What a neighborhood gem. Nice deco like stepping into Hawaii. Great service, the waiter he was very attentive but not overbearing. I was seated right away even though my friends weren't there yet. That was nice. They have Hawaiian music playing which gives the place a good vibe! The food OMG so pretty. We were all impressed and full when we left . The presentation of the food shows care! I had never tried ube before so I had the pancakes and wow. I'd always been afraid It's purple lol So fantastic I've been missing out! Definitely a place we will repeat!

This was our first stop after we landed in Vegas! My cousins who live there haven't been so when they asked where we wanted to have breakfast, I immediately said Guieb Cafe! We've visited the Aiea location a couple of times & loved it. We were immediately welcomed as we walked through the door and barely waited a minute for the staff to put tables together since there were seven of us. I ordered Da three-bite feast as I couldn't decide...was the perfect choice. Love the Ube Mascarpone Pancakes, Crab Cake Benedict and the Loco Moco (substituted white rice w/adobo fried rice). I also ordered a side of the crab salad as it was a memorable side the last time I had it. My family ordered the bansilog, the Philly Cheesesteak omelette, Da Local omelette, Ube Haupia French Toast & Ube Mascarpone pancakes. Everyone enjoyed their food! I can't wait to visit again. Side note, hopefully you'll start selling merch, we'll be proud to wear Guieb Cafe shirts in CA! haha

We decided to grab takeout from Guieb Cafe and bring breakfast back to the hotel -- and honestly, this spot feels like a hidden local favorite for island-style comfort food in Vegas. Ordering takeout was quick and easy, and everything traveled surprisingly well back to the hotel without losing quality. When picking up the food it was clean and spacious. From the outside you can't tell how nice it is inside because of the food wrapped windows. Star of the Show The Adobo Fried Rice Omelette is absolutely the reason to come here. Savory, comforting, and packed with flavor, it delivers that perfect balance of garlic fried rice and tender adobo goodness wrapped in eggs. Every bite felt satisfying and hearty -- the kind of breakfast you keep thinking about later. If it's your first visit, this is the must-order item. The Rest of the Spread We also tried: Corned Beef Hash Portuguese Sausage Both were solid, familiar breakfast staples. Nothing overly fancy, but dependable and filling -- exactly what you'd expect from classic breakfast plates. The pancakes were good, though definitely on the sweeter side. If you have a sweet tooth, you'll probably enjoy them even more than I did. Kid Approval Category The Poi Mochi Waffles ended up being more of a standard waffle experience for us. Not bad at all -- just not as unique as we expected. That said, the kids happily finished them, which is always a win when traveling. The haupia sauce leaned a bit watery for my taste and didn't add much coconut richness to the waffle. Overall, Guieb Cafe delivers comforting local-style breakfast flavors that hit especially well when you're in Vegas and craving something beyond the usual casino brunch options. Come for the Adobo Fried Rice Omelette, bring an appetite, and enjoy a relaxed island-style breakfast moment -- even if you're just taking it back to your hotel like we did. Would return for that omelette alone.

Friday morning breakfast, small restaurant with 10-12 tables, full when we arrived but wait was around 15 minutes. Menu is various pancakes, waffles, and Hawaii/filipino inspired breakfast items. Food comes out fast, order adobo fried rice with Lechon, omelette and ube pancakes. Adobo fried rice had some chunks of pork and wrapped in an egg, lechon was crispy. Rice was salty. Omelette pretty standard filling on the inside. Ube pancakes were covered in a Ube sauce which makes the flavor, otherwise they are just purple pancakes but probably the best dish of the 3 Service was adequate, coffee was pretty bad. Overalll okay experience. Get the pancakes

Wow absolutely delicious!! This is our first time here during breakfast and the servers were very attentive -- we didn't have to wait long to order and to receive the check. The vibe was nice and felt spacious. The food was great -- I ordered the loco moco fried rice, and the gravy was tooooo good. I also tried the ube beignet and that was yummy (and not too sweet) as well. We will be coming back!!!

