I have been a customer for several years now. Usually Lee is my mail tech because I always ask for a pretty challenging design but as always he always does a great job. Tonight I was a walk in, I needed a fill-in, pedicure, I requested Lee but he was off today. Lin was my nail tech tonight, I showed her what I was wanting and no hesitation she really out did herself on this one!! She also did my pedicure the last time I was in there as well, she's AMAZING by the way, highly recommend Hollywood nails, they're the BEST! Walked in today for fill and pedicure. 4 min wait if that, they were CLEAN, professional, friendly, and experienced. The whole staff was talking with their clients and having a good time. Lisa did my pedicure and Lee finished with my nails. Lee had amazing attention to detail and just did great work! I even received a little Christmas gift! I go to the one in rockwood tn and my experience was good at first but I turned into a regular client and each experience just went down hill from there. Prices could be lower by like $5 per service. I'm always waiting; if i have an appointment or not I am always waiting and sometimes it's for a ridiculous amount. There had been a time where I waited 40 just for them to get started on my mani and they got up multiple times to work on another client. I had to go back the next day to finish up my appointment because they made me wait so long they had to break it in two appointments and the next day didn't go well I waited 25 minutes and they did a good job but they cut me with the nail file. I didn't even get a discount for either appointments. Overbooking is so common there. They have good products but how they use them will leave terrible damage to your natural nails. Everything else is good like they know what they are doing and always do a good job. read more

I've been going there this whole year. I've gone to other places to check out the competition. In Oak Ridge,Tn. they want $50.00 for a Fill In w/Gel Polish. So I really can't complain that Hollywood Nails charges $30.00 for a Fill In w/Gel Polish. If you've not tried the Gel you truly don't know what you're missing. It stays on until they take it off on you're next Fill In. Most of them do a great job. Easy going atmosphere & they always have something good playing on several of there XL T.V. So ladies if you're stressed from the week go get a medi/pedi & let your worries just fade away... ;_) read more

I have been a nail and pedi client of this location since 2014 and wouldn't go anywhere else unless it was an emergency. Lisa and Benjamin are always very friendly and professional. The salon was recently moved to the larger storefront next door and decorated beautifully with more work stations, both mani and pedi. It is always what I consider my pampering place. Very serene. So today I took my 9 year old granddaughter to get her first mani & Pedi . We were walk ins . They told us to sign in and they would be with us in a few minutes . After two hours they finally asked if they could polish my granddaughter fingernails. I said of course. They trimmed pushed back cuticles and the base coated them and I said to the gentleman she would like an accent nail to sparkle . That did not happen . Then after he painted her nails he sent her to the pedi care chair . He then just trimmed and painted her toe nails . Sat her under the UV light for half an hour . I told her she could get up . I gave her my phone while we waited for grandma to have hers . After another 15 minutes they sent me back to the pedi chair . Then a elder lady came back and trimmed my toe nails and just started to paint them I said to her I wanted a full pedicure she just finished painting them and sent me to a nail station. Waited like ten more minutes when the gentleman came over and just trimmed my nails and started painting them . DID NOT push back my cuticles or trim them . By this time I just wanted out now I was so mad . They charged me thirty dollars to paint my granddaughter nails and mine . We were there three and a half hours !! DON'T GO THERE ! I WILL NEVER GO BACK !!!! read more
