I went on 02/15/26 because they were the only salon available. I called ahead and explained I needed a soak-off plus two acrylic sets for my mother-in-law and me. When we arrived, they helped her within about 3 minutes, but I waited at least 15-20 minutes before anyone helped me -- it was already around 3:20 PM and they closed at 4. Instead of doing a proper soak-off with acetone, the tech literally just pulled my acrylics off with her own nails, which was uncomfortable and honestly not professional. When she finally started my new set, everything felt rushed. I showed an inspo picture of what I wanted, but she did her own thing instead. Overall, I'm really disappointed with the experience. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Save your money. read more

I have been a loyal customer in this place for about 8 years, but lately every time I go, Im always disappointed with my results. They seem to always be in a hurry because they want to take as many clients as possible. Today I was charged $43 + tip for a just ok french manicure. Emily who does a great job started my manicure and then she was moved to a different client with no clear explanation or apology from anyone. I was in need of a treat-yo-self day and this included a pedicure. I stopped for gas at Sam's club and saw Lili's Nail Spa right next to the gas station attached to the Dunkin' Donuts. Went in for a walk-in and was immediately greeted and helped. The customer service was very good. They pointed me to where to choose my polish, and directed me to a foot bath immediately. This was the fastest I've ever experienced for getting seated and started for a pedicure anywhere! I got the Classic Pedicure $35 and it included a long foot soak, scrub, lotion, a heated roller thing for circulation, toenail shaping, cuticle removal, callus removal and polish. That's a lot to receive for $35 imo. I'm really happy with how my toes turned out. The chairs have massage built in and the nail tech I had set it up for me without asking which I was grateful for. It's too bad that there isn't an option for 0 stars. My 13 y/o daughter came in for a fill and provided a picture of what she wanted. When they didn't add the design and she spoke up, the man said she didn't tell him she wanted that design, even though she showed a picture. She wanted all white, almond 4th of July nails - both accent fingers with simple stars. She told me her tech was rude and rough during and then sent her to another tech for the design. They turned out horrible. I don't know what shape this is, but it's definitely not almond. The paint job is chunky and uneven around the cuticle area. They were also very rough with her cuticles. She has cuts on lots of her fingers. This was on Saturday. It's now Monday, and she just got out of the shower and her cuticles are bleeding. This is totally unacceptable and she was too embarrassed to go back in to get them fixed because the employees weren't very nice to begin with. I'll add her inspo picture for the design along with how her nails turned out. Unacceptable and I'm completely embarrassed for this business for sending people out of their doors with their nails looking like this. read more

This place sucked! I went in one morning cause it was the closest place to me. I told them all I wanted was a pedicure with trimmed toenails. The lady doing the pedicure did not speak English, so another employee was translating. But when I said I need them trimmed he told me that it would be extra charge for trimming? Wtf since when are these places charging extra for trimming? Isn't that already included in the package I picked as a pedicure? So basically I felt really rushed. She took off the nail polish I had, she said she trimmed. I ended up paying $45-$50! Went home and trimmed my toenails myself! Horrible experience! Do not recommend! read more

