They were extremely professional and the place was amazingly clean. We were greeted right away and led to our chairs and no time at all was taken to get us relaxed and into the spa treatments (pedicures). We both chose the simplest option but if I had more time I would have chosen to do a few more of their pampering a as they did such a great job. The music is low but relaxing and their massage chairs were just the right amount of massage (not too hard). We were both impressed and so thankful for their services, and I would for sure return and be a repeat costumer. As we were leaving a lady came in that had mobility issues and they were so gracious and kind and had special chairs that made it relaxing for her as well, so no fear of falling getting in or out. A simple polish change threw…read morethem into a quandary and I was the only customer. polish thin in places, multiple cuts to my cuticles and polish all over my fingers that I had to ask to be removed. Neither of them wanted to do my nails and when they did finally decide who would do they, they were pissed off and showed it! He then started to drill my nail very hard and told me he was gonna have to redo it when he already knew what to do when I sat down, so then I told him I didn't have time and I would have to do something else so now I'm stuck with nails that I dont like.. black nails when I wanted pink. I was literally crying in the dudes chair and was not once acknowledged. I'm just very upset with my last 3 experiences there. I will never return to this location nor recommend it to anyone I know!!