OMG!!!! UBE pancakes so delicious But please for me I like my hotcakes being hot. I rather closer to end of meal

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow WOw WOW!!!!! Still thinking how good this hidden gem is. That Ribeye loco moco is to die for and the ube pancakes another wonderful ending. The place is a bit hidden but what a find. The service by J and coworkers perfect. The coffee i believe is Kona so good But one request vanilla creamer please!!!! Also yes one thing that I believe because we were late when we came in and got the last of it but the steamed rice was under done. We will be back we must try Prime rib loco moco that sauce was great....

The service was fantastic, like last week, BUT...here are the 2 things to get there. The Strawberry beignets, and The Prime Rib Loco Moco, extra gravy. By itself today, it was overdone, and dry. The country fried steak was good, but the country gravy, was meh. Now you know. I do too. .

I absolutely love this place! I've been here multiple times and every single item that I've tried is delicious Awesome and friendly service and the place is always clean!

The food was good, cant go wrong with Ube pancakes! I have to say, this pancake is different from the others Ive had. The other places they drizzle lots of ube on the pancake, this was a scoop of ube, it was so good! Luckily we came in time before it got busier. Taking off a star because our food took a while to come out. Staff were super friendly and apologetic about the food taking longer than normal. All good, happy it was worth the wait.

UBE MASCARPONE PANCAKES are a very must try here! It's like breakfast on the islands. Service was fast and accurate. Place is nice and small but great for family brunch.

Guieb Cafe -- 10 out of 10 for me. The food was great. I ordered the Adobo Fried Rice Combo with Lechon Kawali, Country Fried Steak with sweet potato fries and scrambled eggs, and an ube mascarpone pancake (to go). I had this for breakfast, so the flavors felt a bit oily and strong, and slightly salty -- but that's expected. If you like American breakfast, this is an excellent Hawaiian-American style spot. The steak was solid with nothing to complain about, the pancake was really nice, and the fried rice combo was delicious, though the pork belly was a little salty. If you prefer a plain, healthy, light breakfast, this might be too much. But for me, aside from the strong flavors, there was nothing to complain about.

    Albert C.

I love how they incorporate the flower in every dish, the flavors were very tasteful to me. What I ordered was the GC Island Mix and it's basically a mix of everything you can ever ask for. The service was decent! One thing that stuck out to me was that the water tasted really bad to me, it was hard to drink. But other than that it was an amazing experience. The waffles were good, but not anything crazy! It's a waffle!

I was immediately greeted by several employees with smiles. I came to buy the pate chaud. They only had 2 so I got them immediately ($4 each) and I also got two egg rolls (pork and taro). The pate chaud are AMAZING, DELICIOUS, LIGHT AND FLAKY! The ratio of meat to pastry shell is great - lots of meat that is well seasoned. It's a delicious, light and flaky pate chaud. I am going back for more! The pork and taro egg rolls were crispy, not greasy and packed with ingredients. Well seasoned but if they had fish sauce to dip it in, it would make it even better. While it's a bit cramped, it actually feels quite cozy and authentic. We came hungry and ordered a spread to share. Here's what we ordered: Nem Nuong Cuon (Grilled Pork Patty Spring Rolls): fresh and delicious, though the peanut dipping sauce was a bit too diluted and thin for my personal preference. Banh Cuon (Ground Pork Rice Rolls): good portion that definitely hit the craving. Mi Hoanh Thanh (Pork & Shrimp Wontons with Egg Noodle Soup): The noodles were thin and the broth was flavorful. The wontons felt more like hearty meatballs inside the wrappers. Bot Chien Trung (Pan Fried Rice Cakes with Egg): This was the absolute highlight of the meal. Incredibly crispy and so delicious. Ca Phe Sua Da (Vietnamese Ice Coffee): definitely made for those who like their caffeine with a kick. This was strong, bold and perfectly sweetened with condensed milk.