Extremely poor service, NO attention to detail, left nails messy, aggressive & very disappointed. They drilled into my real nail and got upset when I pulled my hand away. The next day my real nail turned bright red and started oosing orange and red. Started bleeding and now my real nail is broke in half, exposing my skin under nail and peeled off along with the acrylic nail thanks to the phenomenal service. This is a late review because I just recently got on yelp. I came here over the summer because it's close to my house and I had just moved here. All I wanted was a no chip acrylic that was plain red for Fourth of July. My tech started doing my nails and she did a great job, but here's why I give 3 stars. When I got to the front desk I told her how much I wanted to tip. The tech (I cannot for the life of me remember her name) asked if I had cash. I told her I didn't because I never carry cash. The tech got very upset with me, and loudly (with several other people in the salon) said "I don't accept tip on card and I just did your nails and you tell me now you can't tip?" I told her I will most definitely tip but I just don't have cash. She then told me to go over to Walgreens next door and use their ATM. I apologized and told her I was not driving or walking over there and that if she really felt strongly about not accepting tip on card she should've said something before starting the service. A man (who I'm assuming is the manager or owner?) came out several minutes of arguing later and told me they could accept tip on card after all. I still tipped her good because she did a nice job, but it was completely unnecessary to cause such a fuss over a tip on card. I understand why they want the tips in cash, but 1. I have tipped on card at every other nail place I've gone to in the last 10 years and no one has said anything and 2. It's not like I was refusing to pay for my nails or even refusing to tip at all, I was going to (and I did) tip VERY generously, she just didn't like the way I was going to do it. I was pretty embarrassed having this argument with this grown woman in a place of business with several other people in the store watching. IF YOURE LOOKING TO WASTE YOUR MONEY THEN THIS IS YOUR IDEAL PLACE: Let me start by saying this. From the very beginning when my nail "tech" started doing the "'no chip/gel" set he started it all wrong. He didn't even pay attention to even the nails as I had dip nails on before so the nail was rough. I had to point it out to him for him to do it. Then he said fine? I said sure. He goes on to directly putting the base on without all the other previous steps that GOOD NAIL SALONS DO, the file, oil, ph bond... all was skipped. I thought whatever he's the tech he probably has a different technique. How naive. Then I Showed him the simple little ditsy flowers my friend and I wanted done on them. After the stated a million times it would be then $45 not $35, they understood we did want that after the SECOND Time of telling them we did want to do it. (Also, I love nail salons that care enough about your comfort and happiness that when you go with a friend they sit you together WELL THIS IS NOT THE PLACE; and I wouldn't even care about this if the rest of the service hadn't been so crappy) As he starts doing the bottom color layer of the flowers I had to continue pointing out to him all the fuzzes and rough unpainted edges he was leaving behind. He did two layers and was about to stop, when I asked him to do a third (like they usually do at every other nail salon) he huffed rolled his eyes and said "I guess." Then comes the super rushed painted flowers, to which a 5 year old could do a much better job at it. All the flowers were Crooked, quickly drawn with an attitude the whole time from the "tech". WONDERING why it was RUSHED? Although we told them our nails didn't have to be identical we just wanted something like the picture. THE "NAIL TECHNICIAN" OF my friend kept dropping by on MY "NAIL TECH" talking In their language about her needing the things he was using on me, to use on my friend. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL. Lastly to top it off, I had the top clear coat all over my cuticles and skin. He never filed anything off and just sent me off to sit next to my friend finally; all so that he can draw even crappier flowers on her. I had to ask him for a nail file so that I could fix them, he just handed it to me and there I was for 10 minutes fixing my own nails, while I was waiting for my friend! PLEASE TAKE A LOOK OF THE PICTURE . FROM DAY ONE ALL THE EDGES HAD ALREADY LIFTED, I FINALLY GOT TIRED OF THEM GETTING CAUGHT IN EVERYTHING AND STARTED PEELING THEM OFF (BUT NOT BEFORE I TOOK A PICTURE, SINCE THEY WERE COMING OFF LIKE STICKERS. It only took me a minute per hand max to get them all off) ALSO, IF YOURE THINKING "OH MAYBE SHE HAD ONE BAD TECH" Sadly that's not the case, MY FRIENDS NAILS WERE THE SAME AND SHE NO LONGER HAS THEM EITHER, lasted one whole day. First off I made an appointment and I still had to wait 30 minutes to get a manicure I asked for them not to cut my nails because I wanted them to be longer, my nails take a long time to grow out. they cut them and filed them all the way down and I kept telling him not to file but he kept filing anyways. After waiting 10weeks for a pedicure I made an appointment at 4 pm yesterday 6/8/20. There was no disposable liner in the pedicure station. The young man doing the pedicure also did not ask me for my number for my sterile supplies. I should not have to remind them how to do their job. He then forgot to apply a base coat to start polish. Wtf? Barely exfoliated my heels. Had to do them when I got home. Oh, and they increased their price by $5. Also one of the older workers was without a mask! Never going back. Lili's I was one of your first clients and also brought my boyfriend. I will find a new place. This was the WORST pedicure I've ever had. He was done in 17 minutes. And then you charge more for less? I went to buy a coffee at the new dunkin donuts and i notice that they had already open the nail salon so i stop by they they greet you as soon as you walked in the door I'm assuming it was the owner he was really nice and polite I forgot the girls name that did my manicure I did a no chip manicure and then I've never seen a salon before that they have a little plastic box that they put your nail files and so every time you go back to do a manicure you just give them your name and the number on the box and you'll be sure that nobody else is using yours so I thought that was pretty cool they also offered and coffee e and water i just i had taken a picture of the inside they had relaxing music it just felt calm i don't know if it was because it was knew and less crowded like the other one's i really like the work i will sure be going back read more

The experience was ok but the quality is horrible. I got a no-chip service and it chipped the NEXT DAY. The others throughout the week. I've never had this happen before. My toes take over month to grow out or chip. Not in this instance. My toe nail chipped after one week. Be prepared to wait...while I called in advance to set up an appointment was told there was no wait time currently and to come in for a pedicure. Upon getting there, I was taken to a seat where I waited 30 plus minutes to get started...2 hours later I walked out! The service was mediocre and not consistent in their delivery. For example they only offered some customers water yet while I was there approximately 2 hours was never offered a beverage. For $30 classic pedicure I am expecting timelier service and better service. Not to mention the pedicure was nothing special.
