We arrived with a big group on a Tuesday afternoon around 1pm, and it wasn't crowded at all, though there were still a good amount of people but still plenty of spaced out seating. We ordered the Bangsilog, Da 3-Bite Feast, and oxtail soup. All 3 are big portions and shareable. The bangsilog includes diced tomatoes and onions on top of the banug fish. The bangus fish was perfectly crispy on the outside and came with a side of garlic fried rice. Da 3-Bite Feast is perfectly portioned to be shared between 2 people. It includes ube pancakes, crab cake benedict, and loco moco. All 3 tasted amazing! The ube pancakes were fluffy, the crab cake was perfectly crispy, and the loco moco was perfectly seasoned. The oxtail soup's oxtail wasn't as tender as other oxtails I've had, but the flavor was there. The broth tasted like a well seasoned pho. We came in on a Saturday around Lunch so we were expecting it to be busy, which is it was. Luckily we only waited just a few minutes to be sat at our table. It's Summer, so it's hot but I couldn't tell if their AC was out or they were just so busy all the Woks in the kitchen were just heating up the space. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our food just the same. Stopped by Cafe Guieb over the 4th of July weekend and it was definitely worth it. The place was busy, but the staff stayed friendly and handled the rush well. Inside has a nice island feel. Nothing fancy, just clean and comfortable. The French toast was probably my favorite part of the meal. It had a great flavor and wasn't loaded with sugar. Been coming here over the past year once a cousin of mine found out they have one in Vegas. We actually had been to the one in Oahu (there's actually 3 of them there) the last time we were there, so we knew we had to go. Wifey had the "Da threee bite feast," while I opted for the prime rib loco moco (over garlic fried rice), and the kids had the french toast and pancakes. Food was just as good as I remembered, and portions are pretty large here. Come hungry, or come out with leftovers :) Service Our servers have always been awesome in the what, 3 times now that we've been there. They have always topped my coffee off constantly, are super friendly, and always willing to give their recs. Parking It's a stripmall-ish spot about 5-10 minutes away from the strip, depending on where you're staying. We haven't run into parking issues yet, but we always try to beat the crowd cuz it WILL get pretty long. Pricing On average, their main items are roughly $20-ish...plus if you opt for the more premium items, such as the prime rib loco, hehehe...but def worth it, and like i said, pretty hefty portion, so you're paying for like 1.66 meals :) Definitely a must try if you're in the hood...or on the island for that matter! read more

This was our first stop after we landed in Vegas! My cousins who live there haven't been so when they asked where we wanted to have breakfast, I immediately said Guieb Cafe! We've visited the Aiea location a couple of times & loved it. We were immediately welcomed as we walked through the door and barely waited a minute for the staff to put tables together since there were seven of us. I ordered Da three-bite feast as I couldn't decide...was the perfect choice. Love the Ube Mascarpone Pancakes, Crab Cake Benedict and the Loco Moco (substituted white rice w/adobo fried rice).
