This place is great with many options to improve your skin and body. The laser hair removal is simple and easy. Worked well on my 59 year old body, I'm not going to ever have to shave again. Nice! This place should be sued. Please take a picture of the damage done to your skin after having the unfortunate experience of ever having entered here. I went to more than 1 specialist after having nothing but horrific results. If you are over 40 years old you are not supposed to have these treatments as it can only harm as it reaches the part that interferes with the part of your skin so it doesn't cause drooping. On top of having just 3 treatments as opposed to supposed 9. They have been lying to upset regardless of whether what they are doing is borderline illegal. I listen very carefully when being told about how many treatments for what amount of money. I was very much mislead at minimum. I had someone call me from their main IL office and thought they understood my displeasure with your employees misleading people on how many treatments for what price. I thank God everyday for only 3 painful treatments as these treatments did damage to the elasticity of my skin on my face. I wouldn't had horrible treatments and of course would never have the way overpriced damaging treatments. Of course they downplayed the pain and damage, also the price I was quoted. $3000 is a lot for someone who explained they are looking for a job and age is huge factor. If there is one company I truly hope people are aware of their deceptive practices but there was NO benefit. I was absolutely traumatized at the loss of my face having lost so much needed elasticity. I felt traumatized I could not do anything but see a cosmetic surgeon and ask him about these treatments. He could not believe that this company could get away with such treatments that they should know better for someone of my age. I truly hope they go put of business and I have NEVER felt that about any company before. To take advantage of vulnerable people to make a profit knowing your skin cannot be repaired nor replaced I've been ripped off on cars or products, sometimes hair cuts or food. All of those things you get over it and learn from it. Your skin and face is different. I finally took out a loan and had a cosmetic surgery. It was worth it. Not a big difference but reversed a lot of the sagging that those treatments contributed to. If I could give negative stars I would. This post is to warn others as I want to warn others. Greedy, unethical and deceptive. I experienced less pain from the cosmetic surgery then the burning pain from their scam service that there has been damage as opposed to benefit. There was NO benefit and a large loss of money that I would rather have put my money in a papershreader rather than give to an unscrupulous company. I have never felt this strongly about a company as I do about this one. Stay away and put your money elsewhere.I can't believe they are still in business and its been 3 years and I am still traumatized and upset. I was going to get a procedure done but I changed my mind .I had CreditCare set up I began paying part of my out of pocket expenses prior to me changing my mind. I couldn't understand why CreditCare was already withdrawing payments from my checking account when I haven't started my sessions however again I changed my mind .I contacted CreditCare they refunded the amount that they took from my account .When I contacted LRX Naperville MedSpa (management/Heather)about my decision she was trying to convince me to to think about it some more(I gave it about a week} but I still decided to cancel the sessions{LaserLipo} this is when the runaround began, she told me CreditCare had to reimburse me that $450.00{that was not true} she then said this was the first time she's heard about me cancelling ,she would say it takes a couple of weeks before they'd process your refund but you should be getting it soon ,she then said they don't take checks( but they definitley took mine) and she does not know why it was accepted, then she began not taking my calls{she'd tell one of the other employees to tell me she's not either their or she's just went to lunch and she'll call me back ( I have not received a return call from anyone at the Naperville LightRX MedSpa Cosmetic Surgery ) facility .Don't do business with this company I can only imagine the results had I decided to do the procedures. read more

Super unhappy experience that I had. The 1 point is for the cleanliness/environment, as well as the ease of making an appt. I won't be returning to this location. During my laser treatment, the tech tried selling me more locations of the body to get lasered. Slightly annoyed, I just said no thanks and understood that they also want to keep me coming as a customer. My tech was nice during the treatment. But right before she walked out she said, "I actually want to book you for a trial skin care regimen! What days are good for you?"... background: I didn't ask for this or anything about it. When she asked I immediately was thinking I'd come in for a trial and they'd trial selling me the treatment package. Neither of which I'm interested in doing. I kindly said "yes," thinking I also have no clue what this even is. When I walked out to book my next appointment, the tech tried booking my "trial," appointment. I inquired more about it and she explained it's a skin care session for aging/acne type thing. I told her I just started seeing a derm and want to confirm with him what this product "neoskin," is. To which she replied, "sure just discontinue anything they have you on, 5 days before your appointment.".... As a healthcare provider that's a big overstep to tell me to discontinue something a board certified physician ordered for me, not even asking me what it is that I'm taking. I then was thinking, okay well she said "trial," but let me see if this is going to cost me anything. So I asked how much this will cost,..... "$1600 for 4 sessions.".... Is she serious? She was going to book me for a "trial," session that would have cost me $400 for that session alone. What a unethical business move to make. As a board certified healthcare provider myself, shame on you and the people who trained you to have such horrible ethics. I would NEVER encourage somebody to come for a treatment without fully educating them on what it was, and with zero inquiry from them about wanting improvements in that area. I bought a full body laser hair removal. When I paid 3k before starting the session the manager said that it would be until my hair would be gone. Last time they told me that I passed my 10 sessions. I told them that when I bought the package the manager told me it was until my hair was gone. It is not gone. I need more sessions. She told me that my next appointment I would have to pay to do more sessions. I am not going to pay and what they told me it was completely untrue. I didn't just buy that. I got laser, IPL, chemical peels and Botox. I bought their products. They literally lost a customer that would spend money almost every time I went. I will never go back to this place. I have been consistently disappointed with this place, beginning with the first "consultation" where the manager was more concerned with selling me extra packages than helping me figure out what the best treatment was for my concerns, which she did not address. Every other time I go the equipment is not functioning properly but their only recourse is to add "a free treatment". How about fix the equipment so this doesn't keep happening or train the workers on how to use it properly? They keep pushing me to buy a $3K package next, but I won't be spending another dollar at this place. Save your money or spend it on a real med spa. read more

