Soft rolls barely containing a tangle of chopped steak, peppers, and a luxurious, lava-like cheese sauce that clung to everything like it had trust issues. This is almost certainly the **Cheesy Rider** (or its close cousin), and it rides hard: savory, slightly sweet from the onions and peppers, and unapologetically messy. The kind of sandwich that demands two napkins, a strategy, and zero shame. One bite in and you're already calculating how many more you can justify before your waistband files a formal complaint. Beside them sat a metal basket of tater tots that had clearly been fried with ambition.
