When it comes to anything skincare related, I am very selective of who I see and Cassie did not disappoint! Upon my arrival, her facility was quiet and welcoming. She greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. Her assessment of my skin, face structure, skin care regimen and her recommendations for treatment were the most thorough I have ever received. She gave me real expectations; not just something she thought I wanted to hear when it came to final results and she made that clear. She explained everything in such great detail, I knew I had chosen the right person to do my very first filler treatment and a repeat Botox treatment. Her room, tools, and workspace were all immaculate and she wore gloves throughout our visit. As she worked, she explained every single step and even told me what to expect, what are normal side effects, and what I should and should not do after my procedure. Not only that, she made great recommendations for aftercare. (super important, people!) When I was finished, I was absolutely ecstatic about my outcome! I can't believe I've never heard or been into this place. I drive by it EVERY SINGLE DAY. But alas we've found each other. Granted, I've been here only once for a massage that I purchased on Groupon. But my whole experience was a big thumbs up! I was greeted by the receptionist who then gave me a clipboard with a health history questionnaire. It impressed me that the form was on a lamented sheet and I was given a dry erase marker to fill it out. Very green, very green. I had arrived early to my massage with Maddie and after filling out my form was delighted that she was able to take me early. The massage room was super cozy. Both rooms are nestled into a corner of their office so it feels like you're secluded from the rest of what's happening on their treatment floor. Maddie gave a fantastic massage. I would definitely be willing to pay the full price. The only drawbacks to this place are occasionally it can get noisy from what is going on out on the treatment floor. But I was too relaxed for it to really bother me too much. And I noticed that the lights in the treatment room would get dimmer and then get brighter at consistent intervals. Which was a little distracting. But overall a match made in heaven.

I am walking around without makeup, not an ounce of mineral powder or blush or concealer, and I am unusually confident and feeling pretty. Why, do you ask? I just had the most wonderful facial with Eva Tupa at Skin Care Plus. You see, I am approaching that midway mark in life. And being the somewhat vain person that I am, I do like to age well. And I've been somewhat unhappy with my skin the last couple of years; noticing a few fine lines around the eyes, little bit of dryness and less glow. So, upon recommendation from my wonderful hair stylist, Melinda at To Dye For, I made an appointment with Eva for an anti-aging facial, which would hopefully make me look like I was 20 again. (Just kidding - I don't think I looked all that wonderful at 20!!). Eva is certainly a walking advertisement of her own prowess and product; a blonde Eastern European, she has the typically gorgeous porcelain skin and looks wonderful. She proceeded to give me a microderm, lactic acid scrub, and a pulsing light electro-something treatment. For 2 hours Eva worked painstakingly on my skin. The price: really phenomenal, just over $130. I had a facial once at Exhale that was less labor intensive and did not get near the results as this for three times the price! And my skin looks fantastic! Even my husband noticed. Eva also said that the results of the LED treatment will take a day or so to show - so even better tomorrow. It's recommended to get these anti-aging facials every 4 to 6 weeks. If I can feel like this it's definitely worth it. Did you know that Halle Berry gets anti-aging facials once per month? If it works for Halle, it can work for the rest of us!
