This was such a pleasant experience, I called on a whim to get my daughter and I pedicures, they are one of the few places that have a small pedi chair! They got us in super fast! Then my other daughter decided she was going to go and they took her without and issue!!! Everyone was so nice and the facility was very clean, the staff was all wearing masks which isn't unusual for a salon! The gentlemen who had my 5 year old was so patient and kind, I couldn't have asked for a better first experience for her! She bumped her one toe and smudged her polish they fix it with no problem and didn't make her feel bad for the accident! My and my other daughter's pedicure were so nice and my feet have been smoother for a lot longer than other salons I have been too! We went here for a nice Mothers day pedicure. I got a manicure as well since I had my daughter's first birthday party the next day. (Not that I need a reason - ladies treat yourself!). It was clean inside and that's where my good experience stopped. The owner asked me every minute when my other two people would arrive. I had told him just a couple minutes as one had fallen and gotten injured so they left a little late. It was very clear that he felt our appointment was not as important as the one that came after ours. He seriously asked every minute if they were here yet. He has eyes. He could have answered that by looking out the window. I had to actually tell him no, they will be a couple minutes, you just asked me that less than a minute ago. They were all of 4 minutes "late". He asked me three times in this span of 4 mins... They did an ok job on the manis and pedis but I was done in, no joke, 20 mins for Both. They rushed us so bad. The women was even a little snippy immediately as she was done with painting my toes telling me ok lets go come on. It wasn't like I was taking long to move. She had JUST got done painting my toes. Bottle top wasn't even back on yet. Now if you wanted something done super fast these guys got you. But we came in as a group for a mother's day thing. We wanted to relax. Take our time. Get a few minutes to catch up. It was not crowded at this time. Only one other person there. They didnt place us near each other for manicures either so we didnt get to talk there either without shouting. I went here because I had received good reviews from people. Since I came during their Grand Opening, I received 20% off. Mani & pedi for $34, awesome deal! Otherwise, their prices are comparable to salons in the area (Razny Nails by Walmart in Montgomery). I walked in on a Saturday morning shortly after they opened for the day, without an appointment, and was seated immediately. I was a bit worried since I was the only person there, but within 15 mins, nearly all the pedi chairs were filled and a few for manis. Very clean and bright inside. Stopped by here on Father's Day to get my polish changed and a manicure for my little granddaughter and I guess it wasn't worth their time they needed me to wait and although there were plenty of technicians available and open. They simply continue to speak about the issue and then told me to wait and if I couldn't wait then I can go somewhere else. Well we did we went down the street and they place called Lavish Nail Spa. They asked what I needed and I told them it was a quick nail polish for my 8 year old Granddaughter, they then proceeded to say they had a group coming in at 1pm and couldn't take her. My 7 year old daughter and I went to get mani/pedi's today after she got out of school. This was the first time trying this location. I went in with no expectations and left very happy. My daughter also was very happy with her nails. I showed a photo of the design I wanted on 1 nail and then I took my own twist on it. The guy who did my nails rolled with it. And when I saw that the lines weren't going all the way down on both sides the way another person on here complained about with her French manicure, I spoke up and told him I wanted it to be even on both sides, and he quickly corrected that no problem. We did gel manicures, but I saw they do offer dips and I might be back to try that this summer. Undecided on that. My daughter didn't get the design she wanted and when she showed me what they did, I told her that if she wanted it to be dripping blood and not a faint flame on her accent finger, she should speak up and let him know so he can fix it. She said she didn't want to and she was fine with the flame. She also had a flower on her big toes and she smudged both of them really good during her manicure, and she also didn't want to ask them to redo it again. So hers isn't what she initially wanted, but she chose not to ask them to fix it. The missing star is because she and I both were very clear about her accent nail being black with red on the top like a French manicure, and having it look like it's dripping down the nail. As you can see in the photos, it's not even close to what we described. Another interesting thing about this place that I've never seen before is that all the nail technicians (with 1 exception) were men. There's nothing wrong with this, it was just unusual and if you're more comfortable with a female who would chat you up more, then this would probably be good to know. I think they did a fine job and despite my lengthy review, I'm not big on small talk when it comes to spa experiences. read more

