This cafe is quite small but the vibe and music makes you feel like a lazy Sunday. Its awesome in here! The service is awesome. My server was so nice ans she was such a pleasure to speak to! I got the trio plate as it came with their famous ube pancakes and the loco moco pattie. I really enjoyed the loco moco gravy. It hit the spot for me this morning. I also got the thigh chicken meat over waffles. I loved the crispy skin but wasnt feeling the sweetness. Also the chicken is very bland, but you can upgrade to a different flavor. Guieb Cafe in Las Vegas had some good moments, but overall it was just okay for me. The food came out very salty, which overpowered a lot of the flavors and made it hard to really enjoy the dishes as intended. There were parts that tasted good underneath, but the seasoning was just too heavy overall. The wait time was also quite long, even when it wasn't extremely busy, which made the experience feel a bit drawn out. This was our first stop after we landed in Vegas! My cousins who live there haven't been so when they asked where we wanted to have breakfast, I immediately said Guieb Cafe! We've visited the Aiea location a couple of times & loved it. We were immediately welcomed as we walked through the door and barely waited a minute for the staff to put tables together since there were seven of us. I ordered Da three-bite feast as I couldn't decide...was the perfect choice. Love the Ube Mascarpone Pancakes, Crab Cake Benedict and the Loco Moco (substituted white rice w/adobo fried rice). I also ordered a side of the crab salad as it was a memorable side the last time I had it. If you have a sweet tooth, you'll probably enjoy them even more than I did. Kid Approval Category The Poi Mochi Waffles ended up being more of a standard waffle experience for us. Friday morning breakfast, small restaurant with 10-12 tables, full when we arrived but wait was around 15 minutes. Menu is various pancakes, waffles, and Hawaii/filipino inspired breakfast items. Food comes out fast, order adobo fried rice with Lechon, omelette and ube pancakes. Adobo fried rice had some chunks of pork and wrapped in an egg, lechon was crispy. Rice was salty. Wow absolutely delicious!! This is our first time here during breakfast and the servers were very attentive -- we didn't have to wait long to order and to receive the check. Of all the trending spots I tried in Las Vegas, this was the clear winner. For context, we went to Babystacks the next day and was sorely disappointed. This place is originally from Hawaii, so I was a bit skeptical since it is a chain, but it exceeded expectations! The Highlights: - Ube Waffle: The absolute star of the show. It had the perfect soft-yet-chewy texture, and the ube sauce was incredible. It was a hit with the entire table. - Oxtail Soup: I personally loved the clear salty broth and the generous portion of ox tail and veggies, though the rest of the group wasn't a fan. More for me! Room for Improvement: - Loco Moco Prime Rib: I loved the concept, but the execution was slightly off. The meat was a bit chewy and didn't feel like the highest quality. I had this for breakfast, so the flavors felt a bit oily and strong, and slightly salty -- but that's expected. If you like American breakfast, this is an excellent Hawaiian-American style spot. The steak was solid with nothing to complain about, the pancake was really nice, and the fried rice combo was delicious, though the pork belly was a little salty. Kind of disappointed. I went here my birthday since I seen some good reviews on instagram. Ordered a chicken dish special I think it was called krazy chicken. I didn't receive the right dish and the waitress argued I ordered the garlic chicken special instead but I actual received the GC island mix which was more money. I also was still charged for the full price of the food even though it was mistake. She also argued how oh it's going to take a long time to remake your food so I gave up. I also upgraded to garlic rice and it just tasted old. Also ordered the sampler and was not impressed the loco moco meat was dry. My son didn't like his steak as well but I chuck it up to being a kid. The chicken is good and the crab Benedict was great. I don't think I'll be back unfortunately. read more

Guieb cafe opened in 2025 and personally, I think they are still getting their system down. Understaff during holidays = long wait time, very long wait time. We ordered: Longsilog - DELICIOUS! Most simple and flavorful brunch on the menu, cannot go wrong with it. Ribeye (ran out of Prime Rib) loco moco - this was on a drier side, needed more gravy in my opinion. Da Three Bite Feast - probably the best one to try everything at once. Ube pancake was decadent and heavy, which I'm glad this was a mini size. Benedict was pretty dang good, the flavors were all there. The loco moco was the driest, i couldn't finish it. We would like to come back and try other dishes, maybe not during holiday season! While in LV for a short trip, my wife and I met up a friend at Guieb Cafe. The space is large with a lot of seating, and the staff are friendly. The menu has a wide range of Hawaiian themed breakfast dishes. My friend had their loco moco. I highly recommend the Ube Mascapone Pancakes. I ordered a sampler which had a mini Ube pancake, a benedict and a mini loco moco, all of which were really good. I liked my mini Ube pancake so much that I ordered a standalone order for the table but I ate most of it on my own. The staff and service was pretty responsive and turned around the order relatively quickly. There's great LV cuisine outside of the LV strip and I think it's a shame when tourists never leave The Strip during their vacations in town. read more

We intentionally ordered different things so we could taste it all, and we came back a second time before heading home. This place is probably the best meal I've had in vegas. The service was prime, event hough we were a party of 11 our server was so attentive and quick. I felt like we were having a meal at a friend's house. The first day I ordered the country fried steak, the steak was perfectly crispy and the hasbrowns were nicely salted. The crazy was amazing and the portions were huge. It's been 3 years since we left Oahu and being in Las Vegas for the weekend, this place was a perfect brunch spot to enjoy some Hawaiian entrees! The gals who took care of us from the time we arrived to being seated and taking our orders were awesome even during the busiest time of the day. The dining area is open and airy yet they can definitely expand to a bigger location to accommodate their patrons as they seem to be a desired brunch spot amongst the islanders and Las Vegas itself! We came here because I wanted the ube French toast. My husband was finally able to order the oxtail after several failed attempts in the past. Sad to say he was really disappointed in it. The rice alone was hard and he had 3 plates of it. The oxtail itself wasn't tender , it was very chewy. The broth? Couldn't really taste. This oxtail made Zippy's oxtail look a lot better, honestly. Was missing Hawaiian food while on our getaway in Vegas so decided to check this place out. This place is off the strip so you'll need a car to get here. As we arrived at the restaurant, my husband and I were greeted and seated quickly. The menu had so many things to choose from but stuck with my first choice: guieb's garlic shrimp, with crab salad, and fried rice as well as the philly cheesesteak omelette. My husband ended up getting the 10oz prime rib with egg and hash browns. As we got our food, I noticed they ended up giving me garlic rice instead of the fried rice. We told our server and she admitted she made a mistake. Shortly after, my side of fried rice came. The garlic shrimp was very garlicky--just the way I like it. The fried rice paired really well with it. As far as the prime rib, my husband and I wanted "medium rare" but were told they can only accommodate "medium and up". Would probably not order the prime rib again. Lastly, the Philly cheese steak omelette was decent.
