Great service! Fast and friendly...and the food was great. We had a group of 7 of us and the sandwiches were all perfect and made quickly.

Don't judge a book by its cover, right? Lil Annie's is a delicious spot if you're not only on a budget but also craving a tasty sandwich. The interior is small and cramped, but on a nice day there is a small courtyard down the block to sit and eat which is where we ended up at. I enjoyed the service and attention to detail. Hot Chai Tea. A good amount of cinammon flavor and not too overbearing on sweetness. BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich. $6.75 for a deliciously good pulled pork sub. The bbq sauce was perfect, not too sweet and the tomatoes added a subtle amount of acidity to even out the flavors. If you're only wanting a snack they do offer bobas, chips, muffins, cookies and more for a quick grab and go. I was thinking that this was going to be a miss, but I'm glad that I left pleasantly surprised and full. read more

Got coffee here in past trips! We love stopping on mountain drives and supporting local coffee shops. This is a great spot to grab a cup or boba or smoothie before going up the pass. Friendly service, street parking, parking and restrooms across the street, plus the brewery is next door too. Chill ambiance with limited seating inside. Note bring cash or spend more than $5 for a credit card charge. This shop is also across from the fire pit and fun activation space. 9/22-9/24 they have a chili cook off and events too. Looks to be run by an older couple...6 or 8 sandwich varieties....Good Bread!...but no oil & Vinigar- only mustard and mayo..oh well...Numerous Slushy varieties and Boba varieties...I had iced tea. This ma and pa shop is so nice. Good place to get a yummy sandwich and boba, tea, or coffee. My boyfriend really enjoyed his pulled pork sandwich. Although it was not on the menu the store owner made me a vegetarian sandwich, it was very good and I appreciate the accommodation. A good place to get some thing simple but great quality. This place is great, lovely service and atmosphere. Great Boba with an insane amount of flavors for anyone to choose from. Best sandwiches for 250 miles, and very quick service, you practically don't have to wait a minute plus they make everything freshly. Just got hungry so decided to visit, not a half of a single regret. Plus they have a tablet where you can find bathrooms on which makes it even more helpful. Really great boba, and even better service! Amazing, polite staff. Our family got coffee and boba and everyone was very pleased. The owner even came to check on us to make sure we loved everything. 5 for the food and friendly fast service. Only gave 4 as the ambiance is pretty basic, so some readers would challenge a 5 overall. Only seats about 16 customers. Order at counter, they brought our order to our table. We just had sandwiches and were very pleasantly surprised at the size and amount of meat and toppings for the price. Good bread, good quality meat, fresh toppings including choice of cheeses. About $7 per sandwich. We're not local so not handy to return, but we will try to arrange any trips that direction to include Lil Annies! read more

We were in Georgetown to ride the Georgetown loop train, and stopped at this place on a whim. Went in with 12 other people. This place is run by a couple that are very nice. It's basically a sandwich shop and there sandwiches are the bomb if you're in Georgetown for any reason stop at this place and have lunch it is great would highly recommend it. read more

Tiny little sandwich shop but fits in perfectly with Georgetown. My husband had the smoked turkey and I had the seasoned chicken. We were pleased with both. We opted out of the chili peppers on them, but another from our party did not and said they were more like banana peppers and said they were very good. The bread was lightly crusty and a dense, soft inside. Pair that with that with what seems to be Colorados goto Boulder chips and it made for an enjoyable, filling lunch. I had the Arnold Palmer tea, which was just the right mix of tea and lemonade. Husband had the lemonade and said it was just right on tartness and sweet. We were referred here by a guy who does the tours at the Hotel Paris in town. The food was pretty good, but the eating area is really cramped. The prices were not to bad, but you can tell that he bought the meats from a Costco or something. There are a lot of choices in Georgetown for food and this should be lower on your list of places to visit. read more