The job on my feet was bad. I ended up with my feet's skin pealing off, it was worse than before the pedicure. I take good care of my skin, feet and nails and I was upset about this. The dip in powder nail job was the worst ever, it cracks a few ONLY hrs after it was done and the quality is terrible. My husband's pedicure & manicure were also the worst ever, I had to re do his hands at home. I went back and they re did my nails BUT it was also terrible work. Unfortunately, I was called into work and couldn't get another awesome pedicure from Tracy! But, Joe! He had a lady who asked for him specifically while I was being worked on. I came in today to get a fill on my gel nails. The man that did my nails was named Jimmy. Or at least that's the name of the card of the station I was sitting at. I liked him. He was quiet and pretty much left me alone which is what I want when getting my nails done. He also was not talking on the phone or yelling across the business to have a conversation with someone the whole time I was there. Thank you for that Jimmy. It was kind've funny because he was a bit rough. He kept grabbing my hand and kind've jerking me around, a bit rougher than usual. I kept having to stifle a laugh, he wasn't doing it in a mean way, it was just funny and kept catching me off guard. Do not go here. My 3 daughters got their nails done for my father's wake and funeral (we were in from out of town) and all 3 of my girls had chipped, cracked and missing nails within a day or two. I called in advance, to see how much a refill for acrylics cost. They said $18. This was one of the most rudest salon we have ever been too. I took my younger friend here. The lady who did her nails, cut her skin and She bled, and was making fun of her about how her nails were broken and falling off. We thought she was really rude about it. My friend has anxiety and tends to pick at her nails, the lady stating that she shouldn't be picking at her nails and that made my friend feel even more self conscious. Then the lady said since she had to do more of her nails, she was gonna charge us $24. The guy who did my nails, was much nicer and change the price back to $18 for her nails and being cut. He did charge me $20 dollars even though it should have been $18, but I got two nails replaced completely. We did not tip her, but we did tip him. Firstly; the woman who did my nails was sick, coughing and sniffing every few seconds which I was worried about but I continued on with my service. Secondly when she was doing my nails I asked for a specific shape (coffin), she aggressively began to twist my wrist due to me asking for her to fix my nails. I had some time to kill so I stopped in for a quick manicure. The nail salon is nicely decorated and has a warm ambiance. It was early when I visited so I was serviced immediately. I selected the color of my preference and was serviced by a young lady named Kim. (if I recall correctly) She was efficient but I didn't find her particularly personable. She worked like a robot on auto pilot which was fine if not a little off putting. The salon had music playing in the background but there were no televisions. That made the visit seem tedious because there was little to distract me from the experience of my silent manicurist. But she did a nice job on my manicure so I'm satisfied. The salon probably isn't a place I'd probably ever visit again but I'm still giving it 3 stars. The manicure cost me $15 which is expensive IMO for a suburban salon. I pay $15 for manicures in downtown Chicago. I would have expected a manicure to cost about $10-$12 at most that far from the city. read more

Let me first say it will be hard for any salon to match or top my go to gal in Naperville, but I have a good feeling about this new place in Oswego. They are only a mile from my house which makes them convenient. The hours are great and walks ins are welcome. I stopped by yesterday to check the place out and returned this afternoon as a walk in. I was greeted immediately both days. They offer many services but I only needed a no chip mani today. The color selections are plentiful. Tim worked on my hands today and he did a wonderful job. My wife and I came across the opening of this spa via Yorkville Moms facebook page and decided to give it a try since it's right down the road from us. We walked in and right away noticed thats the decor was very relaxing and welcoming. We proceeded to go to the back room for the pedicures that my wife and I both got. My wife got Tracy and I had her mom Jenny. They were both so friendly, down to Earth, and easy to talk to without any uncomfortable moments. It literally felt like we've