Portions were adequate and filling. We ended the meal with the white cream and chocolate sauce and the salted caramel with chocolate. The white cream is like panna cotta without the gelatin. It was light and creamy. I suspect it had some marscapone. The salted caramel was like a rich chocolate cake and was served warm. What a lovely meal. Everything, and I mean every cut and piece was overcooked, grilled to death, dry, and unseasoned. If I were the chef at Il Bacio, I'd slap my Grill Man for destroying fine meat like that!