I originally got a groupon to come here and loved it so much I decided to stay... Cleanliness: The office itself is a new location in Naperville and is so incredibly clean, I don't ever have to worry if there are stains on the chairs or if they cleaned the room prior to me getting there and I'm very neurotic about good hygiene! Scheduling: They are pretty busy so you have to book/schedule in advance if you want the laser treatments, but that's normal for most places. They even call you on their personal phones and leave voicemails to ensure you are aware of your treatment. When I get there, they never make me wait and take me in right away. I love a place that is prompt and doesn't make me wait. The laser/treatments: I'm middle eastern, so as you can imagine, I have enough hair on my body to last me all winter (lol). The staff is so respectful (Shoutout Sam!) and honest about what they can/can't do. I say "can't" only because when you're tan, you shouldn't be getting laser as it will leave marks. I've seen a remarkable difference in my hair growth and if I ever have a concern, the staff is more than willing to educate and talk to me on whether or not I can get that place lasered. As far as injections go, I will be going in this week for Botox so I will update you guys on how it goes! MOST IMPORTANTLY, THE STAFF!!!!! I walked in this Naperville location not knowing a single person and am great friends with the women there. First and foremost, Sam and Allie were and are incredible. Say what you want, but getting a brazilian is an INTIMATE thing!!! I don't want just anyone in my business!! These ladies have been and are phenomenal. Although Allie is no longer there, the only people I trust with my face and body are these girls right here. They both have come in early to squeeze me into their schedules and make me feel so welcome. Sam is there now and she always has such a positive attitude, always makes me laugh and is a genuine GREAT person and is definitely someone I will be friends with for a long time because of the great impact and confidence she has given me. I had questions regarding how they are able to assess how the treatment will work for me if they don't see me and she tells me that nothing in life is guaranteed and that they can't follow me to ensure I adhere to protocol. A week later my friend told me they burned her whole face and body and that she will never be going there again because they were so rude about it. I continued going because I had already paid. They are very professional until you pay for any treatments...then the trouble begins! I had a consultation on Jan. 6 and felt comfortable (or so I thought) to purchase laser hair removal but then could not be seen for ONE month later...then on the day of services she apparently forgot to say shave prior to my appointment and wanted to charge $50 to shave a few hairs (unacceptable), as this was the first mention of a shaving fee. The following appointment was not until another month later Feb.6...again (so I thought) but when I called to confirm they said my appointment was the following week (when I put the date on my schedule on my phone IN the office before leaving). Purchased 3200 worth of Service in October 2019. Body tighting 1400 10 sections and 1800 facial laser removal. I had about 4 to 5 sections on body, there body machine was not working 2 of them times. 1 treatment on face. The end of Oct. I called for a appointment (this down town Naperville office). I was told the Laser Machine is down we will call you when it's back up. NO Call. I called at least ten times and ask to speak to Manage. It's the beginning of December and guess what, she is always to busy. I called 877# Now because I want my money back. Now I get call from manager she don't know how this happened but she is going to give my money back of what service I didn't receive n laser removal for free.I never received my money back and keep getting the run-around. No upper management is calling me back and avoiding my phone calls. I'm going to get me a lawyer and sue. Just found out they are doing a chapter 11 as of August 2019. Not sure how they are able to still operate and still do bad business and not pay anyone back. read more

I would not recommend this place. I went in for 15 weeks of treatments for my arm. I did all 3 treatment machine they recommended. It was supposed to tighten my arm. after a bad review they were trying to help fix the problem. The orignal person I had the consult with wasn't there anymore so the new manager wanted me to come in and go over my concern after having the consult with her it basically boiled down to that 2 of the machine I did not need. The one caused more skin to be loose because there was no fat in my arm just collagen. and the 3rd machine didnt tighten my arm skin. very disappointing that I spent so much money on treatment that made my arm worse then better. They just want you to spend your $$$ with out getting results. They say they take pics and measurement but they dont.  It took over 3 months to get a refund for a package I never used and asked for a refund because I was not seeing any results. The person who does refund claimed she never saw the request or emails that the techs sent. They had no measurments or picture they took on my first treatment and when they measured me at my 15th treatment they could not compare it to anything. 2 measurement and 1 picture in 15 treatments. Was made to believe this treatment would really work, and if it didn't, they would compensate me accordingly. That wasn't the truth. After almost 16 weeks of driving to Naperville , no positive results. Communication was very hard because they constantly turned over the staff. I had dealt with 5 different girls doing the treatment and 3 different office managers with in 15 weeks, everyone was very "nice" but they all just played dumb on what happened with the previous staff.