We ordered the Lulu's Sando box and the chips. The bread is what makes this sando amazing! The chicken katsu sandwich was definitely the winner and our favorite. The egg salad needed a little more flavor and one of the egg salad sandwiches barely had any egg salad in it, after 1 bite the rest was literally bread. The steak sandwich was tender and good. Chips had a homemade taste and seasoning was good. Service was fine, very busy and seemed short staffed. Staff was nice and doing the best they can with the crowd. While we were wawiting, seems like the owner came in and took charge and things started moving more efficiently. Overall, it was decent. If there was no wait, I'd definitely order the chicken katsu or the steak sandwich just on its' own.

Because it was our first time, we wanted to sample a little of everything (and feed hungry kids),…read moreso we ordered the Steak Sando, Spicy Chicken Katsu Sando, Shrimp Sando, Pork Belly Rice Box, and the Chef's Box. Everything came out flavorful and well put together--no bland bites, no soggy bread, and nothing felt "thrown on a plate." Even our kids (who aren't big sandwich fans) couldn't stop eating, which is basically the highest compliment in our house. The shrimp sando was the clear standout. The shrimp patty is huge--honestly burger-sized--with a crispy panko crust that stayed crunchy, and the shishito pepper mayo added just the right kick without overpowering the shrimp. The shokupan bread deserves its own shout-out too: soft and pillowy, but sturdy enough to hold everything together without falling apart or getting soggy. If you're going for just one thing, I'd start there. The Steak Sando was rich and satisfying, and the Spicy Chicken Katsu hit that comfort-food spot with a nice little heat. If you're more of a rice person (or you want something extra filling), the Pork Belly Rice Box and Chef's Box are great choices--both were packed with flavor and felt like a solid meal, not a skimpy "side box." We ordered a mix and it was perfect for sharing family-style, but everything also works as its own main. Another pleasant surprise: the space is larger than it looks from the front. There are a few high-top seats up front, plus a back room with tables and booths, so it's not just a quick grab-and-go spot. And Thursday through Saturday they set up a social lounge and offer a bonus menu with additional options. We're definitely coming back to check that out (and the karaoke setup too).

There's no dine-in, but they have a small side lot where it is safe to park and eat in the car. They also have breakfast burritos and options to make it a bowl, plus there's refreshments for juice, lemonade, and tea. I noticed a long line at the drive-thru, so I parked and walked up to the side window to place a quick order. There's a black button to press and ring bell for service. The staff member Fernando opened the window, and I kindly asked to see the menu, he said when I'm ready to order, just ring the bell. I chose Roasted Autumn Salad ($7.75) and opt for tofu as my protein. The salad is plentiful and delicious! It was served in a takeout bowl and presented so beautifully with vibrant colors, and very delicious! Falafel (3 pieces) is excellent, soft, crisp and has wonderful flavor! Saffron rice is delightful, has a lovely aroma and so fluffy. The meal portion is actually perfect and price is reasonable. I tried Fried Eggplant ($5.99), it's magnificent and superb! There's a few desserts available including Fekkas also known as Moroccan biscotti, and Dubai Style Chocolate bar. I had Moroccan Cigar ($7), it's a light crispy pastry similar to a cannoli, but filled with ground almonds, infused rose water, sweetened honey, and taste incredibly delightful! Dubai Style Chocolate bar ($10) is sourced from another vendor, it's made of milk chocolate, inside has a wonderfully crispy kunafa pastry and pistachio paste filling that's absolutely delicious and not too sweet, I love it! Service from owner Anas (pronounced ah-nas) is very kind, welcoming, attentive, personable, friendly, and outstanding! The restaurant is family-owned. I did hear the owner yelling in the kitchen (which is nothing to be alarmed about), he is doing his job to make sure the food is cooked, and I can tell he puts a lot of heart, dedication, and passion in delivering great food, everything is made with high quality and fresh ingredients. I even tried a sample of grilled chicken, and the meat is super moist, tender, and flavorful!
