Came to a consult back in September to fix my flaring and the office manager, Alma, and Dr. Yoonie were really nice! They gave me a good affordable price on my treatment and took in consideration my concerns about my teeth. The office is clean and nice especially with new renovations. I was finally able to get my braces on in the beginning of this month and the assistant, Gabby, was so gentle with me after I expressed my phobia of the dentist and talked me through everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! The front staff, Samantha and Sabrina, were super nice and helpful when it came to checking me in and out of my appointment as well as going over my contract to begin my treatment and answered all my questions with a smile. Beware of the retainers!!! My daughter received her retainers in September, and it's now November and the bottom retainers have already cracked. My daughter is extremely responsible and uses them correctly, so there's no reason they should have broken this quickly. The material feels like cheap, flimsy plastic, and even another dental office confirmed that the retainers were not sturdy. When I called this morning, I was told it would cost $200 just to replace the bottom retainers. After already paying $5,000 for her treatment, the least they could do is offer a discount, especially when the quality of the retainers is questionable. This is really disappointing. The staff is so rude. I came for my sons appointment a little early and they said I was early my appointment card said 3:45 they told me my appointment was at 4. So i asled them if they wanted me to come back the girl in th3 dront said yes. I said ok.Then they told me they transitioned to a new system and may June and July was not billed I asked if the called to notify which they usually call immediately if payment doesnt not go through so i find it funny they let 3 months go by witjout a call. I asked the girl what number she was texting whicj it was my number then she said oh it was an email which i spent the last 20mins looking for, and nothing. The only message I ever got was about being late and it will jot be tolerated. I came early and I guess that's not tolerated either. Updates: just finished my treatment. Tried to express my concerns and difficulties along the way, but at the end of treatment, doctor said, why don't you tell me this earlier? To start of I am beyond disappointed in this facility, I got my braces with them in 2012 costumer service was great and my daughter got her braces on 2019. Before the pandemic hit their customer service has just been different over the phone and in person. I work as a supervisor in a clinic and i can tell you costumer service is the most important thing specially since the receptionist are the first people we patients talk to. The last time my daughter came in for her treatment was more than 6 months ago, NO ONE NOTIFIED US about their operating hours. no one called, sent out an email or mail to our home. The receptionist kept insisting we did but was unable to prove it to me. My daughter's treatment should be over in 7 months now they are saying she may need an extended 9-12 months more. So basically they will need to quote me again even though I am almost done paying the 4,000. What's funny to me is that during the pandemic I have been paying $120.00 monthly even without them seeing her! So the last 6 months I paid them $720.00 with no visits and yet they want to charge me for another 9 months. I completely understand their facility lost money due to the pandemic but come on really you want to squeeze more money out of your patient's. For sure our facility is no longer referring patients to them. read more

Crystal picked up, said "Hello" office's name and "how can I help you?", I asked her if they do active retainers and she giggled and said "wait what?" After a long second, assuming she was laughing at something a coworker said. I asked her again, she said in a whiney voice "I can't hear you. Its echoing or something". I was first referred to this office by the receptionist at my general dentist's office. I went in for a simple cleaning and came out dialing this place's number in order to see a consultant about getting braces. I had a tooth gap. Center two front teeth. It was noticeable and I really wanted to straighten out my teeth. Upon calling the office, they were really nice but then again this was 3 years ago in 2016. Anyways, they were able to set me up with an appt. really fast. The consultation was really fast. I saw a blonde orthodontist at the time who quickly looked at my teeth and proceeded to moving me to an office where I talked to a lady about payment plans and how much it was going to cost. My Medi-cal wasn't going to cover my braces since I was already 21 and I didn't have insurance at the time. My total was about $4000 with $112.00 monthly payments for two years. They took pictures of my teeth and explained an incentive program they offer their patients for good hygiene, etc. Now for the next year, I was seen about 5 times. Nothing was done to my teeth. NOTHING. I saw the orthodontist every 3 months and they'd tightened my braces very little. I found it kind of odd that nothing was being done to my teeth that first year considering I had one tooth that had to be pulled forward and a gap to be closed. I didn't question it because ortho offices know what they are doing. 2017 came around. My appointments went from every 3 months to every 6-8 weeks. Still, nothing was being done. It wasn't until September of 2017 that the ortho doctor decided to start moving my tooth forward very abruptly. There was an infection that grew on the gums because of the strain being put on the tooth out of the blue. I was supposed to get my braces off 2018 August. I did not get them off until Feb 15th, 2019. Each time, each visit... the receptionists got more rude. They became less helpful. They wouldn't accommodate. My braces got taken off because they warned me that I was going to have to talk to a consultant regarding continuing treatment and how much more it was going to be because my teeth were not where the Orthodontist wanted them. They weren't where I wanted them either. I decided to opt out and get my braces taken off. My gap was able to close but my front teeth are not straight. It truly saddens me that my teeth are not straight at all. I wear my retainers as told yet my front teeth are not where I pictured them to be. They spent almost two years doing absolutely nothing to my teeth and then began working on them at the end. Maybe I should have pressed them to see me more often but I spent 4000 out of my own pocket and nothing to show for it. Receptionists, you need to learn how to be nice and smile every once in a while. You guys sit there with your attitudes talking crap about people. That's not way to be the first faces that people see when they walk in. read more

