manicures. I had brought in a picture of a design I wanted and the manicurist had no issues recreating it and he didn't charge me extra for the design, which I thought was very nice. My sisters gel manicure was okay, the color seemed uneven, which could have been an issue with the polish. Overall the place is clean and friendly. We will be back. read more

I recently had a pedi and mani. It took less than an hour for both services. I felt I was not given the service that most salons give. The cleanliness was very questionable with a dirty towel used under my hands for the mani. The nail tech was on her phone the entire time of both services. My fingernails were all different lengths and the cuticles on one finger stayed infected for several days. I will not be returning. read more

The decor in this place is beautiful, as with most nail shops these days. However, the service was horrible. If I pay to have a spa pedicure, I want a peaceful experience. Usually, it's other customers who make the experience bad due to poor spa etiquette. However, this time it was the nail tech who's child is named "Mateo". She yelled constantly for her son to come out from the back, spoke loudly to him in the shop, talked the ENTIRE time, so loud that I couldn't enjoy music in my earbuds...she even talked on her cell phone with it on speaker while doing people's nails. I asked the guy that did my nails what her off day is and he said she's always there...I WILL NEVER go back. read more

Amazing service! Nail techs are considerate, talented, and exceptional. Will be returning

I tried out Lily Nail Bar recently and had a fine experience. They were not super busy when I arrived, and I was taken to a pedicure chair quickly. The pedicure rooms are little four or five chair partitioned rooms off to the side, so it's fairly private, which gives it a more cozy spa like atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable, and even their base pedicure includes a nice scrub. Very friendly staff. read more

They did the wrong color for a nail dip, then they were annoyed when we insisted on changing it to the correct one. Ended up painting over and it chipped the same day. Had to go get it entirely redone. My gel polish lasts for several weeks and mine chipped two days later!! Don't waste your time or money! read more

This was the best pedi ever!!! I'm going to try their mint whiskey sour pedi next time read more

I was visiting my family in Farragut when my wife mentioned needing a pedicure. My mother suggested Lily's and recommended Nancy. She was fantastic! Not only the best pedicure I've ever received but we also had a great conversation! Highly recommend this place and ask for Nancy! read more

I had gotten a full set of acrylics with gel polish for 50 dollars minus tip, they fell off not even two weeks later. As I was writing out the balance for the tip the woman who did my nails sat in front of me and watched and held the receipt as i did the math and wrote down a bigger tip than intended simply because she was watching. The service here is horrible; they're constantly on their phones while servicing you, they overcharge for simple designs, and they take advantage of younger clients. Do NOT go here. read more

This is long, but exactly what happened....I only gave it 2 stars because I always liked this salon and my nail tech, Daisy.... until today! I have been a loyal customer coming in every 2-3 weeks since their grand opening a few yrs ago. Ive had a few bad experiences over the last few yrs (nothing to do with Daisy) but today was the last straw! If you (owners) want to change up prices at any given time, Id advise you to put it on the door or at the front desk where we check in! Dont tell me to check the service book! Because someone like me that has been coming to your salon since you opened, are used the prices for the same services that Ive been getting over the last few yrs. Acrylic nails with gel polish went from $35 to $45, recently WITH OUT NOTICE! Then Im told that a french is $5. ok, thats fine with me. I go to pay and Henry tells me its a total of $60... Why? Because they didnt inform anyone or post anywhere a notice that prices went up! Then come to find out that my french isnt really $5 more, its $15! All because I got a "V" shaped french which uses less polish, but cost more because its in style. Not only was this experience a horrible one, but it was almost embarrassing because all the nail techs where yelling (in English) across the salon to me up front about what was going on. So this now became every customers business too- instead of just me and the employees! Everyone was watching us yell back and forth like a tennis match! Not professional at all! $15 for a french? Why all the nickle and diming? Post price changes! Teach the nail techs correct prices this way there is no problems when paying! And when a nail tech gives a price on something and thats what you expect to pay, honor it to keep the customers coming back! Sorry, but you all lost a loyal customer! read more

