I hate to be leaving a review, but I mentioned I would. This is my first review ever…read more They do not have a refund policy! Therefore if your service gets messed up or you get injured, they will not refund your money. I went to get a pedicure yesterday because I am constantly on my feet and knew I had calluses built up on my heels and big toe. I had a limited amount of money but knew I wanted to get a service done. I asked about an acrylic manicure and was told it would be $53 and a basic pedicure - which I was told would be $35. I wanted to be able to tip them so I'd thought about which service I wanted to get. They started on my pedicure. They were all very nice and accommodating. The pedicure started and I felt comfortable. Towards the beginning of the pedicure, she used the yellow pumice brick and started on the top of my feet and applied too much pressure or used it too much on the top of my toes. I know how a pedicure works, but the placement of the pumice was incorrect. The cuticle softener ended up reacting weird with my skin and caused hives to develop on my feet. I felt stinging but kept quiet because I didn't want to offend her. Like I said, she was very nice. She started removing what felt like an ingrown toenail/shaping my toenail. Assumed to be routine in a pedicure. I am familiar with the process. I ended up bleeding she had dug so deep. She used the pumice on the top of my feet and recommended a higher level pedicure to remove calluses. They do not include callus removal in the basic pedicure. I said okay, that's fair. Let's do it. I upgraded to the gold where hot stone was included. I decided to treat myself. Gel polish was an additional $10 I believe the gold tier pedicure was $53. Maybe French tip was $5. I don't know where the $5 came from. Total was $68. She was gentle and cleaned my feet well. I felt happy with the result enough to not mention the discomfort I felt throughout- my fault. I should have spoken up at the time My intention of this review is to let people know who come to this nail salon to be aware of their lack of refund policy, their deflection instead of accountability when improper use of their tools happens, and finally when the owner reaches out to figure out what happened, placing blame on the client, mentioning "if we refunded all the services that went wrong, we would take a loss" and initially assuming "maybe the client did something for their service to go wrong". Just be aware if something goes wrong, they will not take ownership and try to fix the issue. You be the judge - should my toes look like this? My big toe is infected and I am missing skin from multiple of my toes. Super sad.

Do not go here to get your lashes done. I've been to esthetician school and I'm certified to do…read morelashes the RIGHT way. I showed a picture for inspiration, and yes, they looked pretty at first, but when I got home and days later, I was stuck with irritated eyes and noticed fans stuck together. Proper separation of each eyelash is NOT a thing at this place. Also, the lady did not speak to me and kept her AirPod in the whole time. You're also around customers and workers getting their nails done. They have a lash chair and a curtain to pull for "privacy," but I felt very uncomfortable. $120 is what I would pay for a full set, but this quality and service was disappointing. I've had multiple people say that even the right side of my lashes looked different from the left. Very embarrassing. I will not be back. Please save your money and time.

Neither of them wanted to do my nails and when they did finally decide who would do they, they were pissed off and showed it! Expensive: they charged me $50 for a simple polish change and they refused to lower it. I've no idea how they stay in business! DONT GO!!

I will never ever go to Angel Nails Kingston ever again!!!…read more I went in at 10:40am there was absolutely no one waiting, once I got started I quickly realized why... the man doing my nails was very rude & running late. I showed him the photo of the pink nails & he got the foil out and put it on his desk, as well as the pink gel he polish. He then began my fill-in, once he got started to do the paint he asked me to pick out a glitter color, gold? I said I don't want the gold painted. I want the foil like we discussed. He then started to drill my nail very hard and told me he was gonna have to redo it when he already knew what to do when I sat down, so then I told him I didn't have time and I would have to do something else so now I'm stuck with nails that I dont like.. black nails when I wanted pink. I was literally crying in the dudes chair and was not once acknowledged. I'm just very upset with my last 3 experiences there. I will never return to this location nor recommend it to anyone I know!! What I asked for vs. What I got!