I just came in with my mother recently to start treatments and the young lady at the front was so sweet and helpful. I think her name was Alexis? She went over all the paperwork very thoroughly and answered all of me and my mothers questions (my mother does not speak very good English and Alexis was able to accommodate both languages.) . A+ to this girl it's so hard to find good customer service like this especially with the elderly. I've been coming to this business for the last 2 years since my son got his braces installed. Now my daughter is about to start her journey with her braces. For the last two years the service has been excellent!! I have no complaints on the type of service that they provide. As soon as you walk in to the facility the front desk staff Rose, Mary and Angie make you feel welcome and at home. They acknowledge and greet you as soon as you come in. I have a busy life, personal and business, but they always help me out anytime I ask them on appointment dates and payments that are due. LOL.... The staff in the back that are installing the braces and doing the maintenance are very proffesional but rarely smile or have a conversation with you. I don't blame them since they take their job very seriously. But what I can say is that they are doing a great job since my sons teeth are looking real good. The business is very clean and they also provide you complimentary beverages while you wait. They have many forms of entertainment for the kids to keep them busy while they wait. Speaking about kids, I did notice a younger boy on today's appointment, that was crying. ROSE (from the front desk) came out to the rescue!! ROSE started talking to the little one and offered him a notepad and crayons for the child to be entertained. The child stopped crying and problem was solved. The office is one of the nicest ones I have been to, with cookies and refreshments for customers and even a children's playroom to keep the kids entertained. Upon entering, I got slightly confused because there are about 5-6 receptionists. The receptionist in the center help checked me in quickly. I noticed how busy it was when I passed by the center, with many staff members. I honestly prefer when it's less busy because of my experiences with busy offices (it shows quantity over quality), so it was personally a bad sign for me. After my x-rays, I finished my patient form in the waiting room, and was called into the consultation room. Unfortunately, the treatment coordinator, Alma, gave me weird vibes. She seems nice because she's polite, but I just didn't feel very welcomed in her office. Just imagine a lot of awkward silences while waiting. I felt that she explained the proposal to me as minimally as possible. The coordinators in other offices that I have spoken to were informative, but I felt that I had to be the one asking Alma questions to get more info. At the same time, I just wanted to leave because it just felt awkward there. Decided to come here for braces after previously forgetting to wear my retainers in high school. Got my clear braces done here in 2017-2019. Staff is friendly. I wish I would've been told that it would be dental assistants doing the work as opposed to the dentist. Some had no idea what they were doing, my cheek was stabbed after an assistant was attempting to cut a wire. My bite wasn't fixed, braces were taken off months after estimated time and teeth are a little flared now so I'm not 100% satisfied. read more

I've been going to Dr. Lili's office for about 2 years now and I got to say that all staff and providers are all great and very helpful. I never really had to wait more than 15 minutes after than my appointment. They get you going fast in and out, which is what I liked. I went here to get my braces done. I initially had crooked teeth, overbite, and a gap in between the top and bottom of my teeth. I had the option to either get an ideal smile via jaw surgery or see significant improvement in my teeth. I went with the improvement since jaw surgery was financially too much for me. Just 2 days ago I had my braces removed and I am really satisfied with the way my teeth, bite, and overall look came out. Not only have I've been receiving compliments by my family, friends and co-workers, but doing this procedure gave me a whole lot of confidence. I hate this place! They have 3 waiting rooms and all waiting rooms are always extremely full. Parking is terrible. I regret getting my braces here. I have an appointment for my son to get his braces. I won't be bringing him here. The staff is super nice, the orthodontist however sees you for about 2 minutes. The dental assistants are the ones that do all the work and when I've had questions they are unable to answer. So I have to wait for the Doctor to come around to ask my question. Everytime I bring my daughter for her appointment, it only takes a little time to wait after we checked in and all the staff are always ready to assist you and help you in everything. My daughter is very pleased with the progress of her braces. Making an appointment is very easy and the procedures are very organized.