Went with a large group. My friend has raved about this place. I am distraught at how bad my mani and pedi turned out. He somehow painted dirt into the tow nail polish. My dip nails are wonky shapes and have cracked and it has only been 3 days. I am beyond sad as this was for a wedding and I really hate to shell out more money. However, I do not have time to return here but will.go else where to have these removed and replaced. Wish I could get a refund. Do not use the male technicians apparently obly the ladies in this salon knpw what they are doing. read more

My daughter and I decided to try this place out and let me tell ya they were great! Seems like everywhere I've been for the past year im not happy with cause they tear my cuticles up and damage my fingers, and let me say I've been more than just a couple of places. Not here! I was very happy with the service and my nails, and my daughters, look wonderful. This will be my new go to salon, so if you're on the fence about trying them because of some of the reviews, try them anyway. Maybe they were having a bad day or something because they just opened. Idk, but I know our experience was great! read more

First off I scheduled an appointment and still waited 20 mins. I told her I had to leave soon and she said she would go ahead and get me. She didn't even do a manicure or shape my nails whatsoever and made me feel like an inconvenience. Threw on the dip nails in 10 mins and they looks awful and charged me full price without giving me a manicure. She then hurriedly moved on to the next person without even washing her hands. read more

My appointment for a manicure and a pedicure was at 12:30. I sat in a pedicure chair without anyone starting my services for half an hour and finally started to get up to leave at 1pm. The nail technician stopped the service she was providing another guest to quickly paint my nails (no pedicure services provided nor was I asked what I wanted). Then I was moved to a manicure chair where I sat for another fifteen minutes unattended. Finally someone came to paint my nails, offered no manicure services, just filed my nails and did an extremely poor job painting them. I've somehow spent an hour and a half here and I'm leaving with a manicure that looks worse than the one I came in with that I did at home. I will not be back. read more

No no no. 100xs no. I went on their grand opening day for a gel fill in. The First Lady didn't even say hello when she sat down. She ended up taking my tips off and was going to do dipping powder, I said no I wanted a gel fill in so now have to get a full set. So I have to get up and move to another table with another girl. I tell her I want a gel full set. She then proceeds to doing acrylic. I stopped her and said I'm doing UV GEL. They had to call another salon to bring them the liquid gel.... do not offer a service if you don't have the proper tools. Absolutely horrible. read more

My first time. I made a 4 pm appointment over the phone. I came in a little before 4 and to my horror (okay, not really) watched a side show. 3 customers waiting walked out before services despite appointments. Then I saw another customer get half of her services done, try to figure out why the service was so terrible (distracted employee, rude...) and then told "no" she couldn't speak to a manager at first. Finally the nail tech turned around, laughed, and another employee walked up that had been yelling the whole time at various employees. I immediately walked out behind her as the customer left (it was 4:30 at this point and I was done seeing the side show). I've never seen such rude and ungrateful employees in my 20 years of getting my nails done! It was beyond just "stressed" and "busy". It really wasn't that busy! Again, extremely ungrateful for their customers' business and surely do not value our time. I would not ever go back. read more

Well. I have to say very disappointed. My pedicure done a guy was terrible. I had to fix it the next day because we were leaving for vacation. The woman who seemed to be in charge op talked me into a nail dip manicure which she said will help my nails grow stronger. WRONG! My nails are still recovering 2 months later after having them removed. Awful. Never again. read more

Went in for a gel pedicure, I get gel pedicures all the time, so I was super excited to try this place. When I got there no one was waiting or getting services done had to sit for a very long time. When they finally came and got me they had nothing sit up, the water was freezing, I then explained that the water was freezing the guy then proceed to do nothing about this, so I said about 5-10 more times even asking if he could get someone that knew how to turn it up, which he just ignored, then stuck his finger in the water after again I said it was freezing and did nothing about it and started the pedicure. Finally I had enough and got up which then the owner came over almost blocking me in so I wouldn't leave. I told them I would pay for whatever but that I wasn't ever coming back. Never got an apology or anything. I won't ever come back or recommend. read more

My mom and I decided to give this new salon a try-despite the mixed reviews. I made appointments ahead of time. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and taken to chairs that were already set up. The place is beautiful! Very clean. The pedicure chairs are in a room to the side which makes it a little more private. Both of our technicians were friendly and we were both really pleased with our pedicures. I will definitely go back to Lily Nail Bar! read more
