The theme of this restaurant is 'a Km zero' meaning all products labelled as such are grown and produced locally. Authentic Umbrian ingredients and preparation, all homemade to order by warm and charming professional Chef Piña Marrioti. Reasonably priced, great local wine choices, like eating in Pina's home. From Pina's suggestions we enjoyed a combination of delectable antipast including bruschetta piled with tomato. Our vegetables included roasted cauliflower, farro croquettes, asparagus, and sublime fesh spinach sautéed with and garlic. Pork with roasted apples cooked in Gamay wine, fava bean gnocchi with shrimp cream sauce and numerous other entre were all superb. Cannot recommend highly enough. read more