been coming here for years because it felt so relaxed and comfortable with the staff. You can immediately sense the passion they both had for their jobs and it showed in how amazing the service was. We both got the premium pedicure with picking a special scent of lotion and the added massage. It was almost an hour long and I LOVED every second of it. My wife got a manicure as well and she was extremely impressed with how amazing her nails looked afterwards. Another thing I loved about this spa is the cleanliness. All the supplies they needed during the pedicure came in a disposable sealed bag which was one time use and then thrown away, even the pumice block. Very sanitary and not having to worry about how many times some of those things were used on other people before me. The massage chairs were extremely comfortable and easy to find that perfect sweet spot for the massage. Overall, This Spa has exceeded my expectations by far!!! We will be recommending this place to all of our friends and for sure will be back when i'm in need of another one. The staff is AMAZING!!! Prices are excellent and convenient location. This was my first time at Tracy's. Everyone in the salon was friendly with lots of smiles. It does not smell lime a nail salon, because they have special venting. I got my nails done first and then I had a pedicure. Everything is sanitized and cleaned very well. They have liners in the tub and they use a sealed set of tools on you that is disposed of after. I had a wonderful massage on my hands and feet. They have a rewards program and you earn points when you have different services done. The best thing is they keep track of everything in their computer. I will definitely be coming back here. read more

Do not go here!!!I just moved in the area and saw this place was only like 2 mins from my house so I decided to try it out. Not sure if it was the lady I had only but she like wasnt even looking at my toes as she filed them or doing the massage. She was looking off I to the other room. Such a nice changed with sanitation. This is the place to get your nails done or pedicure without worry of nail fungus or other complications. They put plastic wraps in sinks, M tools, and disposable sponges and files. What a great change, I know I got nail fungus from a different salon and it cost me $600 to get rid of it. GARBAGE!! Let me save you some time. Had an appointment for me and one of my gfs she got a baby sitter just because she's a busy mother and only had a certain amount of time to get her things done. We get to the appointment, place is busy we end up waiting 15 minutes they ended up taking me first since I was getting a full set as I'm in the middle of my service they ask my friend to wait another 30 minutes she's furious she only in for a fill on her dip. Meanwhile the technician doing my nails didint take off all the nail polish on my real nails after I asked him too because then you would see it through the gel nail he told me not to worry you can't see it much anyway grrrrrrr then when he puts false nails on me my index fingers were tiny compared to all the other nails when I told him about it he started telling me I was "too picky they are only fake nails who cares if they are different sizes they are only on for two weeks anyway" ummmmmm I'm paying for a service so my nails looked well groomed who tf wants to look at some crooked nails for the next 2 weeks? Ok, so this review is past due. First visit, I came for a dip nail service. They did not have the products to do the dip service. He then told me that it will work fine with the product he used. Fast forward, my nails cracked like glass the next day. Horrible experience. 2nd visit, I did not do finger nails. I asked for a pedicure. I've never paid for a service that felt like my 8 year old daughter was playing with me feet. I came here because the facebook reviews made it look promising. Well, I went in for dip nail and they told me I needed longer nails, which I knew, so they said they could extend them with dip. Okay cool I'm okay with that. I wanted almond shape...well once he was done they were thick and crooked. I also told him shorter twice which he was clearly annoyed by and they were still way too long. I used to do nails so I paid cuz I was just over being there. (I was there for an hour and a half) I went hope and reshaped them and shortened them. The good part I can say is the guy spoke English pretty well and kept good conversation. They seemed very clean he changed the course file on the drill to a new one before using it on me. They had their tools in a sterlizing machine which was good to see. read more

I had Kenny for a manicure and pedicure the first time I went and had an amazing experience. Came back a second time had different technicians for a pedicure and no chip manicure. Really terrible :(. I decided to go back and I made an appointment to see Kenny. Went in at my appointment time ( Kenny was not there) I should have left but I went through with it anyway....big mistake.
